Expect to pay extra to park...in the actual hotel parking lot! I was surprised about this, but paid...what else could i do? But when i called the front desk on the second night of my stay i was even more surprised at the response i got to my complaint. My complaint: do they even monitor the parking lot? I went out that evening and when i got back, parking was super hard to find (i had to circle a coyple of times). Several of the vehicles parked did not have the guess pass hanging from their rearview mirrors, and i literally saw a young couple exit their truck and walk into downtown...they had no parking pass and where obviously not hotel guests. I got super frustrated bc if they aren’t even going to monitor the parking lot why the hell did i pay extra. I called front desk when i got to my room to ask about this...and yes, the irritation was noticeable in my voice, but I wasn't being rude. The fro t desk guy immediately got super defensive and instead of just asnwering my question, began to question how much i had paid and if i had tried the "back parking lot"...ther is no "back parking lot". He put me on hold for a few minutes to go check on the availability of parking...and never actually answered my question...do they even monitor their parking lot. I do not beleive they do.

Loved my stay with my family! i will be returning for next years hot air balloon fest;) Staff was great! Breakfast was good on options. Rooms are not dusty, have to have a clean air filters for AC. Hot tub was nice! with the outdoor pool. I felt safe at this downtown location.

The service is good however the room had glitter everywhere on the dresser , carpets, bed , bath , entry just bits of glitter . The bed was uncomfortable and could definitely use updating. I cleaned up myself .

Room “looked” clean but when we pulled out the sofa bed we found a dirty sock from the previous person. It was late, I was tired from our 10hour drive from Colorado that I didn’t mention it. We purposely left the sofa bed out so they would hopefully find the dirty sock so that the next people who would get the room wouldn’t have to deal with the same expierence as we did. Other than that the room seemed ok. One thing I didn’t like was the fact they said they had a restaurant in house and on the website stated it was 24 hour but when we arrived (around 9:30PM) upon check in the woman helping us at the front desk states typically we can order at the bar but unfortunately, the restaurant is closing. So that was dissapointing because our family was tired and hungry and made it a point not to stop anywhere and go straight to the hotel with the idea of ordering dinner when we checked in.

This Hyatt is modern and clean with friendly staff, great full breakfast, convenient parking, and a lot of amenities making for an excellent stay. The room has an extremely comfortable bed, and the showers have great water pressure. This hotel is conveniently located for easy access to any area of Downtown Boise and the surrounding areas. I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

Property is located in a good spot in downtown Boise. Walking distance to much of the nightlife downtown. The staff was not as friendly as they could have been, but still helpful. Shower had a crack in tile, as did the toilet. For a hotel of this caliber I would expect a little better.

Beds were comfortable; room was spacious; the fan in room was continuous and temp controlled which is great for drowning out husband’s snoring. Breakfast was descent. Great water pressure in shower. Nice location.

Very nice accommodations. Comfortable bed, very clean. A little noisy during the night from activity on the streets. Some homeless on the surrounding streets caused some feelings of unease but did not stop us from walking in the area.

“Parking available” means $10 to park… that came to me as a surprise, but I said oh well and accepted the charge. The staff during the day were super nice and friendly…. The “night auditor” Jeremy seemed to care more about his Pokémon Go than he did about customer service. It just felt like we inconvenienced him by wanting some snacks from the marketplace. Other than that, I was very happy with my stay!!

I love the hotel but every time I go there, the service is horrible. There’s always a line to check in where I’m waiting at least 10 to 15 minutes and then if you come down later and want to pick up a simple water, you have to wait behind everybody else to purchase it you can’t even purchase it at the bar next to the water.

Great hotel located in the perfect spot in downtown Boise. Parked at hotel and walked or biked everywhere. Very clean, great breakfast, and allowed us to have a late check out. Definitely recommend Hyatt Place Boise! Boise is so fun, clean, safe, and vibrant. Had a blast!

Such a great location. Easy walk to many restaurants and bars. A short scooter ride to the greenbelt. Love the hotel, super nice, clean and just felt like a great property. I would definitely stay here again. We used to travel to vegas and after exploring Boise downtown, we will probably come here more often then vegas now.

We liked the location of the hotel. Easy walking distance around downtown. The complimentary breakfast was great. Liked having a parking lot that easy and convenient however wasn’t a fan of having to pay an additional $16 to park there.

Property was great. Clean rooms and friendly staff. You have to pay for parking which I wasn’t able to find parking at all in the evening. I had to park on the side of the street which resulted in a parking ticket on top of the already paid parking. Breakfast was disappointing. Not kept up on. Very dirty with food on the counters and floor. Dirty plates and utensils. Food was running out and no one was cleaning up after customers. Spilled coffee and juice on the floor that no one cleaned. Syrup on tables. No spoons, no bowls, nothing to stir coffee or creamer for coffee.

We didn't like that breakfast was not ready by the time it was suppose to be ready. There was the basic breakfast, but no eggs and sausage or bacon ready at 6 as we headed out eat every morning. The men in the group with us were disappointed as well. As far as the rest of the breakfast bar items were good..

When we checked in the staff was more concerned with his football game, then checking us in handed me a parking permit, then took it back with her comment, saying I have to write on it. Breakfast was cold being sausage and French toast and omelette.

Excellent buffer breakfast included, with real dishes and silverware. Room was clean and spacious. Daily housekeeping was fast and efficient. Staff were friendly and helpful. Lots of dining and shopping just a short walk away. Really nothing to complain about at all!

We enjoyed our one night stay for Valentine’s Day. The staff were friendly and kind. The hot tub was a plus and so nice to sit in while it was snowing. We were a little bummed with the breakfast because we went down at 6:15 and it wasn’t quite setup yet. Also the bar wasn’t open at 9:30 so we did not get to enjoy a night cap which is fine because I think there was a technical issue with the register. Overall a wonderful experience and we will be back soon.
