This is our second time staying at Ysuri Sayluita. The place is perfectly located with beautiful beach front access. The on-site massage therapist, Tamara is out of this world! The place is beautiful and it’s has a great chill vibe.

Was overall a great, clean, quiet place. The pool was really warm fist week of september. I was hoping it was going to be refreshing. Maybe that is the norm there. The service was awesome and all the people were extremely helpful noce!

The property is close to the beach area where the fisherman come in which has pros/cons; there is limited parking onsite but it's a long way from the parking to the hotel room and it's uphill all the way which is a problem for many. The pool is right in front of the hotel so exiting the hotel is always past the pool area that didn't seem to be used very much while we were there. Staff was great, but you never see the inside hotel area, because they register you right in the parking area--never saw the inside of the hotel the entire time we were there. Is there one?? We were to have breakfast included but they didn't mention it and we did have to ask about it the next day. They contract with a restaurant across from the hotel, so there is only the beach "cafe" available for food. No place to get ice at the hotel. No information inside the hotel to let you know what's available. Outside the hotel you are on the rocky beach, not very big and all through the streets of Sayulita it's very dirty, noisy (from all the music and 4 wheelers/golf carts that take over the town) and overrun with the smell of MJ and people asking you if you want to buy some--food is very overpriced and the infrastructure has not kept up with the crowds that come here. I would not recommend this area as a family getaway.

Beautiful hotel right across from the beach. Rooms were beautiful, and the property was gorgeous! We rented golf carts directly from the hotel and was able to get around the town easily. Staff was so helpful and kind. Highly recommend this hotel!

Loved hotel Ysuri. We booked the jr suite with jacuzzi on the terrace and I really enjoyed the tub while enjoying the awesome view of the ocean. Eli at the front desk was awesome. Be aware that the hotel has no elevator so I suggest booking a low floor

Looks Good Online, Disappointing in Reality – Lacking Basics Stayed 3 nights for our 22nd anniversary and got a “standard” room with no desk, lamps, hair dryer, or fridge—nothing like the photos. Pool had 20 chairs but only 3 umbrellas, all taken early. Bar ran out of ice and offered to sell me a bag for $50 pesos. Beach chairs required spending $500 pesos at their restaurant. Great location, but comfort and service are treated as extras. Wouldn’t return or recommend.

Enjoyed our stay , it’s right on the beach , 2 towers One with elevators and another without . Our room was very large , with great balcony , jacuzzi and view . Large shower , bed was comfortable as well as pillows . Staff friendly , food in front of hotel for breakfast was not so good , I recommend just walk to town and so many great restaurants.

Hotel Ysuri was one of the best hotels we have ever stayed at. Super comfortable beds and the rooms were modern & full of amenities. The staff was amazing and always super accommodating to any of our requests. The infinity pool is everything and the pool bar serves some of the best cocktails I have ever had. Will definitely be coming back as soon as we can.

The property is beautiful. Our room had a terrible smell of mould when we walked in. The shower was not draining at all, so we had to unscrew a plug that was in it. Once we did that, another awful smell filled the room. We asked to switch rooms the next day because the odour was unbearable. They switched us no problem and were quite kind. The next room also had a mould smell but it was less pronounced. I think this is just a byproduct of being close to the ocean and unavoidable - we have had similar experiences in southern coastal accommodations, but because the room wasn’t exactly cheap, we felt it wasn’t out of line to ask to be moved. Again, they were very nice about it. The rooms also didn’t have any lamps, which makes it difficult to read comfortably at night. But the water pressure was good, the decks and tubs are beautiful. And the pool is nice to lounge at - on the beach we were harassed by people trying to sell us something every two minutes (literally). So the pool is a bit of a refuge! Everything else was 10/10.

I had a wonderful stay at Ysuri Sayulita Beachfront Hotel. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. They had a beautiful pool area with a fantastic view of the beach/ocean. Close to shopping and restaurants.The staff was always so friendly, helpful and amazing. I would highly recommend this place. Plan on staying there again in the future!!

