OMG I can’t say enough good things about this wonderful property! It’s got so much character and funky mid century vibe. Pool is great, smaller but so is the hotel so not crowded. They make lovely drinks, great food and the rooms are fantastic. My shower had amazing pressure and the little details were over the top. Definitely staying here again next time I’m in town.

Holiday House is the perfect, peaceful, oasis in downtown Palm Springs. It's small enough to feel like a private club, but full of big amenities like a restaurant, poolside service, and an extremely attentive staff. The rooms are artfully decorated and very comfortable. We plan on making Holiday House our place whenever we're in town.

If you’re going to Palm Springs this is the place to stay. It is a beautiful hotel with lots of nice little touches. The breakfast is grab and go and is filled with lots of goodies. The pool area is clean, quiet and there is shuffle board and an ice cream cart. Thank you for the welcome beads and the choc fortune cookie on departure. We loved how close the hotel is to all the shops and restaurants. Would def stay here again.

Beautiful little boutique hotel close to everything in Palm Springs. First time in Palm Springs as I am only 3 yrs in California. I couldn’t have picked a more inviting property for a one night Saturday stay. My room was beautiful. Amazing views of solid mountain out my sliding door. Beautiful balcony with two lounge chairs and two captains chairs to allow for more guests. Room was immaculate! Bathroom had a huge show and amazing tub. Restaurant so cozy and welcoming. Pool is great with water misters around all the seating areas. Staff will walk around by the pool and offer chilled hand towels and drinks from the bar and food from the restaurant. I am a solo traveler and felt welcomed and cared for. Chris the GM is a really nice and helpful person. This will be my once a month escape from LA.

This is a great little hotel designed in the 50’s that is a block from the main strip in Palm Springs. The food is great as is the service. The rooms are spacious and have linoleum floors, big bathrooms and a comfortable king bed. There are no televisions in the rooms. The pool is great offering shaded areas all day, places to sit under shade structures close by and poolside service. The bike they have for guests to use are less than ideal. One speed and very hard to pedal. I’m a cyclist and had to work hard for a short ride around the area. If you want to ride more than a few blocks I’d suggest renting a bike. Overall this is a great place to stay to recharge your batteries and visit Palm Springs.

Room looked clean, and smelled clean and fresh. Maybe a hint of bleach but I am glad they cleaned it thoroughly! The rooms make you feel at home with cozy decor and blue and white colors. I feel relaxed whether I am inside or outside my room. I particularly like the bookshelf/lounge area by the front door. Looks so cozy!

We were beyond impressed with this hotel. Read great reviews before we booked and I can confirm they are warranted. Wonderful staff, beautiful clean rooms and fabulous breakfast. Grounds are very well maintained. Would love to return sometime soon.

The breakfast was great, fruit, granola, fresh juices & breads to toast, coffee & banana bread. The rooms are always neat and clean, with comfortable beds and big showers. The grounds are beautiful, quiet & relaxing. We always enjoy our stay here and it’s the only hotel we stay at in PS.

The Holiday House is our number one pick in PS. It’s an amazing small boutique hotel within walking distance of downtown. Definitely book the Best room category and ask for second floor which has great views of the mountains.

This is a "reimagined' ole Holiday Inn motor lodge. It is a compound with parking around it on the outside. There are no elevators and the doors to the room face outside. We are older couple and would not recommend. Plus very pricey.

This hotel is the quintessential mid-century modern hotel. I can imagine couples in the 60s vacationing here. The bedroom area was spacious and decorated with mid-century modern furnishings. The continental breakfast included was exceptional with a wide variety of delicious items. However, if you are wanting more upscale conveniences in a hotel, this wouldn't be the place for you. Our room was on the second floor with no elevator, the window of the bedroom looked out onto the common walkway where people would pass on their way to their room so the blinds were never opened and the bathroom window was the old slat flip blinds style which offered no insulation from heat, cold or noise from the street below. It was a quaint hotel but, for the price, I think there are better options.

NO TV in room. That being said we decided to stay here on a last minute overnight getaway. We've driven past quite a few times and stayed in nearby hotels and wanted to try this spot. Like others have said, so glad we decided to stay and we will be back. Close to everything downtown, both walking or short drive. Got a "best" room - great size and amenities, minus a TV. The food was so good with a healthy, fun variety of items and their drinks were just as fabulous. Everything was very clean, WiFi worked fantastic, and the AC split unit in our room worked very well, great for Palm Springs heat. As we only stayed one night, we didn't not use the pool area but my husband did find the ice cream cart on property and gives it an A+ even tho he didn't grab anything. Only con, the king mattress could probably be updated. I slept ok but hubby wasn't comfortable and kept rolling off side of mattress. You could tell the mattress used to be very nice at one time but we still slept ok. Also, we did not even look at the website which noted they do not have TVs until after we booked the room but once we got there, who cares! The place is just that cute and nice and clean and the service they provide is outstanding that TV or no, we will stay there again 100%

This hotel was amazing! It is such a hidden gem. On the outside it didn’t look like much but once you walked in it was a private paradise. The grounds are so well kept, the amenities are amazing, and the rooms were 5 star. The staff was super friend and upgraded our room which was a huge bonus! Beds were super comfy, robes were a nice touch, complimentary bottle of sparkling wine, but overall the attention to detail was through the roof. 10/10 will stay here again!

