The property was clean and the staff was kind and professional. The only thing we didn’t like was the pool is extremely small and narrow. The kids couldn’t get any swim time in because there was no space if there was more then 4 people in the pool. I’ve never seen one that tiny in a hotel before.

Just great, room was updated, very clean & very comfortable. Pool/spa was a little small but didn't stop the kids! They played and made friends while I was able to watch from the gym! Breakfast was standard, but very good. 10/10 if I'm ever in town again, I will be booking here!

Extremely comfortable bed (though my husband found a rather large bug in the bedding) and ample space for the kiddos too. Bathroom amenities were first rate. Some hinges need tightening but nothing horrible. Breakfast was delicious and filling, and my kiddos loved the pool.

I enjoyed our short stay here. Staff were great. Breakfast was pretty good. Pool is not that big but still fun for the kids to burn off some energy. I liked that all 6 of us could sleep in the same room since some hotels don't have space for 6 in one room so then we would have to get two rooms which is considerably more expensive.

Our second visit in about a week. On our way back North from Disney - not to the same standard as our first visit. Room was dirty, various types of hair all over the bathroom, nail clippings, shower door filthy and now kids are finding ants! Huge disappointment after first stay when our room was immaculate.

The couch was filthy. A dust cloud literally rose from it when my husband sat down. Plus, it had stains all over it that were disgusting. The coffee was not replenished, and the lotion was used.

The staff is helpful and very friendly. The entire hotel is spotless and well-kept. The Snake River River Walk is adjacent to the hotel and is a great, peaceful place to walk. You can also walk to the falls, I almost forgot to mention that!! The Japanese Friendship Garden is just on the other side of the bridge and is an enjoyable place to explore and relax. We used a plant identification app and had fun identifying various trees and shrubs. We were there in October when the Farmers Market is still every Saturday, and we walked across the bridge and had fun spending too much money! In general, the hotel is in a great location - 8 minutes to the airport and we ate at several restaurants and I think the farthest one was a 10 minute drive. All in all, the hotel staff is amazing, the hotel is clean and comfortable, and the surrounding area is wonderful! We had a fantastic week!

The room was very clean and comfortable. The gal at the front desk was one of the most polite and helpful hotel employees we’ve ever encountered. She was wonderful. The only thing wrong was the air conditioner was very loud which made it difficult to sleep.

The room design is very family friendly including the pull out trundle bed. The kids loved sleeping in it. The included breakfast was of great quality as well. If we were to come back to Idaho Falls, we’d stay here again. It’s less than 10 minutes from the airport and situated right next to the Riverwalk and the Japanese Friendship Garden.

We absolutely loved this hotel. Perfect for families with kids. The room layout was so thoughtfully designed; it felt spacious and divided, even without an actual wall, which made it really comfortable for our family. The location couldn’t have been better! It’s right by the riverwalk and just a short walk to the downtown area. We highly recommend bringing bikes the kids had a blast riding along the paths. Another highlight was the amazing free breakfast there was a wide variety of food options, and everything was fresh and well-stocked. It made our mornings so easy and enjoyable.

The size of the room is great, it was pretty clean. This is the second SH suites that I’ve stayed at and they must buy the mattresses in bulk because they are terrible. And I like a hard mattress but I think I could have slept on the road and it would have been more comfortable. The light over the desk would not turn off, so we spent the night with the light on.

It hotel was good but not great. It was clean and in good repair for the most part. The main reason for a less than perfect rating was that the design of the rooms was not very desirable for families even though the ad said it was great for families. It did sleep 6 pretty comfortably but the bathroom could definitely be designed better. The batroom door is barn door slider style which is fine except that it is frosted glass. When someone has to use the bathroom or shower or sink (all one room) the light shines through the frosted glass into the entire room. It would also be nice it the sink was accessible outside the area of toilet and shower for 6 people trying to get ready for the day at the same time. Again, it was clean and pretty accomodating and the brrakfast has good variety.

All good things but best part is location. Right on the river, 1 block from the falls. And 2 blocks down, had great meal at Irish pub Celt. Service there and hotel were so friendly, food was perfect after long day on the road!

It was located right on the river walk. The tranquil and beautifully designed Japanese friendship garden is a quick walk across the foot bridge. Siruated in a beautiful area of town. You could walk downtown easily. There are several restaraunts within walking distance. The staff was super friendly and helpful. We were there for a concert and it was very near the venue.

This is near falls which is a plus, however not very safe for younger kids. Breakfast is the lowlight (paper plates, plastic spoons, plates, glasses with limited unhealthy food options). For comparison we stayed at Hyatt next day on our next stop which was much more environmentally friendly with healthy food options at lower nightly rate.
