Great hotel tucked away from downtown but close enough. Most excellent breakfast everyday and the two pools is a huge plus. The staff were all very friendly. Highly recommend getting massages! Wonderful stay!

Boutique hotel which is very well maintained, great staff and in a very walkable quite area of Sayulita. They also have a delicious breakfast, yoga and a small gym.

Muy buena estancia, todos muy amables, préstamo de toallas, sombrilla para la playa o la alberca, y que las albercas estén hasta las 10 pm de lo mejor. Buenos desayunos y personal dispuesto. Una iguana vino a saludar a la ventana de la habitación.

Our flight was cancelled so luckily we secured a room for 1 night. The large room had 2 comfortable beds and a nice rainshower in the bathroom. Wifi was good but there was no TV. Breakfast was included and included fresh fruit, yogurt, granola and several hot dishes as well as bread and coffee. My husband enjoyed the variety - I am celiac so was limited to fruit and yogurt which I added to a small amount of gluten free granola I'd brought with me. Although we weren't able to use either of the pools thanks to the horrible weather, both looked very clean. One caveat: there are lots of stairs to get to rooms on upper levels as well as the breakfast area and no elevator that I saw so this hotel is not suitable for people with mobility issues.

Great overall experience with clean and comfortable rooms, nice ambiance, friendly staff, and great breakfast. Really good yoga classes on site as well

El check in fue rápido, la chica super amable y simpática, el hotel lindo, la habitación muy amplia, las camas y almohadas un poco duras, pero en general se descansa bien porque las habitaciones son silenciosas, no se escucha ni el ruido de la gente ni de los autos, algo que se agradece en Sayulita. Las albercas no tienen calefacción, en invierno, para los que somos de clima cálido, se nos hace muy fría, por lo que no pude meterme.El desayuno es lo mejor de todo, es buffet, huevo, frijoles, verduras, opción vegana, fruta fresca, café, leche, cereal, a veces hacen hotcakes y una vez me tocó una quinoa con leche que estaba espectacular, además la zona del restaurante es muy agradable. Se me olvidaba que hay clases de yoga con el 50% de descuento.

Muy lindo lugar, todo el personal súper amable, instalaciones limpias y seguras y el desayuno muy rico.

I adored my stay here! I was new to Mexico and Sayulita, and the staff helped me so much! The physical plant is immaculate and extremely beautiful, its open air plan (except in the rooms, of course!) provides passive lighting to public areas and rainwater to all plants, and yoga instruction is second to none! Best of all? The staff is absolutely lovely and friendly. I will definitely return for a far longer stay with my husband!

The place is lovely, quiet, comfortable, clean and beautiful. It is a really good place, totally worth the $. The breakfast and the staff are wonderful. It only needs new faucets that don't leak on the sink counter. Otherwise it is excellent.

We visited for 4 nights and found the property to be very nice. The staff was great, the whole place was spotless and the breakfast meal was great everyday. I did have a problem with my air conditioner but the staff fixed it. There is no A/C in the building except in your room but we were always headed out to see the sights. We rented a golf cart for transportation around town and were charged $7 US to plug in to recharge every night. Overall good stay, no more that 10 minute from anywhere in town. Would stay again!

I waited a long time to check in while they cleaned the room I had reserved months earlier. Room was in the older part of the hotel and had a kitchen, which I did not need, and was overall dark and a bit depressing with old furniture that had seen better days. Breakfast was good.

En general todo bien, pero se escucha muy fuerte el ruido del agua cuando en los cuartos vecinos usan el baño. Y en general el ruido de los cuartos vecinos se escucha más que lo que uno esperaría en un buen hotel.

I chose this hotel because of the high Expedia rating, but I ended up being disappointed. The hotel building itself was really nice and taken care of, the pool was great, and they had a full breakfast buffet available in the morning. However the rooms weren’t something to write home about. Our room was bare bones. Only had a bed, small coffee table with one chair and a vanity. Bed itself was small and wasn’t very comfortable. Shower barely worked, there was 0 water pressure and considering how hot it was in Sayulita, we were really looking forward to a nice rinse-off. Shower door didn’t close, neither did the bathroom door. The room did have AC which was a huge positive. Overall if the shower/bathroom door situation was fixed this hotel would have been fine for the money.

We really liked this property. Pros: The staff were friendly and helpful and we especially liked the women who made the yummy buffet breakfast each day. Free use or beach umbrellas and free water bottle filling options was a really nice touch. The zen/yoga vibe and cool looking hotel was great! Cons: Room was a little damp at all times. Pools need more and newer cots. **And, because this hotel has you pay onsite they seem to have played around with the exchange rates as the posted amount on hotels.com was $76 cad dollars less than what they charged when we arrived. I have only ever experienced this with hotels.com at this hotel. Not cool!

