We arrived at night and had to call the hotel to help find it, as there is no signage on the exterior of the building. They're adding onto the hotel, so be aware of construction noise and limited parking. Things didn't improve after we checked in. Once we got to our room, the secondary door lock broke when we attempted to use it. The bed was very uncomfortable, moving greatly when either of us shifted to get more comfortable. To add to our discomfort, the pillows were small and lumpy. You'll find a lot of 5 star reviews on here as the hotel is offering an additional 1000 Hilton Honors points for a 5 star review. While l'd like to have the points, l'd rather leave an honest review.

The hotel was quite nice and new. The location is fantastic and if not for the few issues I would have given this hotel 5 stars. The curtains are a pain to close enough to block out the light. It’s possible but really quite annoying. The door skirt leading to the hallway wasn’t doing much as the light was still coming through, but towels remedied this. Sorry we like it dark at night. Ironically the last complaint is about light. The street lights in the parking lot weren’t all working making for dead spots. With these few fixes it could really make the experience better. Make sure to try Taco Mama and Mellow Mushroom while you are here, and plan your visit around a Saturday when the Farmer’s Market is in the green space out front. Great atmosphere.

No parking anywhere and no handicap cap parking. I am a veteran and I am use to going the extra mile but not when you are paying twice what we paid 2 years ago. I hope Expedia got its cut because I’ll never book through them again.

Elevators extremely slow. 4 floor hotel with 2 elevators and every time was a 5 minute wait. Room has a barn door that covered both the closet and bathroom. It was extremely hard to open and close, to the point my wife could not do it alone. Really annoying design.

Have stayed at this Hampton numerous times due to the location but a lot of construction going on around it which took up parking as well as just took away some of the ambience of the neighborhood. Room though is nice and the breakfast was very good with plenty of options.

We loved the hotel and surrounding neighborhood. It was clean and service was great. Room was just as expected. Only hiccup was a false fire alarm that kept us out of our rooms for a stretch of the evening, but not a huge deal. Highly recommend.

This is usually a nice hotel, very beautiful, but this stay, the room was not well cleaned. There was food on the windowsill and some areas of the carpet. There were some crumbs in the batbroom also. They arent doing a thorough look through of the room, just a quick general clean. There was a struggle with them putting my credor card on file because I paid for the room via hotels.com. they coulsnt seem to fifure out how to separate the charges and it took calls to a manager and about an hour to fix. Inwas alread tired and ready to go to lunch. Then there was the blinking smoke alarm over the bed that prevented my sleep. It was a struggle. I could have paid less for an airbnb with better comforts and more amenities. I will say ALL of the staff were excellent and kind and helpful. The frint desk amd cleaning people were very nice, friendly and professional. They did allow me a late checkout becuse of the sleep issue.

HANDS DOWN, the Hampton Inn Huntsville was incredibly clean, the food for breakfast was DELICIOUS and the service was friendly! I would stay there again and again. We stayed 5 nights and I was most impressed by the change in breakfast menu every morning.

My stay was for 4 days. The room was only cleaned one time. This should not be acceptable while I am being charged more than $1000.00 for my stay. I was informed during the check in about room service. It was too late at that point to make other arrangements. This was a big college reunion weekend for me and the lack of general cleaning services should have be made known during the reservation process.

Hotel was clean and inviting. The challenge was bed. After the first night, we realized the bed was broken. I used a book under the frame to stabilize the bed and that helped. we needed the accessible room and didn't want to move. Current construction in area caused challenges for access. The staff were helpful and the breakfast was very good for hotel food.

My only major issue was that there was very limited exterior signage and the interior signage said Hilton and not Hampton inn. It was very confusing and difficult to locate. The other issue I had was that the bathroom was a sliding barn door that gave very little privacy.

The staff was absolutely phenomenal. While the property cannot help the fact that construction is going on 2 sides of the Inn, the staff did everything possible to accommodate us in providing a room that was quiet and in making certain that we were not going to be disturbed by the construction workers on our second night. The staff went far above the call of duty to make us satisfied. My hat's off to everyone who assisted us.

I like having the option to walk around and feel safe. The food was great and the atmosphere awesome. The staff at Hotel were very friendly and helpful. This is my 3rd time at this same Hotel since October.
