En mi experiencia la Suite Junior en la imagen de presentación se observan detalles como velas, decoración etc. Al momento de entrar en la habitación nos dimos cuenta que no contaba con lo que aparece en la imagen, y la habitación era muy fría. Se tuvo complicación con el agua caliente del baño. Cómo estancia le doy un 3 de 5. Las instalaciones no son malas pero son detalles importantes a considerar si quieres disfrutar en pareja la estancia.

No regresare. Mala experiencia el vehiculo lo tienes que dejar en un estacionamiento publico lejos del hotel y regresar a pie.. cero seguridad para tu auto. Nos dijeron que si queriamos aire acondicionado y llevaron un aire portatil con una tuberia que pusieron hacia la ventana abierta y hacia un ruido espantoso. Enfrente hay un antro con la musica a todo volumen . No se puede dormir

El hotel decia que tenia estacionamiento incluido. Cuando Llegamos al lugar. No tenia ni donde estacionarme para hacer check in. no podia bajar el equipaje en eso La policia llego que me tenia que quitar sel camjno. El estacionamiento estaba a 4 cuadras del hotel. No se veia un lugar seguro. Ya ni nos quedamos tuve que buscar otro hotel.

No me gustó, primero, que no hay frazadas, las pides y 2 hrs después tuve que bajar a recepción para que me proporcionaran 1, no hay agua caliente para ducharte en la tarde te das cuenta ya que estas a punto de bañarte y debes llamar a recepción y te dicen esperes 5 mins para bañarte, eramos 2 personas y solo te ponen una toalla de baño, pedimos una adicional y jamas la llevaron, afortunadamente llevábamos una propia, te dan clave wifi incorrecta, las almohadas demasiado incómodas, no te indican que hay elevador hasta el fondo detrás de las escaleras y mientras ya subiste el primer piso cargando tus maletas porque no hay quien te ayude y el hotel no es como te muestra en las imágenes que usan para el marketing, es muy limpia y espaciosa la habitación. No volveré a hospedarme ahí.

Large room which was cleaned daily. Shower, toilet, and sink were all very nice. Bed was large but a little too firm. Front desk service was friendly, helpful, and very responsive. Location is great and the area is extremely walkable. The outside noise wasn't as bad as some reviews made it seem. The only issue was the door to the room was somewhat translucent which allowed a lot of light into the room in the morning which was odd and not ideal. Other than that, it's a really nice place and I would definitely recommend for people wanting to walk and tour the city.

Llegue al hotel por la tarde, primero tuve que ir a dos cuadras a estacionar mi auto porque no tienen estacionamiento, hasta ahí es aceptable. Pero al darme la habitación está es muy diferente a las fotos, se ve ya todo desgastado y viejo, el agua que tienen para tomar no viene el botellas, es una jarra que dejan ahí y dadas las condiciones en las que estaba la limpieza da mucha desconfianza. El piso estaba sucio agua y cabellos por todos lados, manchas en las sillas y repisas. Lo peor fue la cama encontré cabello, vellos pubicos, llame a recepción para que me cambiarán las sábanas, la chica me trajo nuevas y las nuevas al destenderlas estaban igual, tome foto a todo y decidimos salir de ahí e irnos a otro hotel, lo único bueno que puedo decir es que me hicieron la cancelación rápido y recibí el reembolso completo, fue la experiencia más desagradable que he pasado jamás.

La habitacion estaba muy sucia, el piso puerquisimo, pedi que la limpiaran y la señora de la limpieza dijo que el piso asi estaba,lo cual use una toallita para limpiarle y si se quito, y aun asi tienen el descaro de dejar un sobre para pedir propinas. La gente de recepcion si fue buena onda.

No se veía el hotel como en la foto, la atención fue muy mala, el desayuno que estaba incluido muy deficiente y no había verdadera atención. En cuanto la habitación las alhomadas estaban muy duras y para bañarme tenía que avisar a qué hora por qué no tienen agua caliente.

No me gustó que el estacionamiento está a más de 3 cuadras y tienes que cruzar avenida, no te dan chanza ni para bajar maleta frente al hotel, tienes que aguantar que te estén pitando. El internet no es nada bueno, yo estaba en el piso 3 y no llegaba nada de internet, pésimo para el que tenga que trabajar ahí o que no tenga datos. Frente al hotel hay un bar el cuál hace que rebote el ruido y retumba en las habitaciones y cortan el ruido hasta la 1am. El piso del baño estaba lleno de pelos y cabellos agenos, como que no barren bien.