Very lovely spot in Sayulita. It’s close to town but kind and of nestled in its own spot so not too noisy. May still be some street noise depending on your room or close to atrium so hear early AM staff. However, the room was spacious, clean and there are 2 small pools to cool off in. It’s very pretty with yoga studios and the class was amazing. You guys- the included breakfast!! It’s so Mexican, new food daily, juices, fresh fruit, coffee, tea. All very tasty in an upper balcony with relaxed vibe.

Staff is the best part of this place. Rooms are run down and small. No hot water or phones in room to call staff for help. No TVs in rooms or on property. Wifi is terrible and cannot stream videos or work remotely. Facility is not handicap or elderly friendly. Stairs everywhere and breakfast is located in the rooftop without elevators. The do not allow someone to pick up food and bring to you if you cannot take the stairs The worst part is the neighbors burn trash every night so you constantly smell fire all night.

Hotelito Los Suenos is a beautiful hotel with excellent yoga classes & breakfast. It is extremely well located -within walking distance of the main part of town but far away enough to be out of the fray. It is good to know that while the hotel has strict quiet times at night, it is not a quiet building, due to its concrete construction and exterior courtyard circulation. The sounds are not unpleasant: children splashing in the pool, staff watering plants, music from the lobby etc. The rooms are spacious and clean - the sink & vanity outside the bathroom was great for our family & the shower is huge with good temperature & water pressure. It took a few days to get used to the beds, which have very very hard mattresses, and the pillows are lumpy. The beautiful gardens, the care and attention of the staff and the incredible breakfast made up for it. 8/10

the property is really nice, good location, we had 3 rooms 2 were very nice one was dated in a corner of the building none of the rooms had any kind of view. staff did not make us feel welcome.

This was my first time to Sayulita and Los Suenos and it did not disappoint. We wanted to stay somewhere walkable but not in the party area. This spot was perfect. The beds are comfortable, breakfast delicious, rooms very roomy, hotel clean and the staff - so friendly, kind and welcoming. Miguel at the front desk made our trip so nice with recommendations, helping with bags and just general great conversation. The hotel yoga was also a vibe. Lots of great instructors and options for all levels. The palapa was so cute too. I already booked my trip to come back to this hotel I liked it that much :)

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The spa services were fantastic. The location is perfect. Just a 10 minute walk to hustle and bustle and 5 minutes to a beach. Lots of food options nearby if you don't want to be in the busier centt.

We had AC issues half the trip, the maintenance man came in several times and it was basically like a circuit breaker issue. One night we had to sleep without AC becuase the person at the front desk claimed it was happening to everyone but in the morning when we mentioned it to the new front desk person it was clear it was only happening to us. They once again had the maintenance man come in and reboot it we asked for a new room they said it should be fine now - we went to go book an appointment (like gone less than 90 min), came back it was not fine - it was broken again. Finally they moved us to another room. Would have been nice to be compensated or discounted for the inconvenience but at least we got to move rooms to one that was a bit nicer and had a working AC. Also it was weird one night we were in the pool and they said we had to get out because it was 10pm and it was closing but then the other main pool right by the front desk there were still a bunch of people in it and they didn't tell them that it was time to get out. This was also the person that told us that the AC issue was happening to everyone in the building. Apart from that person the rest of the staff was great - especially the one that helped at the end get a new room. Also the breakfast buffet is so, so delicious. The yoga classes are only 100 MX and great too. We did facials and massages and they also were very nice. Just was very disappointed with the AC issue.

We had an amazing time at the Hotelito de Suenos. I highly recommend for families with children of any age, couples or solo travelers. First- the location is perfect if you prefer quieter nights in Sayulita but still within walking distance of everything. Second- the breakfast IS AMAZING. We were traveling with three teen boys and the quality, quantity of the breakfast made each day start perfectly. The staff helped us find activity options, answered questions and was so friendly. After too much sun we spent one day enjoying the pools, shady seating and quiet setting. We slept so well each night in cool, large rooms that were quiet after 10. This hotel is quite a find and I would definitely stay there again and recommend to all my friends. Five stars.

The place is good and the price is just perfect, but the costumer service is terrible, the lady’s working there on the día de los muertos weekend where rude and unhelpful the kind of people you say hello and don’t reply at all. Every request was done with a eye roll.

Absolutely loved our stay! The hotel was in the perfect location — tucked away in a quiet part of town but just a short walk to the beach, downtown, and some amazing restaurants. The breakfast was phenomenal — definitely a highlight of our trip! We also really enjoyed the on-site yoga studio and the wonderful teachers. Staff were super friendly and welcoming. Overall, an excellent experience — we’ll definitely be back!
