A quality hotel with great facilities, immaculate rooms and a great location close to road links. The restaurant food was good quality if a little pricey and breakfast is very expensive. Fantastic staff who couldn’t do enough to help throughout my stay. Nice, well equipped gym with running and cross fit machines and free weights.

Lovely Hotel and the staff were wonderful. We were visiting friend's for the weekend and the hotel was very convenient for us to see them. We chose the hotel because of the location near our friends village, its a great hotel but not somewhere I would choose to stay otherwise as the location meant going everywhere in a car and the surrounding roads were very busy and noisey. We were also dissapointed there wasn't a swimming pool as shown on the Internet. That said it was a lovely hotel and if you have reason to visit Northampton a great choice.

Lovely staff, good clan bedroom with a room safe and fridge. Breakfast was reasonable, but breakfast items left in warming trays (scrambled eggs, mushrooms, hash browns) were not very good. However, towards the end of the breakfast service, it was possible to get any of the egg dishes made directly by the chef. Although only a 2 storey hotel, we did experience more noise from the room above us than would be expected if sound insulation had been properly installed. The car park was excellent - size, and location was good with no audible traffic noise, yet easy acces to main routes.

Quick, efficient check in friendly welcome. Plenty of onsite parking. Had the furthest room away from the main area however very comfy, good amenities. The TV kept switching back to the welcome screen thought it was haunted 😂. Really tasty breakfast all in all a good place to stay and will do next time I’m in the area.

Convenient location for the purpose of our stay. The hotel was easy to find with plenty of onsite parking. The hotel had everything we needed for a short stay. Loved the free hot chocolate available on the evening and the drinks in the bar were reasonable prices.

Overnight stay to visit family in Northampton. The hotel is conveniently placed just off the A45 expressway, and has a large free carpark. Check in was swift and our room was located at the far end of a corridor (which was great as we had asked for a quiet location). The room was large and comfortable. Both the bedroom and bathroom were clean and tidy. We ate in the bar and the food was enjoyable if a little overpriced. Cannot comment on breakfast as we were room only.

Disappointing - there for two nights. On arrival while room clean, beer cap tops lying on floor which had not been removed. Left Sunday morning and on returning Sunday room was as I left it, bed not done and towels exactly where I left them - disappointing as I expected room to be tidied and cleaned. Breakfast was good, bar comfortable, hotel quiet.

Room was absolutely spotless, reception and corridors all very clean and very well maintained. Very friendly, polite and efficient staff, lovely surroundings and very peaceful in and out. Loads of free car parking and free Wifi. Nice powerful shower and lovely toiletries.The only thing that let it down was the food and TV. Very limited menu, chose not to eat in the restaurant as it said there was a discretionary service charge of £12.50 and I would have felt awkward asking for it to be removed. Ordered 2 burgers via room service for myself and my 9 year old and it was £43. Nice burgers but way too expensive. TV was disappointing, we were hoping to watch movies using my Netflix and Disney accounts but the TV was not connected to WiFi so it was just terrestrial channels and not many of them. For those reasons I don't think we would stay again which is a shame

Honestly a beautiful hotel, I stayed in one of their Suites of three nights and I have to say, they are probably the nicest hotel rooms I have stayed in within the UK by far, the extra touches that go into these rooms are just fantastic and the terrace outside is stunning with views or horses, dogs and rabbits going past over a lovely well kept field. The food was fantastic and I only used room service, which whilst I appreciate my room is a long way from the restaurant, the staff still turned up with a smile and professional service, in fact they were just great! The room was priced at around £300 per night for 3 nights, which I believe to be more than reasonable given the added extras you get and the Jacuzzi bath and a bathroom sized like a bedroom. The only thing I would ask for them to change is to add a selection of drinks to the in room fridge upon arrival with the option to purchase throughout your stay, however I am away there is a pop up shop at reception so this may be why they do not offer a minibar service, but would be good for when I stay next. More than highly recommend given the premium service and quality of the hotel, every single one of the members of staff are lovely and say hello as you walk past, you don’t feel like you’re an unwanted guest at all. I look forward to staying again soon!

The room was not as quiet as expected. When other guests were entering their room it actually sounded like they were coming in our room. People could be heard running down the hallway. If not for this i would rate this place as excellent.

