Great price, very clean, complimentary breakfast has many great options, pet friendly including water bowl and treats in the lobby for our furry baby, staff very friendly and helpful

The property has good signage from the road. The outside of the hotel is a well manicured property and the building looks clean from the outside. Upon entering the lobby it is clean smelling and well lit. The gym is clean and well-lit. The pool area is clean and well lit.

the fire alarm went off very early and they didn’t apologize or anything , the pool was closed the whole weekend, and one of the housekeepers opened my room door very early without having my permission and i was in the room sleeping

In general the staff and property were of good quality. There were several major issues the staff couldn’t/wouldn’t fix. The pool was closed for 2 out of 3 days of our stay. That was one of the main reasons for selecting this property. Second there was an extremely annoying beeping coming from somewhere that the staff could not silence. This lead to sleepless nights and an over all miserable stay.

Great property with the extra amenities of kitchenette in room and grill outside were extra great touches

The location of the hotel was convenient to restaurants and shopping and close to the freeway. The neighborhood was safe and quiet. The hotel provided us with free breakfast and laundry was free also (bring your own detergent etc.) which was very helpful too. I will definitely stay here again for another long stay! The staff was amazing and friendly!

It was Thanksgiving Day, we got to the property and was promptly checked in and received our room. However when we walked in, this was not the upgraded room we paid for ( 1 Bedroom suite), I went to the front desk to inquire and was told that the (1 Bedroom Suite) we paid for and reserved over a week in advance was not available, and that there was nothing they could do because we booked through a third party company. No refund for the difference in the upgraded room price, nothing! Which surprised me with this being in the ( Hilton family). It would just be nice and proper for the front desk to state the issue at check-in, instead of attempting to give us any old room and hope we don’t notice or would just accept a room which is considered a basic room instead of an upgraded one. Although we could not get the room that we reserved and paid for in advance, I was able to get to Expedia assistance and they were able to assist me with a partial refund payment. They called the hotel on a holiday which I considered over and above, and was able to get “something” done, which I appreciated. Thank you Expedia assistance. As far as the hotel, the lobby the pool the room was very clean and welcoming. Besides the room issue the front desk did provide us with a few extra toothbrushes and I welcome bag with a few snacks for the children. The gym was open 24/7 and the pool had good hours for the kiddos to enjoy. The parking lot has descent parking, and is lite pretty well.

To start off, The manager Darian was polite and accommodating, as well as the person checking people in(I do not remember her name). Throughout the hotel, it had an unpleasant smell. Once I got to my room, both the floor and carpet was moist, making it uncomfortable to walk around. Did not smell the greatest, No stove like the picture says then I’m told, only some rooms have them, that’s why I chose this place to be able to cook during my stay. Next, I checked the covers and etc, the covers had make-up on them. I went down to the desk to inquire about the oven/stove and to let them know about the covers and they said they would send someone up to change them. Came back to the room after they supposedly changed the covers but no, I flipped the cover back and the same cover was there and same make-up, after being told it was done. Lastly, after spraying everything down, I guess the bed bugs wanted to see what was going on because bed bugs were spotted on the couch (that looks like it carries germs due to the material). Long story short, we checked out within 30 minutes of checking in. Darian had left and Rachel I believe was her name(shift change, not the polite young lady from before) she didn’t even try to accommodate us, apologize, nothing. Only offered for us to check out in which I was going to do anyways. Tried to show her proof of the bed bugs, nope she didn’t care.

Very clean, comfortable, large room. I booked for a night to see a concert at Huntington Banks Field. Hotel was about 20 min from event and conveniently located next to interstate. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

The room was okay, however it had a damp feel to it. We had to put our heat on just to feel comfortable. Also the sheets had hair throughout it, so we had them come and change it. The couch also had massive hair on it and. Gross

Thanks for the early check in however I was very disappointed to find blood stains on the bed. I feel rooms should be checked before letting guest check in. Very disappointed.

I would NEVER RECOMMEND this hotel to anyone. As soon as we entered into the hotel it smelled like dogs. Once we entered into our rooms and began to settle in we noticed the linen was not clean there appeared to be a hug urine stain in the middle of the pullout bedding, the pillows were beyond dingy with red stains on the corners. The linen inside the plastic bedding bag had random strands of hair in it on the pillows and sheets. It was so bad they moved us to another room. Even if not I would have slept in our rental at before sleeping in that filth. We checked the new room and it was cleaner than the other one but still not what we would expect from a Hilton brand but after an 11 hour drive to Cleveland from Georgia we needed to rest. They wouldn’t give us a refund so we were stuck there for two nights. It was awful. I’ve always seen terrible incidents like this on television but never had I experienced such disappointment before. There was one staff member who tried to provide us with the best accommodations as possible. He was a tall black guy that worked the night shift. Sorry I can’t remember his name but he was great but the morning host was so rude. She was an older black lady with the worst attitude. I hope the managers see this as well.

This hotel is clean and well-maintained. The room was quiet and had everything I needed. It is located close to shopping and grocery stores so is very convenient. It’s not a luxury hotel but it was a good value for the price. I would stay here again.

