Hotel Frida was a wonderful place to stay. We kept extending our stay each day. Location is perfect - 1-1/2 blocks from the zocolo. Extremely clean and staff was very pleasant. We were on the third floor and travelers should be aware that there is no elevator (but staff helped carry our luggage) and it\'s quite a climb every day. "Breakfast" is nothing - marginal coffee, great OJ, bread - but there are many inexpensive places to eat within steps. Towels could use updating as they were pretty thin, but bedding was fine. One other thing - we spent several days trying to find a laundry until we finally asked at the desk - they offer launder services (they just don\'t publicize it) and we had a load done for only 95 pesos. Overall it was a wonderful stay and I would highly recommend it.

Lo que no me gustó que que el estacionamiento no está en la propiedad. No hay ventanas en la habitación. Lo que si nos pareció un detalle muy bueno que te ofrecen café y jugo en la mañana, aunque no los tomamos por la premura de salir a nuestro compromiso.

Todo bien La recepcionista muy amable La persona de valet parking también Solo me parece mal que cobren el estacionamiento por traer dos autos. Éramos dos personas llegando de diferentes lugares por lo que traíamos dos autos y cobraron el estacionamiento de uno. En otros hoteles similares de la zona no hacen esto.

Perfect downtown location and excellent valet service, but the room comfort was lacking. The bathroom was clean and a good size, but the actual room was cramped with no space for bags. The beds were uncomfortable, the room wasn't very clean, and there was a bad odor. Also, carrying bags to the 3rd floor with no elevator was tough. Good for a quick sleep in a central area, but not for a long stay.

La habitación qué me asignaron es bonita muy cómoda, el único defecto es que no tiene ventanas hace mucha calor, tiene un ventilador de techo pero ese prácticamente no refresca, tiene otro de piso y ese ventila un poco, pero en esta temporada qué hace calor si se sufre eso en esa habitación. Aparte que no tiene elevador así que si te toca en el 3er piso si es pesadito subir

Me gustó mucho el hotel Frida, lo reservamos con menos de 3 horas de anticipación y todo salió perfecto. El personal de recepción muy amable. La habitación espaciosa y limpia. Cero ruido, nos quedamos en el tercer piso. Cuentan con servicio de valet parking y la verdad muy eficientes. Además incluyen coffe break por la mañana. Lit está caminando a 3 minutos de la Catedral. Volvería 100%

Es un lugar relajado, solo que si hay que tener coindición para subir las escaleras. Sobre todo cuando se trata de gente mayor de edad o con discapacidades, no tiene elevador.

Not a large room, but arranged well. Great bathroom. Cleaning service each day.( Towels and bedding do not need to be changed if only staying two nights.) The bed was comfortable, but pillows not comfortable, too lumpy. Our tv did not work, did not seem a concern with the hotel. Great stay overall.

Room, while not large was very well arranged. Large shower. Clean and quiet. TV did not work, nothing solved after several requests. While not of hugh importance, would have been nice to view. Great location.

Todo está muy bien, pero tienen unas habitaciones en la tercera planta que no son del todo cómodas, son extremadamente calurosas a pesar del que afuera exista un clima frío. No son recomendables a mi gusto. Las mejores habitaciones son las que dan a la calle ( a pesar del ruido) son más ventiladas y confortables. De todo lo demás está muy bien.

We hadden een kamer voor 2 nachten. Locatie was perfect vlakbij de Zocalo. Kamer erg gehorig en het bed was vreselijk hard met een viezige deken erop. 2e nacht erg warm, maar geen afstandsbediening van de airco op de kamer. Die konden we alleen krijgen met als borg ons paspoort. Na enige discussie met de receptionist mochten we 200 pesos als borg geven die we de volgende ochtend weer terugkregen.

Pésimo servicio. La especificación que indica el alojamiento dice que tenía hasta las 11:30 pm para hacer check in, y cuando llegue (10 pm) me había cancelado la reserva sin previa notificación. Cabe aclarar que este hecho de llegar por la noche se notificó vía telefónica al recepcionista quien dijo que no había tema.

We hadden een kamer voor 2 nachten. Locatie was perfect vlakbij de Zocalo. Kamer erg gehorig en het bed was vreselijk hard met een viezige deken erop. 2e nacht erg warm, maar geen afstandsbediening van de airco op de kamer. Die konden we alleen krijgen met als borg ons paspoort. Na enige discussie met de receptionist mochten we 200 pesos als borg geven die we de volgende ochtend weer terugkregen.

The beds were uncomfortable, the room wasn't very clean, and there was a bad odor. Also, carrying bags to the 3rd floor with no elevator was tough. Good for a quick sleep in a central area, but not for a long stay.

Hotel Frida was a wonderful place to stay. We kept extending our stay each day. Location is perfect - 1-1/2 blocks from the zocolo. Extremely clean and staff was very pleasant. We were on the third floor and travelers should be aware that there is no elevator (but staff helped carry our luggage) and it\'s quite a climb every day. "Breakfast" is nothing - marginal coffee, great OJ, bread - but there are many inexpensive places to eat within steps. Towels could use updating as they were pretty thin, but bedding was fine. One other thing - we spent several days trying to find a laundry until we finally asked at the desk - they offer launder services (they just don\'t publicize it) and we had a load done for only 95 pesos. Overall it was a wonderful stay and I would highly recommend it.

Lo que no me gustó que que el estacionamiento no está en la propiedad. No hay ventanas en la habitación. Lo que si nos pareció un detalle muy bueno que te ofrecen café y jugo en la mañana, aunque no los tomamos por la premura de salir a nuestro compromiso.
