recent 3 night stay. Room was very small and not really ideal for a 3 night stay. It was hard to keep the room at an ambient temperature. Breakfast choice was very limited, no cereal, fresh fruit, porridge. Just the cooked option. Service was slow & the cooked breakfast on the last day was not enjoyable. Limited car parking for staying guests. For a future visit would look to other options in the area.

What a lovely surprise it was to arrive at The Swan in Esher! We were able to park easily at no charge. We were made to feel welcome and shown to our small but clean, comfortable and quiet room, providing everything we needed for our two night stay. The breakfast (included in the price) was delicious and set us up for the rest of the day. Unbelievable value for money - we look forward to staying there again in the future!

It's a really nice hotel, pub and restaurant. The staff are great - very friendly and very helpful. The room was spotless and in very good condition. Extremely dog friendly - and has been designed to be dog friendly, so hard floors making the room easy to clean after a dog. Now, the one bad point. You're living in a pub, so it's not going to be restful. The pub is open to 11, so there's noise and then a lot of light (the blinds in the rooms don't cut the mustard) until midnight or so. Then the bin truck arrives at 7 for last night's empties - or the delivery lorry for the next night.

The pub is great, love the itallian vibe, quite a sun trap outside. Lovely staff, food is good and not expensive. Parking is what it is, however nearby streets are safe with plenty of space, nice area. Rooms are cosy, well appointed and have all you need, iron, kettle, en-suite. Nice coutyard with table if you want outside space but away from the beer garden. I like the place and will return

Lovely rooms, in peaceful area, and good breakfast, served by a nice, friendly member of staff. We arrived on an extremely busy summers evening and, as onsite parking is quite limited, we had to park on a nearby road, but easily found a space, so that wasn't an issue. Would happily return if in the area again.

Very impressed with the room, very homely. The pub and restaurant also lovely to be in unfortunately we chose not to have dinner in the hotel but the breakfast was perfectly cooked and tasty 10/10

My second stay, it’s a lovely place very relaxed, food is excellent - I especially enjoyed the breakfast. The rooms are spotless ideal for solo travellers though maybe a little small for couples staying more than a night.

Little gem excellent value for money! The room was spotlessly clean, with comfortable bed. Rooms have air conditioning which was ideal given the current high temperatures. We ate in the bar on the evening of our stay and enjoyed a lovely selection of tapas. Breakfast was also delicious. Thoroughly recommend.

The pub is nice but was being renovated at the time. Staff were excellent very helpful and friendly. It was 21 degrees overnight and the aircon didnt work, so not a great night. The breakfast is ok,would avoid the catalan sausage next time,very gristly. Overall very clean with polite staff ,would stay again if the occasion ever arose.

Friendly and prompt check in. Rooms aren't massive, but are really good. Air conditioning is excellent, nice shower and excellent toiletries. Also found an iron, ironing board, a fan, and a hairdryer inside the wardrobe. An abundance of tea and coffee facilities in the room. Breakfast was ok. Good quality ingredients. Poached eggs were perfect, but not so keen on sourdough bread. Had a really nice lunch in the pub/restaurant.

Went to Races (60th birthday). Super stay at The Swan Inn 👍. Accommodation, food and service excellent. Staff amazing especially Hugh. 10 min bus (K3) or uber ride to Esher. Fabulous day (no winners unfortunately) but a brilliant stay xx

Overnight stop on way home. Very helpful staff. The room was small but the bathroom was a good size and was wonderfully equipped. Hotel is well situated. Claygate station is a ten minute walk with regular trains to Waterloo or by changing at Clapham Junction you can get to Victoria.

Went to Races (60th birthday). Super stay at The Swan Inn 👍. Accommodation, food and service excellent. Staff amazing especially Hugh. 10 min bus (K3) or uber ride to Esher. Fabulous day (no winners unfortunately) but a brilliant stay xx

The pub is great, love the itallian vibe, quite a sun trap outside. Lovely staff, food is good and not expensive. Parking is what it is, however nearby streets are safe with plenty of space, nice area. Rooms are cosy, well appointed and have all you need, iron, kettle, en-suite. Nice coutyard with table if you want outside space but away from the beer garden. I like the place and will return

Lovely rooms, in peaceful area, and good breakfast, served by a nice, friendly member of staff. We arrived on an extremely busy summers evening and, as onsite parking is quite limited, we had to park on a nearby road, but easily found a space, so that wasn't an issue. Would happily return if in the area again.

Another great stay at The Swan Inn, Esher. The rooms are always clean & modern. The bar & restaurant staff helpful & polite as always. Food & drink delicious. This is our first choice whenever we visit the area.

recent 3 night stay. Room was very small and not really ideal for a 3 night stay. It was hard to keep the room at an ambient temperature. Breakfast choice was very limited, no cereal, fresh fruit, porridge. Just the cooked option. Service was slow & the cooked breakfast on the last day was not enjoyable. Limited car parking for staying guests. For a future visit would look to other options in the area.

What a lovely surprise it was to arrive at The Swan in Esher! We were able to park easily at no charge. We were made to feel welcome and shown to our small but clean, comfortable and quiet room, providing everything we needed for our two night stay. The breakfast (included in the price) was delicious and set us up for the rest of the day. Unbelievable value for money - we look forward to staying there again in the future!

We were so lucky to find this accommodation, on arrival shown by Hugh to a very nice room with a lovely en suite. Ate in the restaurant, fantastic vibe in the place with the football on, problem with my order but Hugh sorted it out. In the morning came down for breakfast and what a surprise - I think its one of the best I've ever had in a B&B. Room spotless second morning had the vegetarian breakfast and once more exceptional, the poached eggs to die for😊. If we ever came to that area again would only stay at The Swan.

Friendly and prompt check in. Rooms aren't massive, but are really good. Air conditioning is excellent, nice shower and excellent toiletries. Also found an iron, ironing board, a fan, and a hairdryer inside the wardrobe. An abundance of tea and coffee facilities in the room. Breakfast was ok. Good quality ingredients. Poached eggs were perfect, but not so keen on sourdough bread. Had a really nice lunch in the pub/restaurant.

The pub is nice but was being renovated at the time. Staff were excellent very helpful and friendly. It was 21 degrees overnight and the aircon didnt work, so not a great night. The breakfast is ok,would avoid the catalan sausage next time,very gristly. Overall very clean with polite staff ,would stay again if the occasion ever arose.

Friendly place with helpful staff. Great advice on Tapas for evening meal and excellent breakfast which was a like a an English breakfast but with some subtle Spanish flair thrown in. Coffee was superb too.

What a lovely place! Beautifully situated and the accommodation was excellent. Clean and all we needed. The fantastic breakfast was an absolute bonus and all the staff were so friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend. 😀
