The staff, facilities, breakfast and our room were all amazing. We have never stayed at a Home2Suites before but we will definitely look for these in future vacations. The room was huge with a ton of counter space. They have a fenced in area in back for dogs - it's a bit difficult to get to but it was an added bonus we didn't know about when we booked. Our only issue was the neighborhood... and maybe Billings in general. There are a lot of homeless people around the vicinity of the hotel at all times of the day and night that make it difficult to go for a short walk anywhere around the hotel. We had to take our dog outside at 2:30 in the morning and there was still a lot of activity outside the hotel at that time and a car slowed down to almost a stop near us while it was driving by. They do have a security guard there at all times so that helped but it was still a little scary. We probably won't be staying in Billings again; however, if you do need to stay in Billings we highly recommend this hotel.

We arrived after midnight and the young man at the front desk was extremely friendly and helpful. We didn’t realize that there was a shuttle to the airport that would allow us to park our car at the hotel instead of long-term parking. We had an early morning flight so saved us time and let us sleep a bit longer. The beds were comfy after a white-knuckle drive through a blizzard. Room was clean.

Getting to this property was a bit of a challenge but we found our way. This property is downtown and I didn’t feel very safe. I did ask the front desk person about safety and he assured me they did have security 24 hrs. It was a nice stay. The only negative was the downtown area having homeless and panhandling.

All in all this was a good place to stay, warm pool, good breakfast, rooms were mostly clean. My only negatives were that the carpets and couch in the room and lobby were stained and needed cleaned badly. I was also super disappointed to get there and realize there was no hot tub, it also wasn’t a great area of town and there were a lot of homeless people wandering around

The room itself was very spacious and comfortable. We tried to use the pool, which is one of the reasons we chose this hotel, but it looked slightly green and like there was a film on top. I had been told by staff that it had been recently closed due to issues, so we chose not to use is for our safety. I appreciated the honesty. The road noise was a lot in the middle of the night. Not much around but a KFC. The staff was very helpful and friendly. There was also a security guard present.

Hotel room not the best. Plugged sink full of old scum and hair. Room was set to 40F and was cold took about 6 hours to get it warm. Strangle lock on blinds stopping then close. Staff grate and friendly loby nice just the room was not nice.

I routinely target Home2Suites on my travels because they are dog friendly, family friendly, and I have never had a poor experience. This location is where I stay when visiting Billings. It is conveniently located, the facility is clean, quiet, and well maintained. I can walk the dog in the residential neighborhood behind the hotel or go to one of the many parks within sight of the hotel. The breakfast has excellent options, the beds are comfy, and everything is clean. The staff are always friendly beyond the required friendly words. It may be a bit off the interstate highway for those traveling through, but i's worth the few miles to say here. And if you are in own for healthcare services, it's across the street from both excellent hospitals. And U of M is just a couple blocks away for those sporting events, or the museum of modern art and the theater is just a couple blocks south. There really isn't a draw back to the Billings Home2Sites.

We arrived on a friday, and stayed until Sunday. When we arrived, there was a passed out intoxicated homeless looking lady on the steps to the door closest to our room. This area is filled with homeless drunk people constantly walking by or laying around. We choose this hotel because we stayed in one in idaho falls and was extremely impressed.. this one in billings, did not live up to the expection of the hotel name. For the price, find somewhere else. Breakfast also sucked !! Dont expect any fresh fruit. Pool was dirty, room was dirty, toothpaste in the sink and dirty rags left under the sink in the bathroom. Super disappointed and overcharged!!

We did not feel safe when going to the car in the evening so always went with 3-4 people. The landscaping had many weeds and needs to be cleaned up. The room itself felt clean, but the sofa bed was very uncomfortable. They should replace them.

Property was nosy. Could hear kids jumping off the bed above me until wee hours of the night. Also their microwaveable breakfast emtrees are horrible and their waffle batter maxhine never worked the whole time of my stay. I think they need to take the shredded ottoman out of the room as well. Its a bummer to pay this kind of money for a mediocre hotel at best
