A VALID PASSPORT IS REQUIRED TO CHECK IN TO THIS PROPERTY RECEPTION & CHECK-IN Our reception is open from 8 am until 12 midnight. Check-in time: 2 pm Checkout time: 11 am Late check-outs result in an additional charge for another night. Upon check-in in we will require the following: Full name and surname A valid PASSPORT RIGHT OF ADMISSION RESERVED: Long Street Backpackers reserves the right to refuse entry or service to any guest who poses a risk to the safety, comfort, or well-being of other guests or staff or who does not comply with our policies. RESPECT FOR COMMUNITY & SPACE: We ask all guests to respect fellow travellers and staff, maintain a friendly and inclusive atmosphere, and adhere to quiet hours where applicable. Aggressive behaviour, discrimination, harassment, or damage to property will result in immediate removal without refund LIABILITY: Long Street Backpackers is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal property. Lockers are provided and we encourage guests to use them for valuables. Guests are liable for any damage caused to hostel property, whether intentional or accidental. ALCOHOL & SUBSTANCE POLICY: We are a social hostel and guests are welcome to enjoy our bar and common areas responsibly. No outside alcohol or illegal substances are allowed on the premises. Linen is included. Additional pillows and towels are available at reception. Long Street backpackers does not serve alcohol to guests under the age of 18 years of age
