Overall the property was great. It was close to my needs. The restaurant wasn't done it's Reno's or construction and couldn't be accessed from the hotel. You had to walk outside to access it. Not horrible, but it was cold and raining. Waitress was super nice and the food was average. They didn't have everything as advertised on the breakfast menu. But I'm sure they are still getting things together as I'm sure it's a new build. Great job so far ! Those with mud caked boots walking through the hotel and leaving mud clumps. Shame on you !

A really good stay, this hotel is still quite new and the bright open clean design is really refreshing. Solid (very warm) pool with hot tub Bright open lobby with a nice “library” space you can hang out if you’re a group. Restaurant is well priced, good value and the breakfast staff were so warm and welcoming. Front desk went out of their way to find ways to improve my stay, great room too - I had a forest view!

I didn't like how the hot tub wasn't working. The pool was cold. I booked a jacuzzi room and the tub wouldn't work for my kid to enjoy. The shampoo and conditioner was empty as well. I don't think it was fair that I paid for amenities and didn't receive any of what I paid for.

Nice and quiet room. Very clean pool and hot tub area. I have never stayed in a hotel that had no housekeeping services for the 3 out of 4 days we stayed. The one housekeeping day happened after we phoned down to the desk.

Very nice staff! Loved the area and the cleanliness of the facility. I also loved that there was a park nearby where I could walk my dog. The room was in excellent condition and very spacious compared to other hotels I’ve stayed at. 10/10 experience. Thank you to all the staff that make this place so great. Your efforts have not gone unnoticed.

Comfortable stay and good location. Traveled for Business with my family coming along. Only complaint I would have is our room was 213 right over the Furnace vents. My daughter who likes white noise when she sleeps liked it myself I like silence so it was a bit noisy.

Noisiest hotel in Grands Prairie If you can sleep through revving deal engines all night, this hotel is for you. If not, stay at the Delta The rooms are poorly lit and feel like a cave at night.

The check in was a weird experience, the lady that was working on Aug 23 treated me like it was my first time checking into a hotel then proceeded to serve another guy who butted inline. It was one of the most painful check-in experiences I’ve experienced in a long time.

Front desk staff on Sept 28th was rude and condescending. Implied that I did not pay to upgrade my room. When I needed to extend my stay the day before, I was willing to downgrade to a different room and move to pay a lower fee, the employee at the time (on the 27th) was very accommodating and suggested I could just stay in the room, which was accepted and appreciated. The staff that was rude implied that she needed to have a conversation with that employee….as to indicate that she would be in trouble. A customer should not feel as though they have done something wrong or that they may have gotten someone in trouble for something they didn’t request.

Traffic on the road was so busy and loud that we hardly slept. The high school is right across the street and kids were doing donuts in their cars in the big football school parking lot until very late. Beautiful hotel but way too noisy on such a busy road.

The hotel room was very clean and quiet. The service at the front desk was excellent and friendly. The attached Wendall Clarke's Restaurant was in the midst of construction, but was still open. The table had a film of dust, and the experience was not pleasant. It should perhaps be shut down until renovations are complete.

The room was spacious and clean. The black out curtains/blinds worked wonders the only draw back was the noise from the adjacent roadway. The pool was our sons highlight although it is a bit deeper than the markings indicate. We only had drinks at the restaurant/bat but it was clean and the bartender David was friendly. This hotel seems to be managed by some great people and all the staff we encountered (check in/house keeping) were friendly, polite and ensured out stay was comfortable.

The hotel was very nice. The breakfast that was included was terrible food. The only edible option was the packaged yogurt. The eggs, pastries, fresh fruit, French toast etc were inedible. The furniture in the restaurant was very old and worn out.
