The SIS Kata Resort - Adult Only

Our stay at The SIS Kata Resort was excellent from start to finish. The hotel offers amazing ocean views, especially at sunset, and has a modern, relaxing atmosphere throughout the property. The staff provided great service and were always friendly, attentive, and welcoming. Housekeeping was also top notch — the rooms were spotless every day and very well maintained, which made the stay even more comfortable. The breakfast buffet exceeded expectations with a wide variety of fresh and high-quality options, including both local Thai dishes and international favorites. Overall, a beautiful hotel with incredible views, excellent service, outstanding housekeeping, and a splendid breakfast buffet. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Phuket/Kata Beach.

This hotel is stunning! We loved the rooms, the pool area at sunset is beautiful. Food was good and the cocktails in the pool were also lovely. My son used the gym and said it was excellent. Only disappointing thing was the staff. Everywhere else we’ve stayed at the staff have been so welcoming and friendly but we didn’t get the same feeling from this hotel (and we’ve stayed in 9 different ones).

Overall, a solid 4-star hotel. Good breakfast and a beautiful pool area. The soundproofing was poor, as we could clearly hear people walking past our door. Our initial room also faced the street, and the traffic noise was so loud it felt like the bedroom was right on the freeway. We were able to change rooms after the first night, which improved the stay. The staff were flexible, helpful, and kind throughout. The hotel is located on a hillside, which limits walkability and makes it less convenient to get around on foot.

Excellent hotel. No complaints whatsoever. Very modern and clean. Great pool with sufficient amount of sunbeds. Well cooked food in the restaurant. Location is approximately 400 metres from the beach. The hotel has a shuttle three times in the morning and one return in the afternoon. It's a walkable distance but pavement is missing on some of the distance and traffic is dense.

Very nice hotel. Excellent staff. Beds and pillows are little bit hard.