Nice place to stay. Outside loud music ends at midnight. The music inside the room was not as loud as if you opened a window. Ask for rooms farthest from the main street. Otherwise, food is good and room was spacious

Estuvo muy cómodo y limpio el hotel. Los empleados caían bien y eran muy atentos. Los desayunos también ricos. Lo único para anotar es que si no te gusta el ruido quizás no es el lugar ideal. Está cerca a algunos bares que ponen música hasta tarde. A mi en lo personal no me molesto para nada y asi logré dormir a gusto. Recomendaría quedarse aquí cuando visitas San Luis.

The place was quite nice - clean with very friendly staff. The location was good and parking was included as was a nice breakfast. The one major complaint I have is the noise from a bar across the street that started blasting music at 6 or 7 pm. Not great after a long day traveling or out and about visiting the museums of the city.

El servicio fue demasiado bueno, nos cuidaron nuestras maletas antes del check-in y después del check-out ya que nuestro viaje de regreso era en la noche y nos ayudó demasiado estar sin peso mientras caminábamos por la ciudad.

The hotel seems to be an older property but very well kept. The rooms were nice and clean and had everything needed for a comfortable stay. I didn’t forget anything but they did offer the essentials in case you did forget something so that was nice. The staff was friendly and helpful with answering questions about the area. I would definitely stay here again when in the area.

No se veía el hotel como en la foto, la atención fue muy mala, el desayuno que estaba incluido muy deficiente y no había verdadera atención. En cuanto la habitación las alhomadas estaban muy duras y para bañarme tenía que avisar a qué hora por qué no tienen agua caliente.

We all know if we damage the property we will be accountable,I booked a room for my parents and they were told by the receptionist in a rude way that if they broke something up they would pay for it,mom and dad are 68 and 79 I understand if you’re traveling with kids but that was a bit out of line for two seniors citizens,AC unit wasn’t working,everything else was in good condition.

Large room which was cleaned daily. Shower, toilet, and sink were all very nice. Bed was large but a little too firm. Front desk service was friendly, helpful, and very responsive. Location is great and the area is extremely walkable. The outside noise wasn't as bad as some reviews made it seem. The only issue was the door to the room was somewhat translucent which allowed a lot of light into the room in the morning which was odd and not ideal. Other than that, it's a really nice place and I would definitely recommend for people wanting to walk and tour the city.

The place was quite nice - clean with very friendly staff. The location was good and parking was included as was a nice breakfast. The one major complaint I have is the noise from a bar across the street that started blasting music at 6 or 7 pm. Not great after a long day traveling or out and about visiting the museums of the city.

Me gustó mucho el hotel, todo muy limpio, el desayuno muy bueno pero como era jueves supongo que por eso había mucho ruido como de un antro que dejó de tocar música a las 12 de la noche pero de ahí en fuera todo muy bien! Las camas muy cómodas!

Creo que deberían poner mejor calidad de almohadas las que tienen son terribles , la calidad del desayuno muy pobre, y el timbre es una molestia de oye en las habitaciones PERO eso se compensa con el excelente servicio del personal y la ubicación además el precio es bueno por eso no pusimos ninguna queja sólo mencionó lo de las almohadas y el desayuno como comentario para que traten de mejorar…

Estuvo muy cómodo y limpio el hotel. Los empleados caían bien y eran muy atentos. Los desayunos también ricos. Lo único para anotar es que si no te gusta el ruido quizás no es el lugar ideal. Está cerca a algunos bares que ponen música hasta tarde. A mi en lo personal no me molesto para nada y asi logré dormir a gusto. Recomendaría quedarse aquí cuando visitas San Luis.

Great location. Right in the downtown area. Hotel was safe. There's a desk person all day every day and at night you need to buzz the ringer to get let in. It gave a wonderful feeling of safety. The rooms got cleaned every day. I only wished it had A/C since I'm from the Midwest. I'm not fond of the warm weather without A/C to sleep. Besides that everything was wonderful.

Have never stayed here but I'm glad I did. The staff/front desk was wonderful, helpful and nice. Breakfast was included which was a big plus. The room was very nice, comfortable, big bed, and spacious. Close.to el Centro, within walking distance, restaurants, shops, plazas, church's... May very well stay here again.
