Our room was great and the pool area was very clean.

We chose that particular hotel because it was pet friendly, offered a game room and a heated indoor AND outdoor pool. The only amenities they had were a heated outdoor pool and their “game room” was a few old puzzles on a bookshelf in the lobby. The breakfast was not terrible but I’ve had much better. To be fair, we did not get there as soon as they served so it’d been out for a bit. The heated outdoor pool was nice. It was about 55-60 degrees outside at night and the pool was like bath water, very relaxing. The room was very roomy and clean. They have a nice spot for pets to relieve themselves. Staff were excellent and very helpful. I was disappointed that the amenities listed on the website weren’t at this hotel; maybe just a common template for the chain? I would stay here again, but only if another hotel didn’t have the amenities I want.

The property overall wasn’t terrible. The continental breakfast wasn’t that great and had very limited options and the room had a VERY musty/moldy smell. Parking was difficult, but the biggest issue I had was the elevator made a lot of concerning noises and seemed to be barley holding on.

I loved interacting with Jared at the front desk, Rob during breakfast, and Maddie in hospitality. All of them were great and made me feel welcome. You have the BEST breakfast!!!!! I enjoyed using the gym. Loved that it was open 24 hours and had towels. My only problem had nothing to do with the hotel, it was the fact that the people who were above my room walked hard on the floor and kept me up longer than I planned.

This is a pet friendly hotel, important to note that. The rooms have carpet. There is an odor of pets within the room. The furniture seemed worn. Wallpaper in rooms was peeling. Definitely in need of an overhaul renovation. The pool was green. Breakfast offerings were subpar. If you’re desperate for a place to sleep, it’ll do. If you prefer clean and comfort, hard pass. This was a quick half way to the beach stop for us. There is a full size refrigerator and microwave in the room.

Laundry and gym were easily accessible and usable.

I had a great experience. Wish the pool was open but we still had a great stay.

Staff was friendly and polite. Property is maintained mediocre. No comforter was on the bed, instead there was a sham and what I think is a mattress topper to cover up with. We had the suite and the bedroom door didn’t shut and latch. The breakfast seemed old and stale but we were there at 0745. We stayed there because they had a peloton, but it didn’t work.

Great location for shopping and restaurants. Very well kept hotel, appreciated the EV chargers and staff. Spacious hotel room, wonderful complimentary breakfast. Would recommend!

At 6:30am, I was woken up to a Fire Alarm that evacuated the entire hotel. As we were downstairs, it turns out the same thing happened the morning before. The manager didn’t seem to care as if this is a regular occurrence. Not a happy camper. This is 6:30am on SUNDAY.

Clean room, quiet, close to restaurants and shopping

The rooms are disgusting!! Sheets for the pull out couch had old blood stains on them, mold on the shower and shower curtains, furniture and nightstands were dirty and had not been wiped down or cleaned. Just gross!!

The sheets were stained and unchanged. Front desk had a partial set of sheets for me to change our own linens. Counters hadn’t been washed and last guests dishes were in the suite’s dishwasher. No carts for luggage. Guest phone had no cord and thermostats were nonfunctional. Arrived late with children and it was hard. Won’t stay again.

Extremely dated and not very clean. Expensive. Breakfast was not great either. Very dissatisfied especially given the price. Hotel needs a complete over haul.

The black out blinds did not work. The pillows were so flat and the bed wa not comfortable. It says it was a queen it was more like a full. The surfaces in the room felt sticky and not clean.

Our room wasn’t clean. The legs on the table were covered in filth.

Staff was all nice. Did see a large roach in our room.

The property was nice looking, and the breakfast was very good. The biding and towels were Fairley dirty looking. The carpet throughout the hotel was very dirty, squishy and sticky. It would Tury your feet black to walk from the shower to the bed.

The room door lock was broken so the door could not be locked properly so I had to use one of the other lock options. The couch and the pillow cases had stain on them. I only stayed 1 night & overall it was okay.

I liked the size of the room I booked. It was larger than expected. It was surprisingly clean. I didn't like how we were given two towels and I booked for two adults/two children. So we jad to wait for them to wash more and bring them up.

The room was so gross and the staff non existent. The halls and ceiling so loud we couldnt sleep. No longer a hilton member after this stay.

It was a good stay. Staff was super nice. I think the A/C was broke in our room. However it still worked. Had a weird blue and red light blinking. Floor was soft around the a/c unit. Thought that was a bit strange with it being a newer hotel. Bed wasnt comfortable. But overall it was good good stay. Breakfast was good. Housekeeper walked in on me while i was changing clothes. Still better than rhe Hilton across the street. I would stay again.

Broken and dirty furniture in the room rusted metal parts in the kitchen and bathroom. Horible brekfast. AC control on wall not working.

First off, the AC controls do not let you control anything, you could not even turn the fan on… Second my Direct tv controller would not work, i got new batteries, still nothing, so no tv for me. Third, the microwave did not work. Fourth, in the morning, no hot water!!!!cold shower for me Yay!!!

Very spacious for longer travel times

The room was spacious and the bed super comfy. The only issue is that the rest of the furniture was very worn and the kitchen only had one spoon and no forks. The staff was nice however our room wasn’t ready for an hour after normal check in.

This hotel was basically like “ we want high end appliances matched with really cheap furnishings. Stick on carpet? Check. Peeling wallpaper? Check. Uneven flooring (in our room at least), Check. When we got to the room we didn’t even have a shower curtain in the bathroom. That was a first. And they wouldn’t even bring one to our room, I had to go get it from front desk It wasn’t bad, just not worth the price

Our room was very clean and spacious. Beds were so comfortable. Staff was friendly, breakfast was good. Nice outdoor patio to enjoy that morning coffee.

