Ett fantastiskt ställe nära Abel Tasman National Park. Trevligt och hjälpsam värdpar som har skapat en liten oas här. Vi njöt av den fina miljön och de generösa gemensamma faciliteterna som kök, grillplats, lounge och framförallt trädgården.

The outside garden view seating is very peaceful; shared kitchen has everything one could need and is a nice social space. The muffin for breakfast might be the best I have ever tasted and farm fresh eggs are a major bonus.

A good place with quiet rooms and free breakfast. The breakfast provided is in general from local suppliers. The idea behind the lodge is to be as environmentally friendly as possible. For your convenience there are rustic computer games from the good old times and a TV with Netflix and lots of films.

Fantastic spot. Very quiet. Extensive gardens to enjoy. Fabulous continental breakfast with jams etc made on site as well as grown on site fruit. Plenty of parking. Large pond garden. Room was of a good size with huge comfortable bed. Large bathroom with powerful shower. Lots of birds around. TV room and arcade game station available. Staff are really helpful. One of the best places we have ever stayed on holiday.

Great communal kitchen with fresh eggs and fruit from the farm. Homemade jams, custard pastries too. The kitchen was well designed and stocked with fresh milks, great coffee and teas, bread, butter including olive oil butter... One of my favorite places to sleep so far. Great strong hot shower too with nice amenities.

Hier passt alles! Sehr freundliche Gastgeber, tolle Betten und gemütliche saubere Zimmer. Das Frühstück ist klasse für neuseeländische Verhältnisse, besonders natürlich das frische Obst der eigenen Bäume und der außergewöhnliche und besonders leckere Kaffee!! Danke schön!

Very cute property with amazing views, very generous breakfast and cooking appliances, comfortable beds, and fresh fruit and pastries. The hosts are very kind and so are their cats. The wifi is good. Only downside was finding cockroaches in the food area and the room, but it's also a pretty nature-y place so maybe it's to be expected? That didn't take away from our experience but it's definitely something you can expect!

Wunderschönes Hostel, sehr gepflegt, super sauber und top geführt! Der Empfang war prima, alles Ist gut ausgestattet und komfortabel. Wunderschön angelegter Garten mit vielen Möglichkeiten, sich draußen aufzuhalten. Das Hostel ist absolut empfehlenswert!!

We stayed one night while cycling The Great Taste Trail. Everything was superb from the warm welcome to check out: real coffee and A2 milk; fruit from the onsite orchard; breakfast eggs from the chickens; local bread and baked goods; home-made jams; lovely en-suite King room with Forest & Bird toiletries - the list goes on and on! Barbara and Eric are exemplary hosts, combining warmth with knowing how to allow space and privacy. We are locals who do not usually stay so close to home but we hope to shout ourselves another visit for R&R soon.

The room was clean, the breakfast muffins were delicious. I also took advantage of the free eggs from the owners’ chickens. The gardens were beautiful, tranquil and had plenty of seating areas. It’s an easy drive to the Abel Tasman trail and Motueka (where we went most evenings for dinner). This place is very comfortable and the owners make you feel at home. You can also pretty much see the Milky Way on a dark night. Walls are a bit thin and breakfast in the mornings are busy. It has a quirky charm.

Le cadre est magnifique et reposant. Les hôtes nous ont très bien reçus. Grâce à la cuisine, salon et coin télé, nous avions tout le confort nécessaire pour cuisiner ou se détendre. Le petit déjeuner était varié ( œufs frais, pain frais, lait frais, gâteaux, avec également des fruits de saison du jardin). Le seul bémol est le manque d’insonorisation entre les chambres.

Eden's Edge Lodge was a blissful and peaceful place to stay as well as sit & relax on the deck in the afternoon. So much greenery & such magnificent herb shrubs growing around the place. The eggs, breads, honey & home made jams were also delish. We had 2 king size bedrooms which were very clean, spacious and included all the facilities required. Absolutely loved it.

Once arrived, was met by the welcoming and friendly host Barbara and Eric. Were very accommodating to our circumstances, as we arrived early. Showed us around the property and what they offered. Great breakfast, the normal plus freshly baked scones and danish pastries, as well as homemade jams. Room was very suitable, with comfortable bed. Even though we stayed one night, easy to stay longer. Easy to highly recommend this place to stay. Unable to add photos, however above highlights this place.