Loved this property! We will definitely be back. Our only criticism was check in. We were early and waited in the property for our room to be ready. It was cool in the lobby and we were just chilling but then it passed 3pm and the room was still not ready. It seemed like we had been forgotten. Then a different staff member from the one that checked us in saw us sitting there and immediately got onto housekeeping and we were in our room in 10 minutes... and he got us a free cocktail for the inconvenience so he handled it perfectly. We'll be back!
Loved this property! We will definitely be back. Our only criticism was check in. We were early and waited in the property for our room to be ready. It was cool in the lobby and we were just chilling but then it passed 3pm and the room was still not ready. It seemed like we had been forgotten. Then a different staff member from the one that checked us in saw us sitting there and immediately got onto housekeeping and we were in our room in 10 minutes... and he got us a free cocktail for the inconvenience so he handled it perfectly. We'll be back!

It feels smalls but they provide you with everything you could possibly need down to the welcome drinks, cute HH love beads, and bring you food and drinks at the pool. The rooms are spacious, adorable, and have everything you could want. They have thought of everything! There is a reason why this place is so popular….it is everything they say it is and more!!

HH is super convenient to downtown and some hiking areas but just a few blocks back to be quiet. You feel like you are in your own little oasis. The small number of rooms and the grounds provide a feeling intimacy. We enjoyed the patio area and hot tub after dinner. Bikes are available for a tour on the bike trail around town. Staff is amazing- always there when you need them but not obtrusive. If you like small boutique hotels this one will not disappoint! Definitely recommend.

Holiday House is the perfect, peaceful, oasis in downtown Palm Springs. It's small enough to feel like a private club, but full of big amenities like a restaurant, poolside service, and an extremely attentive staff. The rooms are artfully decorated and very comfortable. The breakfast was great, fruit, granola, fresh juices & breads to toast, coffee & banana bread. The rooms are always neat and clean, with comfortable beds and big showers. The grounds are beautiful, quiet & relaxing. We always enjoy our stay here and it’s the only hotel we stay at in PS.

I have stayed at this property for years and it has always been my “go-to” but recent experiences have bumped this property to the bottom of the list. Since california law SB478, properties must include ALL fees in the initial advertised price, however now they are trying to call it an “amenities package”, including things such as parking, wifi, towels, in room amenities like the topo chico water and soaps ect…this daily charge of $41.70 is presented only at check in and is buried in the document you sign at check in. This junk fee is required to be included in the advertised TOTAL price. Regardless since is new they certainly would be wise to let returning guests know this change verbally which appears to be yet again a junk fee by definition. Since a change in manager, things here are sub par, including a breakfast that has become nothing short of disappointing. Sadly the overall vibe of this property has changed. Disappointed

If you’re going to Palm Springs this is the place to stay. It is a beautiful hotel with lots of nice little touches. The breakfast is grab and go and is filled with lots of goodies. The pool area is clean, quiet and there is shuffle board and an ice cream cart. Thank you for the welcome beads and the choc fortune cookie on departure. We loved how close the hotel is to all the shops and restaurants. Would def stay here again.

NO TV in room. That being said we decided to stay here on a last minute overnight getaway. We've driven past quite a few times and stayed in nearby hotels and wanted to try this spot. Like others have said, so glad we decided to stay and we will be back. Close to everything downtown, both walking or short drive. Got a "best" room - great size and amenities, minus a TV. The food was so good with a healthy, fun variety of items and their drinks were just as fabulous. Everything was very clean, WiFi worked fantastic, and the AC split unit in our room worked very well, great for Palm Springs heat. As we only stayed one night, we didn't not use the pool area but my husband did find the ice cream cart on property and gives it an A+ even tho he didn't grab anything. Only con, the king mattress could probably be updated. I slept ok but hubby wasn't comfortable and kept rolling off side of mattress. You could tell the mattress used to be very nice at one time but we still slept ok. Also, we did not even look at the website which noted they do not have TVs until after we booked the room but once we got there, who cares! The place is just that cute and nice and clean and the service they provide is outstanding that TV or no, we will stay there again 100%

Our stay at the Holiday House was fantastic! We were a group of friends from different areas of California and New York staying in various rooms to celebrate a 50th birthday for one of our dearest friends. The complimentary breakfast was tasty, the accommodations were decorated nicely and the pool area was a relaxing way to celebrate. Lunch and drinks by the pool were also good. I would recommend the Holiday House to anyone looking to have a good time without kids around!

Beautiful rooms and such a nice continental breakfast. wonderful people in the lobby - Bartender, waiters Isreal, Gabe and Faith. Luis was a very nice guy too - I think the manager. I was discharged for some mini-bar items and he quickly reimbursed the charge when I pointed it out to him. I would certainly go at a cooler time of year next time but would definitely stay at the Holiday House.

I will say the mattress was really hard but after a day in the sun by the pool you hardly noticed. Clean property, friendly staff, and once Juan arrived everything seemed to really kick up in terms of customer service. He made sure every aspect of our stay was pure magic!!! Highly recommend.
