It was a great place to stay, the family enjoyed it for the time we were there. Positioning of the pool and condition was a bit weird, as out the back and away from the hotel. Was perfect apart from that.

Stayed there many times. Normally great value. Service pleasant. Room option terrific. Had a mix up with bedding type (my fault) but staff sorted quickly and no fuss. Only drawback - $25 parking in suburbia when place was empty is bloody cheeky.

Punthill was easy to get to, walk to grocery shops, restaurants and Hillsong Convention Centre. The unit was well equiped, clean and looked new. Loved the cooking appliances - not the normal steel where everythings sticks and burns and then takes half hour to clean, these were good quality. Nespresso machine and pods was a real winner. Nice pool and surrounds to relax after work. Wifi was super easy to use. The only thing of a lower standard was the gym as it only had limited old equipment.

The front external steps to the property are damaged, they were the last time we stayed as well so no attempt has been made to repair them. Quite bad for occupational health and safety

Great location. Good size apartment BUT shower flooded bathroom floor. Had to mop up floor myself so I didn't slip while at basin. Daily cleaning in main area not good. Food from previous occupant in kitchen area.

Went to pour a glass of wine and there was only one glass, went to call reception but phone not working, so went back down to reception and had to wait 10 minutes for help as no one was at the desk and there was no option to call anyone. Appreciate that they only have one staff on but it certainly impacted customer service. Went to have breakfast in the morning and the cafe wasn’t opened.

The blanks were covered in make up and had yellow stains on them we had a child staying with us so sleeping on the pull out lounge was fine but no shears for the bed and when the cleans come in they didn’t do anything left dirt on the floor

We like the location close to the station. Unfortunately the room cleaning was poor we found Cockroaches, they didn’t supply the coffee and one day they just made one bed but not the other plus we needed to take the rubbish out when leaving the hotel (conditions of the hotel)

The reception staff were helpful & friendly. The cleanliness of the apartment was not good, microwave dirty, tile floors were sticky, dishes were dirty. We were only there for 3 days & over the long weekend so we did not mention to reception. We have stayed here before & on other occassions were very happy this time was a bit disappointing. Keep in mind covid has been hard on hospitality so we will give them another try at a later date. Thanks to reception for their friendly & professional service.

I booked a 1 bedroom apartment so I could prepare meals for my daughter. The room had a small kitchen but very few pieces of crockery - so it wasn’t really practical (eg no chopping board, staff had to bring up a cooking knife).

It was the little things that make a stay so much nicer: a power point next to each side of the bed, opening windows, a quilt that was not overly warm at night on the lowest aircon setting. The interconnecting room was great for our teen children. Shops and metro station a short walk away. Bed was firm but not uncomfortably so.

Was charged $15 parking for parking I didn’t use…. I did state I required parking. At no point was it communicated to me that my request for parking had been confirmed . So upon arrival I found alternate parking but was still billed $15 which without a confirmation I feel is straight out money grabbing and disappointing. The lady at the counter wasn’t go operative in working with my explanation of events and because of this I will be in no rush to come back.

My family has been staying in these apartments a few times a year over 20yrs, so well pre being Punt Hill. Never had to pay for parking till this owner and the parking areas have remained the same. This is advertised as serviced apartment which it previously definitely was, but despite being there 5 days 4 nights, this was the first time ever that my room wasn't serviced daily, in fact it wasn't even serviced once my entire stay. Not a fan of Punt Hill's changes. Will be finding a new home away from home.

We were put in a room fitted out for a wheelchair which made us feel a bit uncomfortable at first because it did not mention anything about what we would find in the apartment when we booked. It felt like you may have accidentally put us in a room instead of someone who needed all the aids. But when noone came knocking we felt a bit better. The apartment was clean enough but on the 2nd day we realised there was no toilet paper. The flush button on the toilet was broken. The beds were comfortable & clean. Reception was quite disappointing, the lady who booked us in was not personable, no smile or direction on what she needed from us. No conversation, never asked if we have stayed before. We regularly stay in apartments from Melbourne, Sydney to Queensland & this was one of very few check ins where we felt like it didnt matter whether we were there to check in & stay or not. There is a lot of possible improvement for this property, even down to the welcome letter which is definitely not written in a friendly, welcoming fashion but more of a stern rebuke to guests to be careful & clean & attend to the cleaning of the room.
