I arrived and got a very warm welcome, the staff helped me with my suitcases and the room was very good. The room was refurbished to a high standard. The below was very good atmosphere my only feedback would be the volume be a bit lower. We were not disturbed in the bedroom, we just found it a bit overwhelming. Not everyone would people, the pub had got a good atmosphere. We would stay again, close to the beach and shops and restaurants.

The reception lady was most helpful on arrival. We had no further dealings with anyone. The room was a good size, everything was in order but there were a few cobwebs in the corners of the ceiling. It was at the back of the property so there was no noise.

Our stay was a quiet midweek break. The room was clean. The towels were lovely and fluffy and the shower was great. We enjoyed watching the football down in the bar.

Firstly, i must say i am really impressed - for the price of such comfortable double bedroom, compared to other offers i saw around Chapel St Leonards. The staff were really helpful, engaging and made me have a good laugh. The karaoke bar, the snooker room, the friendly and accommodating environment, proximity to various amenities in the village, made my little getaway trip an iconic one. Only downside is the lack of response from the management when i contacted on the app before checking in.. Other than this, everything was superb. Thank you.
