We stayed with two adults and two teenagers. Everything you need for a few nights. Clean, well equipped and above all close to the center of the city. Close to public transportation. Old town and Kazimierz district within easy walking distance. The only thing is that you should book the parking in advance. We would love to come back. Thank you for your hospitality.

What an amazing light, bright, huge and modern apartment. Our 2BR was on the 1st floor with one bedroom facing the Wisła river and one the street. The washer was amazing to have and there were even 2 pods supplied. The hang dryer was sizable, iron, hair dryer, coffee maker and parking was perfect to have available. Shower was lovely and kitchen was perfect. Would definitely stay here again. Next time would like to consider the top floor that has a balcony!

It was nice and uncomplicated. I recommend to not arrive with a big car as the parking place is small. The room was for 3 people but the sleeping sofa was also fairly small. The location is quite good. All in all it was a good stay and I can recommend it.

Everything was perfect. No complains. Walkig distance to the main tourist atraction. Comfortable and well equipt. The only minus - no free parking available (charged inside property parking lot - 40 PLN per night).

Riverside Aparthotel was beyond our expectations. It has everything you need for a great stay, even had a washing machine and supplied the pods. The apartment was spacious and spotlessly clean. In a nice quiet area but close to all the sights. All the staff we spoke to were helpful and friendly.

The room was clean apart from marks on the walls and stained towels. Heating was on way too high on arrival so tried using AC to cool it down to be told they switch it off during winter and they couldn't give any suggestions how to cool the room down despite me having already turned all thw radiators off. Booked the penthouse which had a queen sized bed but single duvets and only 2 cushion sized pillows. Meant to be "soundproof" but sadly heard all the noise outside even being on the top floor. Overall, it was a nice place to stay but personally wouldn't stay there again

Spotless apartment with excellent facilities. Perfect location for exploring Krakow and surrounding areas with excellent transports options to and from the airport and local attractions. The price was excellent too. The 304 bus goes to the salt mines and 300 to the airport all for £1.50 instead of a taxis charging you £20. Lovely view of the river and the staff were friendly. Two niggles - 1) the Hotels.com advert says bedroom air con and there wasn't. There was a portable aircon unit in the lounge which was noisy and we had to point towards the bedroom area to try and keep us cool but it wasn't very effective 2) the advert says soundproofing but you still got noise from the road outside and from the apartment upstairs dragging their chair across the floor :(. I feel awkward leaving these bad bits as the apartment was a great find and fantastic value.

Apartment was perfect. Clean, well decorated, everything was available (such as iron, kitchen utilities) even good coffe/ coffe press and tea. Bed was very comfortable, shower is big and staff very nice and helpful. Honestly had a great stay and would definitely come back for longer periods!

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. It is across the river from wavel castle. The room I had was spacious and was a fully equipped apartment that had everything you would need if you wanted to cook. The staff was super friendly. It is in a nice residential neighborhood with lots of restaurants, bakeries and small grocery stores. There is no daily cleaning which I like and they did offer to clean the room but I declined. I has a good location and there is a bus stop less than a 5 min walk away. I really enjoyed my stay and would stay there again if I was in town.

The staff were amazing. They treated me and my father like family. I will definitely be returning to krakow Poland and staying with y'all again. Y'all have amazing view of the bridge, castle, and the river. All restaurants and stores were a great walking distance from each other. I also would like to say that the staff speak English very well. I was happy they had an employee name Daria to help me out when I didn't understand polish. She make sure to translate the words correctly and she was a very big help. I will definitely returned next summer. Thank you for a wonderful vacation and a wonderful stay in krakow. ❤️

I had a fantastic stay at Riverside Hotel. From the smooth early check-in to the flawless check-out, everything was impeccable. The staff’s dedication to excellent service made it feel like they treated the property as their own. Daria and others provided wonderful advice on local tourism, and pani Beata ensured everything was kept spotlessly clean. The hotel also boasts excellent internet, great shower pressure, and a convenient location near shops. A special highlight is the amazing pastry shop next door—a must-visit! Highly recommend.

Staff was very helpful in answering questions , they all spoke English as I don’t speak any Polish. Place was very clean, and modern. It was also very good location, close to Old Krakow and was on the river, which is a nice walk. I would recommend this place.😊

Ligger et stykke unna hoved torget og gamle byen, det er matbutikker og noen spisesteder rett ved leiligheten. Men ikke mye som skjer rundt i området. Stille om natten. Vær oppmerksom på at matserveringen stenger 22.30 på mange restauranter i Krakow. Rundt hovedtorget er det lurt å bestille bord, er ofte fullt i helgene.