The hotel was very nice. The location was great. And all the amenities were top notch. Although when it rained the water seeped under the door into our room. And when it started raining, you could smell the sewage in the bathroom. The one thing that pissed me off the most was that they charged us for towels that had a small amount of make up residue on them. They claimed they had to do an "extra cleaning process" to clean the towel, but inactuality just washing the towels would have gotten rid of the make up. I truely believe that this is a way for the hotel to take a little bit of your security deposit So be weary ladies and gents. Dont wipe your make up on the face towels they provide for you

Terrible! We stayed for 4 nights and had to change rooms after the first night because they booked the room we were originally in to someone else for the other 3 nights. Then, they say they charge an insane amount for any stains on the sheet and make you sign a sheet at checkin, but when we got to our room, the sheets were dirty and stained. Terrible customer service, dirty and super inconvenient to have to change rooms during a stay. Also, hard to get around with a stroller because only stairs.

Everything from start to finish was fantastic. The folks at the front desk are incredibly friendly and helpful and made our stay so easy. Our room was gorgeous and very clean. We had absolutely no issues! We rented a golf cart on site one day to get to a wedding nearby in our high heels, but other than that, Hotel Ysuri was very close to town and many local beaches so we were able to walk. As two women traveling alone, we cannot emphasize how safe we felt at all times in town and around the property. We cannot wait to come again and spend more time here.

Our room had ana amazing view with a hot tub on our balcony. Room was spacious and very clean. Loved everything about the property. Walking distance to downtown and all restaurants and amenties. Felt like I was at a 5 start tropical resort getaway.

Nice modern and clean room. Very large suite with all the amenities. Our only complaint was that there was no chair or armchair in the room to sit on. There was a large sofa bed in from of the tv that was not suitable for sitting. There were two very uncomfortable garden chairs in the balcony with a vertical back that you could not lean on. I could not sit there to read a book or look at the ocean more than 2 minutes

Bed was very comfortable. But almost no WiFi; spotty TV and the water in the shower oscillated between scorching hot and ice cold without touching the knobs. Definitely not a place we would repeat.

Cannot praise Hotel Ysuri Sayulita enough for their wonderful, friendly staff, clean rooms, and beautiful property. My wife and I stayed 6 days/5 nights here and loved this property. The views, the pool, and accomodations are top notch. We stayed in the hot/wet season and the AC worked amazing, housekeeping kept our rooms spotless and the concierge was so helpful with golf carts, baggage check, etc. Wouldn't stay anywhere else.

This place was amazing Malena, Ninfa and Manuel made sure we had the best experience they were very helpful and made sure we enjoyed our stay. The service was excellent. This hotel is beautiful and everything is walking distance. I will definitely be returning here.

Loved our stay here. Steps from the beach. Close to Centro and could walk to so many fun restaurants and shops but in a quiet location. Walkable to a few private beaches as well. Always chairs available by the pool when we went. Staff was wonderful and bed was super comfortable. Will definitely go back.

Nice and quiet. Hotel advertises airport transport, but doesn't offer it with the room. Fee would have been 4x cost of Uber round trip. Beach in front of hotel is nice and not too crowded. Great location for walking to plaza - everything was close.

This hotel is nice and modern. It’s very clean and located right across from the beach. There is a very good restaurant right before the beach which is very convenient. The hotel has great views but getting to the rooms is an uphill battle. Once you see the view it make the steps totally worth it.

Wonderful stay here at Hotel Ysuri! My husband and I came to celebrate my 40th birthday and the hotel surprised me in my room with a darling balloon and happy birthday display! The cleaning staff was thorough and never hesitated to provide us extra water bottles, and the masseuse, Tamara, on property was amazing! I highly recommended booking an appointment with her while there. We had a beautiful view, delicious poolside food, and fantastic, kind staff. Also quiet at night, but very close to the hustle and bustle of town! Great location. Also spotted a Coati outside one morning while drinking coffee on our balcony. Will definitely be staying here again!! Thank you!

Exceeded expectations. Service was tremendous and excellent recommendations. Maid service kept the rooms spotless and the grounds/pool is immaculate. Looks exactly like the pictures, no surprises. Right on the beach and incredibly close to the city plaza. Highly recommend the in-house massage therapist. The restaurant ACcross the street is really tempting, but the service is very slow and they don’t use the most health conscious ingredients and oil to prepare the food. We regretted eating there both times and made the walk to the north end of Sayulita where the food is much healthier.

Every single one of the staff I interacted with was wonderful. We had an executive suite, which was huge--exceeded our expectations. It was all-around a great place. The only notable thing for us was the one restaurant at the hotel is at the pool, which is great but it's called Taboule and didn't have any foods on the menu our kids were interested in. It was Lebanese cuisine, which I support, it's just the kids wanted something like nachos or fries.
