Beautiful hotel. The only issue is if your handicapped try and get back to hotel early they have not enough spots. The parking lot is huge, I don't know why they didn't make them all row in the area they have.

This property has a very helpful & friendly staff. The room was recently renovated, so it was beautiful. Convenient location made it easy to access our hotel as well as shopping centers and restaurants. Pool and fire pit areas were also very nice.

The staff were amazing! Room was spacious and cleeeaaan! There are some renovations going on in the lobby which didn’t bother me, just showed they take pride in the facility. Conveniently located off the freeway with zero freeway noise and lots of shopping and restaurants within walking distance. Highly recommend!

Good service from staff, modern design, good breakfast selection, comfortable bed. Carpet seemed dirty, not much light in the rooms, not much noise protection between rooms, no weight bench in fitness room to be able to use weight set.

My family of five very much enjoyed our stay here. We LOVED having the full kitchen & table. It made eating/playing board games during down time so much easier. The lobby, communiy dining area, and pool areas were clean and welcoming. The staff were very helpful. We will definitely be back! :)

There was an issue with my booking through Expedia but Indeanna at the front desk was so helpful and kind. She was able to resolve the issue immediately. I am a Hilton Diamon Member and my experience at this Marriott hotel has completely blown any of my Hilton stays out of the water. Amazing customer service, fantastic amenities, and an outstanding hotel.

Hotel and rooms are pretty nice. Service was just ok. Had to wait for front desk personnel to be at the front desk when both checking in and checking out. Mild inconveniences. The biggest negative of the stay was lack of attention to detail by maid service when cleaning our room from previous guest stay. Our 15 year old discovered body oil and condoms in the bedside table drawer. Needless to say, not what we would have liked to see. Complimentary breakfast was excellent.

The hotel is nice, spacious and the screener was everything for the reason I was there for. The staff was attentive and very professional my entire stay. The hotel on 1 of my days there did not any clean towels available for me and my family, we had to wait until the staff finish washing to get available towels which was a couple of hours, also while dinning for breakfast there I saw a roach crawling across the bar counter that I witness and other guess, made it aware to staff member Jayna, Jayna got a napkin, kill the roach, pick it up with the napkin and threw it away. The fact the roach was crawling on the counter and going neat the bar, no kind of sanitation was performed after this it scares me to even eat there or stay there again. This is not clean house keeping at all.

Easy check in, very comfortable bed/pillow, but plastic like furniture was not comfortable. The cleanliness level was questionable. Lots of grime on kitchen and bathroom handles. The room was showing its age.

Well the hotel is beautiful but the room bed was very uncomfortable, the pillows smelled like old musty, the bathroom was dirty I cleaned it lots of dirt came up, and toilet had stain n shower too The ac kept not working through the night stayed on cool. We had to keep getting up to try to fix, I went to lobby few times no one was there, I called to report no answer The breakfast meats were undercooked, I couldn't enjoy soft bacon and sausage was over cooked I guess from microwaved eggs were not satisfactory. So no not happy I really would like a refund, I left my number to call me, no response

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The entire property was very clean and well-maintained, which made for a comfortable and relaxing visit. The front desk staff was especially welcoming and attentive—they made check-in smooth and were always available to assist with anything we needed. Overall, it was a great experience from start to finish. I’ll definitely be recommending this place to friends and family!

We were on the ground floor just passed the lobby. In the morning for about half an hour we got to hear the cleaning crew in the laundry room, it was like they were in our room. If we had a quieter location it the stay would have been much more pleasant.

Good area to stay, but boring basic hotel. Bed was horribly uncomfortable, pillows were worse. Cleaning staff didn’t re-stock towels or toilet paper. We were setup in the handicap suite… not sure why when it wasn’t requested and we booked a regular suite months in advance. Kitchen in our suite was great. Overall wouldn’t book again.

I reserved a suite with 2 double beds and a sleep sofa for myself, son and daughter. I got a king size bed and don’t think the sofa was a sleeper sofa.

I loved everything about the property. My only complaint is that the one bedroom suite didn’t have a pullout sofa. I used to work for Marriott and that is very unusual for a Residence Inn. I guess it’s all about making extra money with the roll away beds.

I love the Residence Inn the only concern I have is that my shower did not have warm water it only had extreme cold or Extreme Hot I could not adjust it in the room to get warm in between. That needs to be looked at right away.

I arrived for check in and was told the suite I reserved was not available because they were overbooked. They offered an alternate room with no price adjustment. However, that room was not yet available because the occupant requested a late check out. I left and called the front desk around 5 and they still could NOT tell me when the alternate room would be available. This is NOT the quality service I expect from a Marriott. I ended up as a welcome walk-in at a competing hotel.

The property was very clean, breakfast had a nice variety. The staff was less than helpful, did not welcome guests, I asked for towels several times before receiving them, but the used towels were never removed. The signage indicated a refresh every two days, it was actually seven days.

The room was very nice. Super spacious, clean, comfortable, abd quiet. Location great, right off the interstate, lots of food options close by. Breakfast was...meg Coukd have been great. Cage free scrambled eggs ( not powdered), really tasty little spinach quiches ( good enough im going to replicate them at home) and lots of interesting toppings for oatmeal.there was also sausage and the usual cereal, waffles, hard boiled eggs. But the food was all cool, not warm, let alone hot. Coffee ran out and wasnt replaced for 30 minutes ( I timed it). Oh so close! Not sure why they couldnt keep it warm!! Would have made a world of difference!

This property is fantastic! Great location, clean and spacious rooms, and even better staff! I had a great interaction with Charlie upon check-in - and was always greeted with a smile from any other front-desk attendant while entering/leaving the hotel. The location is right in the midst between downtown Jax & St Augustine, and it’s surrounded by restaurants and a few shops. The room itself was clean and had plenty of space.

Highlight the fact that there’s a property was in the area where I could easily walk to some things pertaining to food. Nice space. My family and I did not feel like we were on top of one another while staying in live resident Inn. I would definitely come back and stay at this Resident Inn if ever need be.

Overall a great stay EXCEPT for the extremely nasty, unprofessional, and rudeness of the breakfast area attendant Jill. We had walked into the area at 945am not realizing it closed at 10. There was ample food in there and as we started to take some she yelled at us they it was closed. We were naturally confused as to there being food available and she denied us where she spoke condescendingly to us, women over 40, as if we were children that couldn’t process the idea of it being closed. Ironically the next day as we were leaving we heard her snap at a man waiting to get a receipt that “that wasn’t her job” and left him standing there. This woman needs some on the job training of customer service because she is lacking. Tori, the desk attendant, on the other hand was wonderful. She was sweet and thoughtful as we checked in and went above and beyond when we asked if we could have a top floor room as we were going to bed earlier than most people. Outside of Jill, the place is wonderful and a great value

The property was clean and well kept. The room was very clean. The whole staff at this property was superb. The checking in lady was very professional, helpful and friendly. She stored our suitcases until check in time, and check-in was a breeze. The breakfast was very good, and the breakfast lady was very helpful. I am sorry that I did not get everyone's name. Kudos to the team at this Marriott! Thank you!