We got a good price on this 4-area suite, thru our Platinum Hotel.com + a discount, 9 nites while we had driven west from VT, to our OH family for Christmas and get well visits. The rooms were clean, living area, eat-in kitchen with fridge, microwave, dishwasher, sink, and large accessible bathroom & king bedroom with 2nd tv. Plenty of room to settle in & also host visitors. There were some issues, bed & pillows uncomfortable, bathroom sliding door malfunctioning, 3 in a row very cheap toasters that did not work. The entire staff were friendly & helpful. Our family loved the pool. But the free breakfast probably the worst ever. Hotel was convenient, lots of potential but not kept up. If we booked again, we’d bring our toaster and pillows.

I needed a stress free getaway from home and this was a great outing. I will be back. Pool time was great. Kitchen area really came in handy and the room size was great. Very quiet and clean. Staff was terrific.

What a find! Never stayed at this chain before. Clean, roomy, lots of unexpected positives -- good towels, substantial bathroom and room, kitchenette, nice swimming pool, decent breakfast. Would definitely stay again.

Good front-desk service and a nice, clean room, but room was not made up at all during a four day stay. We had to ask for more towels and coffee, which is not acceptable. Also the highway noise at this location was very loud. Will not stay here again.

The desk staff was very friendly and the property was clean and in good order. Our guest room had plenty of storage and a comfortable bed and sofa.

Had a ton of work to do. Set up my computer and sat down. The desk chair was broken and at its lowest setting. It was very uncomfortable. I asked for a replacement, none available. This hotel was not $59.00 per night.

The room was nice and large however could hear a lot of movement from above (we were 2nd floor) and the bed wasn’t as comfortable as I’ve slept in hotels beds before.

Everything was good, but I barely slept due to the very uncomfortable pillows.

Was booked for this property and had a confirmation number, they then sent me to a different hotel after I arrived which was dirty and made me feel unsafe. Staff was rude and unhelpful throughout the process.

We travelled to Ohio for a few days, and truly had a comfortable time at the Home2Suites. The property feels and looks new and contemporary, the rooms were very clean, and the amenities were extremely accessible and convenient. The included breakfast was beyond continental, filling, with great options. What stood out the most to our family was the hospitality we experienced. From the moment we checked in, throughout our stay, and after checking out the staff were pleasant and efficient. Check-in and -out were quick and hassle free. The folks you have working there are top notch, from front desk staff to the gentleman coordinating the breakfast area: very kind. It felt like staying with family...that was the vibe. I would recommend this hotel based on the location, property, and services, but mainly because of the hospitality. Thank you all for making an otherwise stressful trip, a comfortable one.

Upon arrival, I immediately noticed the cleanliness and the fresh smell in the hotel lobby air. The receptionist greeted me right away, answered the few questions I had, and got me checked in swiftly. When booking online though, there was no notice that there would be $50 fee for booking for a single night. I was not made aware until I arrived, checked in, and ultimately had to pay it along with the original anticipated fee for the room. Once in the room, I was impressed with again the cleanliness, fresh smell and the room in its entirety. I liked the full kitchen equipped with a refrigerator, freezer (which were both quite big for a hotel and very cold), dish washer and microwave. This was my first time staying in this hotel and it was booked at the spur of a moment so I did not expect the quality that this gave. I wish breakfast was a little better, the waffle machine didn’t work and some of the options just did not taste good. Lastly, during an afternoon nap, the fire alarm repeatedly went off without any communication from the hotel of what was going on. Other than those couple of things, this was a great stay and my family and I will be returning.

The staff is always so nice and accommodating, friendly and willing to help. Darrin and Rachel were there most of the time when we there and the young light skinned AA guy from days were all very nice and always said Hi to my nephew ( he'll say hi 100 times a day LOL). All in all recommend

traveled with a dog and the hotel was very welcoming; other guests were comfortable with my pet present and he was comfortable in the room. The breakfast was good but some products were gone and took a while to get refilled. the staff was great; probably the star of the experience. Staff were friendly, efficient, everything I can hope for.

Clean. Fast Check in. Only drawback was noise from the highway.

Nice alternative to staying next to Case. Neighborhood is safer and the drive is pretty and not far away.

Only stayed here for one night and I can say the experience was great. The room was big and clean. The bathroom was a little outdated, but it wasn't bad. The guy at the front desk was friendly and very helpful. The area is a little weak as far as things to do and restaurants especially at night. I would definitely stay here again though.

The hotel is not in an clear location upon arrival, but it is accessible and safe. The breakfast options were good and plenty.

Convenient location, but disappointed complimentary breakfast. I've been to other Home2suite locations, and have had a bigger breakfast bar.

Rooms are much smaller than at other Home2Suite properties. The upkeep and cleanliness have much to be desired. And the service overall was very poor. During breakfast, not enough staff to help, not enough plates and silverware. The breakfast areas was also very messy with sticky floors due to maple syrup everywhere. It really looked like the property was extremely understaffed.

The room and staff were above average. The breakfast is very underwhelming and nothing is labeled. Several times there was nothing made. There are microwaved sandwiches and rubbery "omelettes". The hazardous issues were as you leave out of the side entrance it was very icy. When you ask them to clean your room they don\'t until you complain.

Horrible experience all around. The whole place stank of marijuana. We stayed there due to the amenities, it was supposed to be a shower/tub combo, there was no tub. The breakfast was never ever stocked at all, out of all the sandwiches, out of waffle batter, out of milk and coffee. This was an issue all 3 nights that we stayed. The bathroom door didn’t lock at all, it didn’t even latch which led to my one year olds arm getting smashed in the door. Trim was peeling of the walls and floor. Overall would not recommend this facility at all. I’d rather stay at a motel 6.
