The hotel is conveniently located close to Fiumicino International Airport. It's also well-renovated, lots of towels, upgraded fixtures and with a sophisticated security door lock. The restaurant beside it has rude staffers so we ate elsewhere. Hotel staffers are very helpful, efficient and welcoming. Shuttle service, Emiliano, is dependable, reliable and reasonable priced. Will stay here again when we revisit Rome, employing Emiliano as our shuttle service. The outside environment needs cleaning and maintenance.

The staff was wonderful, kind, and super helpful, the room was clean and comfortable, the rain-shower was nice, and the air conditioner worked great. However, BE WARNED that this property is not as near to the FCO airport or as convenient to get to as it seems. It is a €30-€35 cab ride each way to or from the airport, and the “hotel shuttle“ also costs €30 and must be reserved 24 hours in advance. Otherwise, we were very pleased with our stay. Hotel management arranged our 4:30 AM shuttle to the airport and it picked us up no problem.

We stayed here for one night as we flew out of the Rome FCO airport. This location is perfect as it’s only a 5-8 min drive to airport! The hotel was clean and staff were friendly! There was a pizza restaurant within walking distance and the food was really good! Also a coffee shop just 1nlick away for morning coffee and goidies!

Place was adequate; Purchase price was to include arranging for a shuttle in the morning for an early flight, but the shuttle didn't show up causing quite a frantic feeling about missing a $5000 flight home. Pounded on manager's door for about 1/2 hour and she came to the rescue. Made the flight.

This property is very conveniently located for the airport, parking and dining (it shares the parking lot with a restaurant with good food and drink options). We arrived after the reception desk was closed but communication regarding self-checkin was excellent. The room was spartan but clean and spacious. The door lock was the most robust that we have ever encountered (worthy of a bank safe). All rooms are on the second level and there is no elevator, so you must be able to carry your luggage up one set of stairs. All in all, a very good place to stay if you have an early flight.

This hotel has roaches!!! We found one dead cockroach and one big live one that ran out from behind our mini fridge that we had to squish. Besides the roaches this place seemed okay: the check-in instructions were a little complicated but well communicated, it's close to the airport but not walkable so you will need to get a $25-35 cab to and from the airport. We booked this place to get a few hours of sleep before a 5am flight. Unfortunately there was a group of teenagers yelling and hanging out in the courtyard for hours during the night so we didn't get much sleep. Maybe the front desk needs to be staffed longer hours to prevent this kind of thing. No sleep roaches = cannot recommend this place!

This was a VERY basic room. No amenities like bottled water, shampoo, soap or other toiletries provided. Did have a small refrigerator (empty). We don’t recall a TV but were too tired to notice. Bed was quite hard/firm but it wasn’t a problem for us. Stairs to climb but they do have a lift for luggage. Not sure if guest can use it independently after hours. They sent good instructions for after hours self check-in along with photos. Staff friendly and called a taxi for us. 20 Euros from hotel to Fiumicino Airport.

This hotel is a low cost option in fumincino near the airport. As such it may be a good option for you. The room is clean enough but unattractive. Sheets are rough, towels are scarce and rough. The room felt dark. However it was adequate for a low cost stay. The staff were helpful and their shuttle from the airport cheaper than any other option. (25 euros) the shower was hot and strong and therr are grocery stores near by. If you want a cheaper place to sleep and don’t care about atmosphere this is a good option.

It began when I checked in. Luca, the night clerk/manager was very friendly and helpful. We were staying for one night and he ordered us a taxi to the airport for the next morning. Our hotel room wasn’t big, but it was clean and the bed was comfortable. That’s all we wanted.

There is nothing much to say about the property, its average but the staff is extra ordinary. I would say better than some 3 or 4 star facilities. If I ever come to FCO, I would like to stay there again. They don't have pick up service from the airport, it should clearly be mentioned.

Good to be close to the airport for early morning flight. Very basic accommodation. Reception is not open from 8pm - 8 am. So never actually saw any staff. But very good communication via WhatsApp. Just not sure what you would do if there was a problem overnight?

I did not end up staying at the hotel, so this review is about the experience I had before getting there. Because of a war starting, our flight was cancelled and we couldn't get to the hotel. I sent a message to the hotel and asked Expedia to cancel. Expedia couldn't contact anyone with the hotel, and never followed up on that - that is also on Expedia. I got no response from the hotel. I know they saw the wahtsapp message. They kept sending me automated messages about the stay, ignored my message, and did not respond to a request for a refund. Even if you do not want to refund, when someone is telling you they are stuck in a war zone with missiles falling around them, you respond simpathetically, or you should not be in the hospitality business. Basically - this may be a decent place to stay if everything goes well with your travels, but in traveling there is a lot of uncertainty and you need a place that will communicate and have your back.

På kartan ser det ut som om hotellet är nära. Men det krävs en taxi som kostar 30-40 euro i varje riktning. Blir inte prisvänligt i slutändan. Rent ställe och bra incheckning på egen hand då det var obemannat. Skulle dock välja något annat nästa gång.

The hotel and staff were nice. The room was clean and modern. They offer a discounted airport shuttle service that I highly recommend because public transportation to the area is not convenient and a regular taxi from/to the airport is very expensive (€35) for such a short drive. In hindsight, it would have been better to enjoy the last night still exploring in Rome and just take the train directly to the airport in the morning instead

Great little hotel 10 minutes from FCO. It's in a quiet remote area. The walk to town is about 2 miles. No airport shuttle is provided, but they can arrange one on request. Room was large and comfortable, except the AC stopped in the night, so it got pretty warm. No breakfast available, and there's nothing nearby. The adjacent steakhouse was great for dinner though.

Very clean! The restaurant called Fort Apache is located right next to the property. We had dinner there and it was so delicious. We had a hamburger and the stuffed olives. Highly recommend both places if you are staying near the Rome airport!!

The hotel is located in an area with only couple of places to eat and nothing else around. The staff was very friendly and helpful, the room was big and functional but had a strong cleaning product smell, good thing you know it's clean! The bed was comfortable and the AC was a plus. The restaurant next door was not friendly and the food was okay. There's a nightclub around the corner that played loud music through the night. It is a fine place to spend one night before catching a next day flight.

The desk staff was incredibly helpful, from clear communication the day prior to check in, to allowing us to get into our room early. They also made arrangements for a taxi to the airport (25 Euro,) and brought our very heavy luggage up the stairs for us. When we got there, it looked like there are no amenities in the area, but there is a nice coffee bar a block away, grocery store and restaurants within a short walk. Room was clean and comfortable, with air conditioning. Overall a great value for the price.

This was perfect for a one night stay before going to airport. Conveniently close to airport and a short walk to bakery in the morning for breakfast. There is a steak house attached with a big menu for dinner. The hotel is nothing fancy but had everything we needed. I wouldn’t stay longer than 1 night.