Firstly I like this hotel . It’s good but this is now my 4th stay and the internet tv just freezes every 15 seconds or so in each room .on YouTube . The breakfast is normally very good today I ordered fried eggs that turned up black crispy and burnt round the outside with a plate full of oil . The “chef “ obviously did not care as the front of house person bringing in them out . Then I noted there were several thumbnail size pieces of shell baked into the whites . Who was cooking today Stevie wonder ? I asked for them to be changed he brought me out eggs that were liquid on top sent him back with them again 3rd time lucky . Spoke to reception about the internet tv he told me it was a known issue … then why nothing done about it ? Rooms are great spotless clean tv they could also do with a lift it’s over 3 floors .

⭐ A beautiful hotel, but deeply disappointed by the shocking treatment from the duty manager I stayed at this hotel and was impressed by its facilities and overall quality. However, my entire experience was completely overshadowed by the rude and unprofessional behavior of the duty manager. While I was in the bath, he forcefully knocked on my door demanding immediate payment, as though I had no intention of settling my bill. I was completely naked and explained that I was not appropriately dressed and requested privacy. Despite this, he continued to stand there with a card machine that wasn’t even working properly, insisting on payment in an extremely disrespectful and humiliating manner. As a young woman traveling alone, I felt completely embarrassed and intimidated by his actions. There was no courtesy, no understanding, and absolutely no skill in handling guests. I spent over £300 expecting a high standard of service, and instead I was left feeling shocked and humiliated. I have reported this incident to the hotel and sincerely hope they take it seriously and address it appropriately. -

On getting to the hotel, I wasn’t happy with the room I was initially given, and I expressed my concerns with the front desk staff of which she immediately gave me another option. Overall, please with my stay and will visit again.

Checking in was easy and the staff at the reception was welcoming and friendly. I was only surprised we had to pay a refundable deposit of £50, I’m not sure I saw that during booking. The room was in excellent condition and our son had his own little corner which he really loved. Breakfast was ok and we ordered an omelette which was very tasty. I’d rate our stay 8 out 10.

The room was in excellent condition and our son had his own little corner which he really loved. Breakfast was ok and we ordered an omelette which was very tasty. I’d rate our stay 8 out 10.

Very nice room in a good setting overlooking countryside. The staff were extremely helpful with nothing too much trouble and very polite. Very clean hotel and well looked after. One issue was that the restaurant was quite expensive with a starter plus main course for 2 of us and a glass of wine costing c. £100 in total, although this did include a 12.5% service charge at the end of the bill which was discretionary and I didn’t notice until after I had paid. However, this wasn’t indicated anywhere in advance or at the time of booking the restaurant. This was for a fairly standard meal (not steaks). Other than this I would stay again but eat out at another local restaurant.

Convenient location for the purpose of our stay. The hotel was easy to find with plenty of onsite parking. The hotel had everything we needed for a short stay. Loved the free hot chocolate available on the evening and the drinks in the bar were reasonable prices.

Overnight stay to visit family in Northampton. The hotel is conveniently placed just off the A45 expressway, and has a large free carpark. Check in was swift and our room was located at the far end of a corridor (which was great as we had asked for a quiet location). The room was large and comfortable. Both the bedroom and bathroom were clean and tidy. We ate in the bar and the food was enjoyable if a little overpriced. Cannot comment on breakfast as we were room only.

We have stayed at multiple Delta's in the last 6 months and they offer a consistent high standard of rooms and facilities. The staff is always friendly and very professional. The one thing that can be improved is the coffee served at breakfast. The current dispensing machines need an option for stronger coffee.

Quick, efficient check in friendly welcome. Plenty of onsite parking. Had the furthest room away from the main area however very comfy, good amenities. The TV kept switching back to the welcome screen thought it was haunted 😂. Really tasty breakfast all in all a good place to stay and will do next time I’m in the area.

Room was absolutely spotless, reception and corridors all very clean and very well maintained. Very friendly, polite and efficient staff, lovely surroundings and very peaceful in and out. Loads of free car parking and free Wifi. Nice powerful shower and lovely toiletries.The only thing that let it down was the food and TV. Very limited menu, chose not to eat in the restaurant as it said there was a discretionary service charge of £12.50 and I would have felt awkward asking for it to be removed. Ordered 2 burgers via room service for myself and my 9 year old and it was £43. Nice burgers but way too expensive. TV was disappointing, we were hoping to watch movies using my Netflix and Disney accounts but the TV was not connected to WiFi so it was just terrestrial channels and not many of them. For those reasons I don't think we would stay again which is a shame

The aircon was broken and it was a heatwave. So the room temperature was unbearable and it was not possible to sleep with my wife who has menopause and even a very loud noisy fan didn’t help. When we felt like we could fall asleep the noisy fan would keep you awake. Tried to ask for another room but that was not possible. I am looking for a refund on this nights stay.
