This is a fantastic location for families to explore Madrid. We are a family of 5 and stayed in a 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom apartment. It was perfect for all of us to have some space to be together and also spend some time apart. The coffee and snack area on the rooftop was also a great addition. Everyone enjoyed their time here and the convenience of getting around Madrid was wonderful!

We stayed for 7 nights in February 2025. The apartment exceeded our expectations, and the location was perfect! It was a very favorable experience, and I would highly recommend it. It offers the best of both apartment and hotel with full time reception and cleaning service every three days. And there is a lift/elevator for those who have mobility issues.

The room was larger than expected and the fresh fruit in the fridge was a nice addition. The room was mostly very clean but there were some obvious spots missed, like a big splatter of something on the top of the cabinet door above the fridge. The room was just a little bit noisy but that’s to be expected in such a busy part of the city. We loved the proximity in town to everything, we loved that to room had everything we needed including enough space for two people to rest with a cold. We loved the old building and modern amenities. We loved this hotel and will be going back to stay again.

My biggest gripe with the hotel was that I arrived early and I knew I would have to wait. The room was still not ready in the time that they committed to and that is announced. After walking around Madrid for about 4.5 hours, I just wanted to relax a little and I couldnt. My particular room has a HUGE terrace which was a nice surprise and would be amazing during the spring or summer months. One thing to realize is that this apartment and others are not located in the same check in building. Not a big deal unless it is raining and/or really cold weather. My balcony room was very spacious and it included a mini kitchenette, refrigerator which makes it ideal for long stays. A supermarket is about a 5 minute walk so very convenient and the location in Chueca is also very convenient to everything you will do in Madrid. The drinks and snacks are also located at the "other" location and it really wasnt much honestly. Even if my room was in the same building, I wouldnt use it. It simply wasnt what I have experienced at other hotels. My biggest gripe is that they didnt have the ready room at the time they committed.

Great apartment and location. Helpful 24/7 front desk. My only issues were the cleaning happening every 3 days (we stayed 4 nights and it was only cleaned once) and our apartment did not have the “cleaning kit” (detergent for dishes and clothes, etc) because they had run out. It was never replenished. Otherwise I recommend this place.

Accommodations were good and clean! Sofa bed was bigger than the usual sofa beds in US hotels. The only negative i have is the area gets very noisy on sat night, literally all night. Idk about fri night cuz we arrived a day late due to the airline.

The room was larger than expected and the fresh fruit in the fridge was a nice addition. The room was mostly very clean but there were some obvious spots missed, like a big splatter of something on the top of the cabinet door above the fridge. The room was just a little bit noisy but that’s to be expected in such a busy part of the city. We loved the proximity in town to everything, we loved that to room had everything we needed including enough space for two people to rest with a cold. We loved the old building and modern amenities. We loved this hotel and will be going back to stay again.

This is a fantastic location for families to explore Madrid. We are a family of 5 and stayed in a 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom apartment. It was perfect for all of us to have some space to be together and also spend some time apart. The coffee and snack area on the rooftop was also a great addition. Everyone enjoyed their time here and the convenience of getting around Madrid was wonderful!

We absolutely loved the home. It was literally centrally located to many restaurants, shops, etc.. Super convenient! You can walk to everything. We loved our multiple balconies that gave us amazing views of the vibrant location and people walking. The staff was super nice, the home was spacious and clean. The restroom was extra large. We couldn't have asked for more. We will definitely be back! Highly highly recommend it. We are a total of three and the price was really good for everything the home had to offer. The bedroom had a king bed and the living room had a queen sofa bed that was very comfortable.
