Hotel itself was super clean. Elevators were quite slow. The pool area was awesome. Could use a scrubbing around the pool tile above the water level. Just a suggestion. Pool area is a definite plus. Waterfall was a nice touch. I’d stay here again.

Good place to stay before and after a Cruise BBQ need to have the burners replaced along with auto start. You need to ask front desk to have maintenance come out and start them Pool was very cold Staff was friendly and courteous

The room was very clean. It was the pool that as dirty. Has no towels. But as soon as I let the front desk know. They brought some towels out. As for the the shuttle service it should be known it makes another stop bc that may delay things depending on your flight ! We waited an additional 15-20min I thought I was gonna be late. The driver I had to tell him to drop me closer to my terminal with 3 huge luggage’s otherwise he was gonna have us walk.

We stay here all the time and we usually have an amazing time but this time one of the elevators wasn’t working so it would take really long to get to your floor. The pool was also closed for 2 days.

Clean rooms, nice staff. Need to call hotel to have the shuttle from airport. But it works and they are fast. Good breakfast, amazing pool, clean gym, has water and towels. Laundry is reasonable price, it’s clean and more than one machine available. Internet really bad, we didn’t had WiFi available for more than half of time we were in the hotel.

Love the big rooms and warm swimming pool. One thing though one elevator was broken and it was broken two years ago when we were last there so u don’t think it was repaired. Overall a great hotel near a mall.

The staff was very polite and attentive. The bedding was old and dirty. I had to ask for new sheets upon checking the mattress and the protector was stains on there. The bathroom and the lobby in the area was very clean smell good.

I loved that this property had great hospitality. The staff were very friendly. The only improvement that I’d recommend is cleanliness. There was hair in the shower upon check in, and I noticed small black ants around the shower. Also, there is a lot of construction going on around the property so it was a little difficult to find the entrance.

There was only one elevator working out of two. Our room was not dusted at all! It was hanging from the light fixtures. Our shower had hair in it from the previous guests. We reported it to the front desk and they made us sound like we were crazy and no one came to investigate. The surfaces look like they may have been sprayed with a cleaning element, but they were never wiped down.

My family and I completed a one night stay at this hotel from May 31-June 1st. I have never been more disgusted with a hotel stay in my entire life !! I have vacationed many, many times and have stayed in many hotels, but I have to say, this hotel was the absolute worst experience my family and I have ever had. There was a bug in the refrigerator, a roach in the shower stall, all kinds of dirt in the carpet, my husband even had to adjust the toilet to flush properly and the icing on the cake was the fecal matter under a chair by the pool area this morning. I don’t understand how a Hilton hotel that has such potential to be great can be run so badly. It’s bad enough that we experienced all of this in just one day but one of my sons is autistic, so cleanliness is even more serious. I am so incredibly disappointed in our stay at your hotel. Never again !!!!!!!!

Found someone’s underwear in the bathroom. Also, it didn’t seem like cleaning was very thorough. One of the needs had someone’s perfume all over the bed. We called to ask for more sheets and were told we had to go get them ourselves and then they didn’t have anymore comforters. Another day we asked if trash could be taken out and instead someone brought us about 7 bags. Or AC also went out so it had to be replaced the following day. It wasn’t a great experience overall.

Everything was great about the hotel, including the staffs. The room was very clean. The room is equipped with everything you need: fridge, microwave, dishwasher, toiletries, ceramic plates, silverware, drinking glasses, etc. There were breakfast varieties: cooked eggs, boiled eggs, real orange/apple juice (not watered down), waffles, fruits. The pool and the pool area were clean. The lobby was very welcoming. You could buy snacks and bottled water from the receptionist. Everything was great for me, especially for the price.

Overall the property was what I expected it was clean however I noticed that everything metal in the room lamps shower heads handles little rusted oxidation Maybe but it wasn't a good look. The water stream in the shower was extremely weak and the Wi-Fi was kind of slow.

Initially we booked 2 double queen rooms to allow our children to have excess space because we would be there for 5 days. We got one of the double queen rooms and We got a king room which is smaller than the queen room. Front desk told us they would give us a double queen the following day once guests checks out and the room is clean, i checked everyday and still never got the room, fine. Our king room was moist, whether the ac was on or off the room was wet, the rug was very wet, the room had a very awful scent because of the moisture, the counter tops were wet in the kitchen area, around the bed, the entrance by the floor, it was like someone just mopped the room all the time. My children even got sick because of the moisture in that room 321! Not recommended, However, my sister stayed in the double queen room with her children and they had no issues, the room was dry, huge and it looked just like the photos.

Check in was very quick, and friendly employee working front desk. Room was okay, the black out blinds were damaged so let in a lot of light in the morning so could not sleep in. The ac in the room was making banging noises non stop, very nosey in the room could not sleep well.

Arrived before 10a due to cruise disembarkation, but was given a room right away, which was awesome. Room was large and comfortable although felt very moist/humid. False fire alarm in evyright in middle of my shower so had to get out and dressed and outside. Then it happened again at midnight and we had to get up at 4:30 for early flight, so it definitely put a cloud over our stay. Also shuttle didn’t start till 6 so had to pay for Uber and breakfast not till 7 so had to buy at airport. Will check more closely on those things next time. Hotel was good other than that.

The room was bigger than expected. It had a kitchen area with literally everything you'd need. It was almost like a mini apartment. The bathroom had a glass walk-in shower. There were also multiple shopping areas & restaurants nearby. I arrived way earlier than expected from my cruise and although my check-in was 3 pm. The woman at the front desk added me to an early check-in waitlist, allowed us to store our luggage, and offered us breakfast during the wait. That is what you call quality customer service !!

We were stuck in Florida due to hurricane Debby by an extra 3 days. We were only at this hotel 1night as it was really not a great experience. The front desk staff was very short and unkind. They were not very helpful and overall the whole experience was disappointing. Only 1 elevator was working. Breakfast was not great and as we were trying to get our breakfast they were literally pulling the food away. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel at all

When you come to a hotel from a completely different state you are looking for the staff to be friendly and somewhat accommodating. We did not get that here. The staff acted like we where annoying them asking questions. I know working with people can be hard. I have been doing it for over 40 years and I left my issues at home or I stayed home and took a mental health day. Nobody should feel like they are a unwanted guest in a place they paid to be!!

For the quick overnight stay, this place was okay, however, if we were staying more than one night, I would not recommend. The area was pretty sketchy, and the hotel could use some updating, but again, it worked for our quick overnight. their Shuttle from the airport is confusing, its not through them, but some third party company, so be mindful of that. The staff was very friendly though.

The hotel was clean and staff were friendly and helpful. The beds were super comfortable and the breakfast was helpful when traveling with young kids. I would suggest having breakfast an hour longer though as it ends at 9am on weekdays. Great location as well. Overall it was a great stay I we will come back.

The facility was wonderful but the breakfast was completely awful. From the eggs to the sausage to even trying to get to the them. I would highly recommend going to maybe offering scrambled eggs and a better sausage or bacon.

Hotel was clean, rooms were large and beds were comfortable (but doubles instead of the queens advertised). The sofa bed mattress was not comfortable at all. Bathroom was also large and clean. It’s too bad the hotel doesn’t have a restaurant, but the one at the hotel next door was great. Both check in and check out were smooth
