We stayed to attend the festival at Coffman Park. It was about a 10-15 minute walk, which saved on parking. The area around the hotel is very nice. The hotel was modern and clean. The room was very large and the bed comfortable. Breakfast was included and good. The only disappointment was the pool wasn't functioning because they are waiting on parts to fix it.

Loved the staff and very accommodating the pool is a little small

One elevator didn't work at all and the other one seemed a little rickety and would randomly go to the wrong floor.

We came on a vacation with our two grandchildren. We we stayed there because of the pool. We was not told that the pool was down.The carpet in the room was not the greatest. We will not be staying at the Home 2 suite again. We didn't know the the town well enough to do anything with them.The weekend wasn't the greatest .We felt bad because it was there summer vacation .

The room was clean, large, and fulfilled all of our needs. Staff was courteous and professional. Just a few recommendations for improvement. 1. Improve the condition of your lobby/dining area. Stains on the furniture and the floor needs to be mopped. 2. Service your elevators to try to eliminate the groans and popping noises. A little disconcerting. 3. The small parking charge seems unnecessary.

The pool area was freezing. Water was warm for the kids to swim but the parents had to wear their coats just to sit in the room. The lady at the front desk was rude and impersonal (always wearing earmuffs). The room was clean, and housekeeping staff was friendly.

The property was nice and the hotel inside were clean good stay. The only thing the pool was out of order, but decent stay..

It is clean and easy to check in. I was unaware of the daily parking fee of $3.50/day until check in. It isn’t like there is anything in walking distance that I would want to park and walk. Crazy!

Great service great breakfast overall great stay. But bathroom door did not shut correctly and pool was out of service. But no biggie as we were going to zoombizi bay anyways

It was nice except the pool area was freezing but the water was warm and the pool looked like it could use a new paint job!!

Clean rooms, hotel smelled clean. Staff was courteous and attentive. Booking and stay was hassle free.

Staff was amazing, good amenities, great area. Ice cream shop, Kroger and multiple food options easily walkable. Only negatives were loud street racers at night and the curtains and couch had stains on them that could come out with a good cleaning. We were particularly impressed with whoever runs the breakfast area in the morning. She was running around like crazy ensuring everything was hot and fresh. The manager who checked us in was very friendly and gave us a good run down of everything and all of the cleaning staff waved or said hi to us as we were leaving / exiting the area.

Furniture is stained. Furniture and carpet need to be updated

Rooms very clean, staff very friendly and helpful. I’ve have stayed in one of these before and was very satisfied with everything.

The room was absolutely disgusting. Yes this is an animal okay residence but it doesn't need to look like that with pee stains on the floor dirty marks on the walls, food smears on the curtains, and the couch had black marks over from the filth as well as red stain. The only thing that was clean was the beds but I doubted that they were even clean since the room was in such deplorable condition. Would never stay again!

Hotel is located on a very busy road, and having been placed into a room facing that road, there was significant traffic noise until the late hours of the night. The driveway to the hotel is located on a road which can only be accessed from one direction, so if you leave and need to return to the hotel, it requires driving around the block. There was no in-room safe as advertised. The floor pan in the shower had damage, and the showerhead plumbing was loose. Room service did not attend to the room while I stayed there over the course of 2 nights, even though the do-not-disturb sign was never hung up. No ice bucket in the room. Desk staff were all very friendly. Breakfast in the morning was sufficient.

Very dirty. On arrival, the bed had crumbs, toenail, and hair in it. Had to have housekeeping redo bed. Then couldn’t sleep all night due to loud noisy roads adjacent to hotel. Loud street racing going on just outside hotel until very late at night. Poor soundproofing. Room overall very unclean. Worst hotel I have ever stayed in.

There are dining options withing walking distance. The staff at the desk was helpful and answered questions with a smile. Our room appeared clean, but the bathroom had hair in the drawers and on some of the walls. Overall a very pleasant stay

Check in was quick, and the staff was fantastic. We stayed in a 2 bed suite. It was roomy & clean. There were squirt bottles of shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel in the shower. The beds were comfy and we slept well. There was a full size fridge, microwave, and sink in the kitchen. The lobby area had games, a giant connect 4, corn hole, & Jenga. The kids played after breakfast while we enjoyed our coffee. The kids loved the pool. Our 2 complaints: breakfast could use some improvement, kitchen staff was slow to refill items, & clean up the food area, and the choices were very carb-heavy. Also the toilet paper in the rooms was 1 ply, and very thin. The furniture in the rooms and the lobby could use a good scrubbing. It was stained and some were quite worn. Overall our stay ( 2 days )was very nice, and we would stay here again.

