This was a great home base for our week in Alaska. The kitchen added a great addition to not having to eat out every meal and or store leftovers. Loved having breakfast available in the mornings. The extra living space away from the bedroom allowed our family of four to have some time away from each other if needed. Our teenage kids used the pool which was a great release. Staff was friendly and engaging from front desk, housekeepers, bartender and engineering! Great stay, thank you!

I have stayed at Hyatt Houses before. Check in was fine, Room was a little beat up for what I have been used to seeing. Shocked to find the shower not completely cleaned and no hand soap in our room. Breakfast was disappointing for the cost of the one night stay.

Hotel was clean but our shower looked like it needed to be cleaned. Overall the hotel room needed a deep clean and things replaced. The drapes/blinds were definitely dirty and needed to be replaced as there was rips in them. The bed was rather uncomfortable and felt that it actually sloped to the edge when you laid down. The pillows were so thin that it took all 3 to give support. Overall, a one night stay is ok, but for the money it was not worth it. Anchorage is a destination place, so finding a good hotel is hard. Staff were super friendly and knowledgeable. Main lobby and halls were clean and looked ok.

Our room was very dirty. There was hair all and dirt all over the bathroom, stains on carpet and dust everywhere. Remnants from a banner still taped to the wall, carpet had large crumbs and debris all over. Definitely would never stay here again!

The bed was not cleaned from the prior guest, the dirty bedding was just remade and passed off as clean. We had to request new linens and make the bed up ourselves. Not what you would expect for the price.

Says check in is at 3. Room wasn’t ready until 4:30. There was an unbelievable amount of popcorn under the couch cushions. Crumbs all over kitchen counters. Trash and food left under bed and sheets very obviously hadn’t been changed as there was crumbs, hair and a used Kleenex tissue found in them. Very dirty

I rated this poor because at check in the staff removed my Expedia payment information and they wanted to charge me unless I contacted Expedia to get the information they deleted. It took 40 minutes to get Expedia to agree to contact the hotel. The issue is not fully resolved yet but I hope it will be soon.

This property is not far from the airport. The driving directions are easy. However, finding the actual hotel was just a little bit tricky for me. The driveway was not as well marked as I would have liked. The staff was friendly and check-in was smooth and easy. There was plenty of parking. There's breakfast served in the morning for free. It was very well done with a variety of hot and cold items. I would recommend this hotel for short stays. I'm not sure that I would be super comfortable here for long periods of time, but the weekend I was here was good. One thing that I would have liked to see in the room was more information about the hotel itself like the Wi-Fi password or just the usual paperwork that comes in the room that talks about what's available in the hotel, I didn't see any of that. If you're given a choice between the view and quiet, The view really is very good. However, there's a fair amount of road noise from the main Street outside the hotel. So if noise is a problem, you'll need to skip the view.
