The place had a very errie feel to it when we walked in. My partner immediately felt unsafe. The downstairs bistro area looked amazing, but it stopped there.

Its a pub. Lets get that out of the way. Now, the bistro and pub are great. The room was just a bed and thats fine. The facilities were clean but eater pressure was very much an issue. Otherwise fine.

This property needs to be upgraded for seniors. Hard to carry luggage up and down stairs. Needs lift. Shower in bath and no rails for safety getting out of high bath. The hotel is close to dance hall and convenient when wanting to dance at carina

The photo on Expedia showed an ensuite shower and toilet. When I checked into the room (number 5) it was like a small cell. I needed to go to the toilet as I had driven up from Sydney. To my surprise and disappointment there was no where to go. So I had to walk up a long corridor to find the toilet and shower block. With one Fluro light in the middle of the room an external air - conditioning unit humming outside the window, which was open to air the unit out. The room looked directly onto ta tin roof and piping of the hotel.

When I book our stay, I book a typical room with the normal amenities (bed, table to work on, bathroom), but when we checked in we were told that there was no bathroom in our rooms - that it was a communal bathroom. There was no information about that on the website when booking the room, in fact, the room description stated "Private Bathroom" that had a "Rainfall Showerhead" This was very inconvenient and very misleading. I would not stay or recommend this hotel to people that ask.

The propert cancelled my booking because I turned up late, even after using their online checkin. Said they would give me a refund but when I applied for a refund they declined it. Didn’t get a credit or anything. Took my $540 and left me on the curb.

Was good. Came in early but staff did not let us checked in before 2 despite room being available. She said check in is at 2 and they can’t check in earlier. Otherwise nice budgetnplace to stay