Desk clerk gave us the wrong key cards so we couldn’t get in the room initially. He then laughed at his mistake w/o apologizing. Food at breakfast was marginal in both taste and quantity.

If you want to have enough towels for the people in your room, this isn't the place to stay. We had four people on our reservation. The first of five nights we only had two towels. We went to the front, and we were told they didn't have any more. They would give us four the next day. On the second day, we did not receive four. We also told them the deadbolt was not working. They said they would send somebody but did not. On the third day I was finally able to get enough towels for the people in our room. Then, they finally gave us room service on the fourth day but again only left us with two towels. The sign in the bathroom said towels would be refreshed every two days. I was told, "They were really busy" on the day I was able to secure enough towels for the people in our room. Overall, it was a horrible experience, and they were unresponsive to our needs (which were basic to the number of people on our reservation). They never fixed the lock. There was mold around all the handrails in the shower, and all the hand towel racks were rusted out. We responded to texts from them, stopped at the front desk to speak to people, and emailed. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone.

Property was clean. Problem checking in after they charged my card I realized later that I had already paid for it over a month ago when I booked it on Expida. After talking with them the manager saw it was a mistake and said she would reimburse the charges. Other than that one problem everything else was good except it take a very long time for hot water in shower to get hot.

The staff was and is always great! This time I was unable to to check in my room upon arriving. My key would not work and they did just experience a key card issue. Staff and I return to my room and my key worked this time. Walking into the bathroom it was used toilet and the seat was dirty. A blowout had occurred. Bathroom trash was full!! Told front desk. They corrected the situation. Like I said the staff here are amazing attitudes and smiles.

When we visit this area again. We will stay here . The front desk clerk on the morning of 5/27/25-5/28/25 I don’t remember his name. He was so friendly and helpful. He is the reason, we will stay here again.

Did not get the opportunity to stay at or see the Home to Home Suites in Prattville. Unfortunately my vehicle left me stranded, even though I did attempt to cancel the reservation. I was late and the institution was unable to assist. I did purchase the travel insurance via Expedia and again was denied. The travel insurance does not cover personal vehicle use. Representatives at Home to Home were unwavering and I was not able to get my $261.02 refunded. Not to customer friendly

The Staff at the hotel were amazing.

A young lady by the name of Africa was cleaning the rooms. She saw me struggling with my door key and she came to help me without my asking. She took the key back to be rekeyed and brought it back to me. I am a 75 year old lady traveling with her invalid husband and this to me is the way service ought to be. On that same evening, another lady saw me going down the hall with an empty luggage cart and she offered to take it downstairs for me. I would recommend this place to anyone.

After booking this property on Expedia and arriving the gentleman at check in could not find our reservation. He looked for several minutes and told us we were not in their system and I would have to contact Expedia. I was able to call and talk with an agent from Expedia who found our reservation and was able to give me a confirmation number for the hotel reservation which was different than my itinerary number. I returned to the check in person and he still couldn’t find it. He then called someone else with the hotel and told them the situation and then entered our confirmation number somehow and miraculously there was our reservation all along. Obviously he did not have a clue what he was doing and what should have been a 5 minute transaction turned into a 30 minute ordeal. Now onto the room. The carpet had numerous stains all over it. It was disgusting. One of the two bedspreads also had a very noticeable brown stain on it. Again, disgusting. The bathroom door was the sliding barn style door. Somehow it was stuck and would not budge so it could not be moved or closed. The hallway smelled like somebody has been cooking spaghetti out there and you could clearly hear the people moving about in the room above us. The next morning the temperature outside was in the upper 20’s and it was cool in the room so I tried to switch the thermostat over to heat which did not work. I then tried to turn the AC up but it continued to blow cold air. The breakfast bar was lousy and late

The eggs served at this brand of Hilton are premade cheese omelets and are barely edible. The sausages were lacking. For a 5 day trip where nothing changed on the buffet it was hard to choke down. The rooms need some investment with carpet and furniture changes. Staff was fabulous. Location is great. If it was cheap enough yes I’d be back

Clean room, quiet, close to restaurants and shopping

Staff did an amazing job. Just there for one night. Easy access to the interstate and plenty of dining options around this location. Would stay there again.

This is okay and a safe area. Close to all shopping area is a bonus. But it had bad smells on the elevator at times. And the hotel need a little updating. It's nothing over the top but it is decent for a few nights to stay. Breakfast need to be better especially for the rates that customers are paying. Overall it okay stay and safe. I would stay again for the convenience.

The worst breakfast experience...ever. there was bread amongst the Utensils, there were no eggs and ... I have been treated better at Motel6s.

Great hotel. Breakfast could be improved. Pre-packed egg dish was so salty we could not eat it.

This hotel did not meet Home2 standards. The room had several issues: buckling floor, broken AC unit, rusted furniture, and an office chair I wouldn't let me dog sit in. Outside of the room the general common spaces and elevator were dirty. I'm normally pumped for a home2 breakfast but everything was cold, rubbery, and there was no breakfast meat either that day. I travel a lot for work and this was not even close to the $185 we paid for one night.

Breakfast was great, they served bacon, eggs, make your own waffle, coffee and juice! The staff was polite, friendly, and with a smile.

The room was not dirty but everything else was. The elevator was dirty, the downstairs bathrooms were dirty, and the breakfast was not good at all except the waffles.