The communal facilities were fantastic. The kitchen had everything you needed to cook with. The owners were so friendly and helpful. We lost our key when we went out for dinner and we had to disturb them around 10 pm. They did not fuss about it and just requested we have a good look for the keys. I would absolutely recommend this place if you want beautiful surroundings in a communal type environment. And this place is very close to the Abel Tasman boat shuttles (10 min by car).
The communal facilities were fantastic. The kitchen had everything you needed to cook with. The owners were so friendly and helpful. We lost our key when we went out for dinner and we had to disturb them around 10 pm. They did not fuss about it and just requested we have a good look for the keys. Beautiful place, amazing breakfast. We also had a car accident the night we were staying and needed taxis and then to hang around for a tow truck the following day. Eric and Barb were absolutely brilliant and super helpful!!

We absolutely loved our stay here. It is a family business, and you can tell they go out of their way to make guests feel welcome. Highly eco-friendly, and they even let guests use the fresh herbs from the garden to cook in the morning. Highly recommend for anyone who wants an authentic welcoming Kiwi experience. I just wish we had more days to stay there!

We stayed one night while cycling The Great Taste Trail. Everything was superb from the warm welcome to check out: real coffee and A2 milk; fruit from the onsite orchard; breakfast eggs from the chickens; local bread and baked goods; home-made jams; lovely en-suite King room with Forest & Bird toiletries - the list goes on and on! Barbara and Eric are exemplary hosts, combining warmth with knowing how to allow space and privacy. The room was clean, the breakfast muffins were delicious. I also took advantage of the free eggs from the owners’ chickens. The gardens were beautiful, tranquil and had plenty of seating areas. It’s an easy drive to the Abel Tasman trail and Motueka (where we went most evenings for dinner). This place is very comfortable and the owners make you feel at home. You can also pretty much see the Milky Way on a dark night. Walls are a bit thin and breakfast in the mornings are busy. It has a quirky charm.

Eden's Edge Lodge was a blissful and peaceful place to stay as well as sit & relax on the deck in the afternoon. So much greenery & such magnificent herb shrubs growing around the place. The eggs, breads, honey & home made jams were also delish. We had 2 king size bedrooms which were very clean, spacious and included all the facilities required. Absolutely loved it.

Eden's Edge Lodge is an excellent choice for exploring the Tasman area, Kaiteriteri beach, etc. It is part of a small orchard/farm, so sources its own fruit, herbs, and eggs for breakfast. Very pleasant and relaxing, yet only a five-minute drive from Matueka for restaurants and shopping.

Fantastic spot. Very quiet. Extensive gardens to enjoy. Fabulous continental breakfast with jams etc made on site as well as grown on site fruit. Plenty of parking. Large pond garden. Room was of a good size with huge comfortable bed. Large bathroom with powerful shower. Lots of birds around. TV room and arcade game station available. Staff are really helpful. One of the best places we have ever stayed on holiday.

Once arrived, was met by the welcoming and friendly host Barbara and Eric. Were very accommodating to our circumstances, as we arrived early. Showed us around the property and what they offered. Great breakfast, the normal plus freshly baked scones and danish pastries, as well as homemade jams. Room was very suitable, with comfortable bed. Even though we stayed one night, easy to stay longer. Easy to highly recommend this place to stay. Unable to add photos, however above highlights this place.

The outside garden view seating is very peaceful; shared kitchen has everything one could need and is a nice social space. The muffin for breakfast might be the best I have ever tasted and farm fresh eggs are a major bonus.

Great communal kitchen with fresh eggs and fruit from the farm. Homemade jams, custard pastries too. The kitchen was well designed and stocked with fresh milks, great coffee and teas, bread, butter including olive oil butter... One of my favorite places to sleep so far. Great strong hot shower too with nice amenities.

The lounge is great, lots of big comfy chairs, tv, hot drinks and accesable until late. Though there is no seating in the room, the common room option was better for our taste. If you have a chance walk or drive further down the road to the charming marina.

Nice room, a bit humid, but it is that part of the year when humidity is everywhere. Hosts were nice, Barb is simply great and caring. Parking is convenient, area is quiet and peaceful. It's a simple family like place. They offered fruits from their garden, own jams and honey. Garden is beautiful, we loved sitting and watching the sunset there.