Very very clean

We’ve stayed here several times. The furniture in the room was quite worn, pillows were tiny and bed was not comfortable.

Double queen room very spacious. Facility was clean. Staff was very nice.

The kitchenette was great, getting a regular fridge/freezer was a happy surprise! The place is beautiful, has lots of space to meet, work, or socialize.

The room was clean, roomy (had a kitchen, fridge/ freezer, dish washer, microwave, LOTS of counter space. The beds were comfortable. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Not the most updated decor, but fine.

The room was large. I booked this room because of the couch with a hide a bed. I took a trip with my two adult sons. The couch was so terrible even a toddler would be uncomfortable on it. The bathroom door was so heavy and hard to open and close. It is also so squeaky it woke everyone in the room when they attempted to close it. I would not book here again. With that said, the room was clean breakfast was good staff was nice.

A bit disappointing that the suite was just one big room with a curtain between beds and living area. A prior stay at Home2 was two rooms. Room was very clean and staff was very friendly. A few minor issues with kitchen faucet - knob fell off; and soap dispenser in shower was broken.

The property was nice, the staff was also very friendly. The bed sheets did smell like wet dog. The refrigerator made a loud noise all night we could barely sleep.

The room I had was very spacious and it felt more like home than just a hotel room. One of the receptionists, Jessica, was so kind and welcoming which made it even more enjoyable. Another staff member helped my friend get breakfast and helped her get back to the room when I had to leave her. Highly recommended this hotel. Plus it’s right next to Kroger so if you need anything you can literally just walk and get it. The only thing I didn’t really like was how small our bathroom was and that a couple people couldn’t get ready at once. If someone was in the shower, no one else could do anything due to everything being in one room and just a glass door on the shower

The room was mostly clean but the trash can under the kitchen sink was full, so it was not emptied from the previous people who stayed. Otherwise everything else with the room was great, and breakfast was decent. When I booked through hotels.com after a previous reservation with another hotel fell through, I was able to call Home2 and spoke with Andrea, and she was so patient with me and answered all my questions, and if she didn't know the answer she would find out the answer from the front desk. She is the epitome of excellent customer service.

The location is convenient due to a Kroger being across the street. However, the breakfast buffet is laughable and did not offer many options. Who wants to eat birthday cake batter buckwheat waffles? Not me! There was no safe in the room which is really strange in this day and age. They’ve switched to the giant bottles of hair care and body wash in the shower. However, they don’t maintain them even when brought to the attention of the front desk. Very disappointed. And for some reason, the TV is not placed in between the two queen beds instead, it’s to the far right of the room, which is hard for someone to watch from bed if they are in the further bed. Front desk personnel were either on their phone or chatting every time I approached and I felt like they weren’t listening. Even when one was on her phone while I was talking and she looked up at me and said that she was listening. Really strange behavior from customer service people. She said a manager would come talk to me, but it seemed to take too long so she offered me a gift card and said the manager would reach out to me via email. I haven’t heard anything yet. I think it’s not a good sign when they already have an envelope full of gift cards to make us happy after they screw up. It shouldn’t be like that.

I like it is close to Historic Dublin Ohio. Lots of cool places to eat and hang out.

Perfect location-clean and pleasant staff.

Our stay was wonderful. Loved Dublin and location was reasonably close to the zoo and good restaurants. Everyone was very friendly and our room was nice.

Located in the heart of Dublin, walking distance from one of the most exciting dining and shopping areas in the city. Nice, spacious rooms with great counter space.

Safe area, quiet, clean and close to downtown area.

Location is approximately 15 minutes from downtown. Great area to stay. Had all the amenities needed. Great parking.

Breakfast just ok. Facility a little older, and not first class, but certainly acceptable for the money. I’d stay there again.

Room was clean, good options at breakfast. Lobby is a bit older and could use a deep clean, but overall a comfortable stay!

Everyone was extremely friendly. The rooms were clean and fully stocked. For being right by the highway we didn’t hear cars all night or anything. Probably the best breakfast at a hotel I’ve ever had. Big variety and it was delicious. 10/10.

Excellent room and nice breakfast

This hotel was exactly what my family was looking for. The continental breakfast was amazing, and we enjoyed eating it in the cool morning air by the fire. Great atmosphere!
