Overall a good stay. Breakfast was adequate. There was shampoo in the conditioner dispenser (so, no conditioner available). We were bummed the pool was closed, as the pool was one of the reasons we chose this hotel.

Very nice room. Clean and up to date. Breakfast was very good - a lot of choices and fresh food available. Only unfortunate issue was our car was broken into in the parking lot which is the fault of the hotel but not a fun part of the trip.

A really clean property— I appreciate this more than most. There is nothing more disgusting than accumulated debris under a nightstand or near the bed or in the bathroom behind the toilet— This place was spotless and well-maintained. The bed was comfortable. The pillows were great. The staff was friendly and helpful. Yay!

Our second time staying here. Lots of shopping/eating options nearby. Solid free breakfast with options that would make most happy. Beds are more comfortable than our beds at home. Also, a small thing, but I love that the toilet isn't super low like in most hotels—we're getting old and it's not easy to stand up off those sometimes. Great vanity lighting for make-up. We'd happily stay there again!

Room is okay but the problem is there are loud footstep above our room, we ask to be moved but FD is hesistant at first telling me that there is a lot of kids staying. But the running and walking above us is too much. Then they have us moved.

The staff were amazing and able to help our family of 7 get checked in earlier than planned! The rooms are a great size and very clean/maintained. Our only concern was the soundproofing of the rooms wasn't the greatest and you could hear what was happening in the halls (banging, talking, etc.) as if it was right in your room - if you have a quiet floor, this won't be an issue!

They over sold the two queen room we booked. Getting a room with a pull out couch was a nightmare. It took 1 hour and a call from Expedia to get them to allow us to pay $30 to get an “upgraded” room. Originally they tried to sell us another room for full rate with no refund for our room saying we booked through Expedia so it was our problem but they would happily sell us a second room. Worst check in experience I have ever had at a hotel.

Check in and check out clerks were outstanding on Friday evening and Sunday morning. Had a noise issue from room upstairs and they clerk handled it for us. Breakfast was outstanding. Great space in the rooms, very good beds and absolutely DO NOT TAKE AWAY THE CINNAMOM ROLLS

The gurenteed check-in time was 4 pm, we arrived at the hotel front desk at 3:55, asked for check-in. However, the front desk told us the room was not ready and they needed 15 mins. So we waited, it was till 5pm we were informed that the room is finally ready… We were not alone, a bunch of other families were waiting too. Two points: 1) if you can’t have your hotel ready by 4pm, don’t guarantee it; 2) tell us the truth of how long you need to make our room ready, if you need 1 hour, say 1 hour, so we will go feed ourselves first and come back, instead of just waiting.

I specifically booked a room with 2 queen beds. I was given a room with one king bed. When I went to talk to the front clerk she told me that the reservation was for a standard room which me y the hotel could choose which room to provide. In the 10 years I’ve booked what thru Expedia I’ve never had this issue ever. I don’t feel the staff at the hotel were being honest with me and pretty much dismissed me. When I checked out I asked a different person at the front desk and she just shrugged her shoulders as if she was at a loss on what a standard room was and stated that she had no idea how Expida worked.

They canceled my prepaid reservation as a no show. I had contacted them from my cruise ship earlier in the week why I purchased 2 nights but would only be staying for one night. I was told by their front desk person that it would not be a problem. When I arrived it was a problem. The general manager insisted she did nothing wrong.

Overall stay was great! Only bad part was the breakfast. Every day we got there between 9 and 10(kids wanted to sleep in) and there was not much left. And the staff said they weren't making/putting out more and were semi rude about it. Other than that our stay was great!
