My only issues with the stay here is geared toward hotels.com so I’m not including it in my rating but mentioning it. I originally booked our room in December for a May visit and at that time breakfast was listed as an amenity that was part of why we chose this hotel so at some point between booking and the time of our reservation they must have done away with breakfast. Originally we book a studio suite for 3 but our group became 4 and I paid close to an extra 50$ assuming that was partially because of breakfast but after heading downstairs to see their sign about not offering breakfast I was rather annoyed that extra fee was necessary at all. I feel like if amenities are changed after something has been booked and paid for customers need to be updated about that change. Since I didn’t book or pay through the hotel, I blame this booking service for that discrepancy. The place was spotless and so clean. Be aware though that it is an old New England building even if it is updated. If you can’t cope with doors that need an extra push or older AC fittings this may not be for you. The building is two stories and has no elevator, not an issue for us but be aware. Check in and out was super easy. Parking was plentiful. Walking distance to roadrunner. Studio suite was PERFECT for our group heading to a concert. I would stay here again, but after my current bookings for this year pass I am no longer using hotels.com.
