The accommodation is so clean and tidy. The rooftop swimming pool is also fantastic. The central business district and the Southbank Parklands are so close that it's good to walk around. It's a well-equipped, well-recommended accommodation.

There is no indication where the entrance to the hotel is. We were not the only ones walking up and down the street trying to figure that out. Garden view means view of a bush. Accomodation was ok but nothing special. Only had two towels, no facecloths, one tea towel etc.. so a bit skimpy. The pool was nice but water quite cool! Only 3 lounge chairs available. It was quiet and private.

The pool area was good, though there was a noticeable smell which suggested it may need some maintenance. The main downside was the very low water pressure, which made showering difficult, and the air conditioning was hit and miss, it struggled to cool the apartment properly during 35° days. Overall, despite a few issues, we would definitely consider staying again.

Excellent location, and the building is new, clean and practical. Its not a hotel, its an apartment, which means no room service or no having the rooms made up, however there is a kitchen, there is a laundry, there is a pool. And its huge with a nice balcony, much prefer to stay in an appartment.

Hotel room dirty especially bathroom. Around the trash bin and under the kitchen sink. Around the washing machine area. Blinders. Bed dated a hole in the middle so you can’t lie properly. Sofa dated. Television poor quality. Receptionist Paula tried her best to accommodate.

The property is in a great location. However, our bed linen was stained and ww had to ask to have it changed. There was a horrible artificial smell of air freshener, no fans or room control for air conditioning. Noisy with the doors open to the balcony and no fly screens. Would not be my choice again.

The good: this is essentially a one-bedroom apartment being leased out as a hotel. No perks, no gold member add-ons, no bottle of wine etc. But lots of room, and a comfy bed, and great aircon. The bad: no perks, no frills, and the water pressure is beyond woeful. Shower pressure is barely a trickle of water. Condition of apartment is a little bashed-up like scuffed edges, cracked mirror etc. Overall it's no frills, cookie-cutter apartment just like Atlas or Clix around the corner, all the same places.

No external signage to find entry to park so we were expected to know where to gain access without any instructions on booking or street frontage. Once inside we booked in @ 2pm to be told our room would not be ready (Cleaning in progress) for another 30 minutes yet an hour later still waiting in corridor, stuffing our afternoon plans. No compendium or information supplied about the room so we didn't think that would hit us as hard as it did - After our night out, got back late expecting to leave early next morning. No problem with that, as someone (assume front door keypad) rang our room "Buzzer" at 3.00am & 3.15am waking us instantly in a "distressed state" thinking it was a fire alarm (so loud) so we tried to see where it was coming from but as No info we couldn't do anything until it stopped, so with next to NO sleep that stuffed our plans for next day as well. To top that all off with a very poor (cheapest style) choice of mattress & lounge, making it a very uncomfortable room experience. Unfortunately for the money we expect a more professional quality mattress that has more than just a few springs to hold you up. Not a great time in this room - will not be back.

These apartments were excellent value. Very central to Grey St and surrounds. Lovely coffee shop downstairs. Well appointed kitchen laundry and bathroom. Comfortable bed and good storage. The only problem was our unexpected late arrival when the reception was locked. There was NO After Hours number outside. What a disaster. Absolutely no way of contacting management. Luckily someone was exiting and we got inside where the AH number was. That really is a problem that needs addressing. Otherwise the apartment was excellent. Would use again

The overall experience was average. Cleanliness and location were acceptable, but nothing outstanding. Front desk service was limited — most of the time there was only one staff member available, which made service slow and not very responsive. It felt understaffed and lacking in service attention. On the positive side, there are some great restaurants nearby in the West Village area, which was convenient for dining out.

I ended up here by accident. My usual accomodation was booked out. Prior to my check-in, an info message came with my booking, requesting parking requirements etc. I replied and upon checkin, they’d pre-filled all my paperwork, making the process much smoother. The staff, Jason especially, were extremely helpful and accomodating during my stay. The facilities and rooms are modern, comfortable and well constructed. The wifi was free and extremely fast. There were night roadworks outside, and with the doors closed, I couldn’t hear a thing. On my last day I requested an extension. Jason shuffled bookings around to accomodate me, and keep me in the same room. I appreciate their attentiveness and assistance. I will stay here any and every time I come to Brisbane from now on. I was very pleased here.

The apartment was clean, quiet, and spacious. The location is very convenient, with many nearby restaurants, and grocery stores, and a quick 10 minute walk to the South Bank parklands, 25 minutes walk to downtown. The area felt very safe, and we enjoyed using the pool and BBQ area amenities. The only thing to note is that there are limited supplies provided (enough for 2 dishwasher and 2 laundry loads) and no basics such as oil, salt, or pepper, so if you're booking for a longer stay or planning to do a lot of cooking, you'll need to purchase your own.
