Loved it and enjoyed our stay. I did find a rusty nail in the hot tub which was concerning but when I brought it to the front desk they didn't seem to concerned with someone possibly stepping on a rusty nail like I almost did.

The location was very nice, but the description shows “parking available”. It should say valet parking is the only option at $55 a night. Also they should have bottled water in the guest rooms.

I booked this hotel for New Year's eve solely for the rooftop bar. I wanted a place that i could bring in the new year as well as feel safe as to having a room in minutes of a distance for my safety. I was so disappointed to know once I've arrived the rooftop bar was closed for a private event.

I really liked the hotel and spaciousness of the rooms compare to their sister property across the way. Minus 1 star due to the valet only parking (which is not clear on the website) which was an outrageous $55/day.

I stayed on the 3rd floor, and the view was directly onto a rooftop filled with noisy air conditioning units. The room was not clean. I found fingernails on the floor, which was unacceptable. Basic amenities like toothbrushes, toothpaste, and slippers were only available upon request. When I asked the front desk what else could be requested, the response was dismissive: “We have a lot, what do you need?” This is not the level of hospitality I expect from a hotel. Overall, it was not a pleasant experience.

Air conditioner went out on us, we did not receive any sleep with the discomfort. When I called in the morning, front desk knew about it. They seemed like it was ok to spend the next day in the same room. When me and my toddler went to swim, beer cans and empty cups, and towels were all over the floor. It seemed like the only concerned they had was there club upstairs.

Both a coffee maker and the safety-deposit box in our room were broken. We asked to change the coffee maker 4 times but they didn’t do anything for that. Also they didn’t refill hair conditioner and body soap. It was horrible experience.

This was my second stay. Property is clean and modern. The staff was helpful and professional. Our maid service was excellent and personalized. Valet parking only! FYI handicap place card valet parking is free, although they will not tell you this and you must tell the parking & hotel staff, so that you are not charged. The mobile key app did not work and I had problems with my door keys. Had to have staff assist me three times to get in my room/gym. The pool area is very nice with plenty of seating. Some of the sun shades were ripped, but ours was fine. The pool side food and service was very good. I love that the rooms have hardwood floors, no nasty carpets. Some of the lounge chairs had stains and so did our couch in our room. All hotels need leather seating only! Love the Starbucks in the lobby, but be advised it has limited hours. All in all I would give my stay a 8 out of ten. I will be back because I love the pool and gym. The location is perfect for shopping and entertainment and very close to the Irvine Spectrum and freeway.

We like this hotel but unfortunately if you are on the top floors there is a bar on the roof that can be noisy until 12:00. We will stay there again but stay on a lower floor.

The rooms was clean. Our A/C wasn't working and continued to blow cold air all night. Mechanic came to check it and told me it would not be able to fix. I called requesting to change the room if this doesn't work but instead, they sent over a small heater. In the morning I woke up with a red swollen face and congested. It ruined my vacation. I was so upset. Breakfast was very plain as well. No parking so you have to valet which is $45 p/day. I will not be returning here.

It was good. The location is very good close to many important places. Just put in your mind the property will be quiet till 12 am from the roof bar also the AC in my room wasn’t good, anything else was good, the front desk, location, the clean room

It was a very comfortable room. HOWEVER, the AC was not working and from what I read in their reviews it has been an ongoing issue. My problem was, they didn't tell us about it until we checked in and they said that our only option was no AC or no room. They did us the "favor" of getting rid of our valet fee. That was it. Not the service i was expecting.

A decent 3 star hotel, very clean, Starbucks in lobby and big rooms. Major complaint was all departments I called never picked up their phone so had to keep calling and calling which is frustrating.

After paying almost $700 per night for the Suite da Hotel could not provide the second pair of slippers or another robe . After several reminders, they sent a dirty rope to me through security guard.. slippers could not be provided till the end of my stay. Calls to the front desk routinely were not answered for 15 to 20 minutes and despite calling several times. The only Restaurant in the property does not provide any rolls with the soup.Only Silver lining …Good Rooftop Bar.

Beautiful hotel and amenities. Friendly staff. A very thoughtful dessert platter & charcuterie plate was waiting for us, as one of the managers asked ahead of time the reason for our visit. Such a sweet surprise that was truly appreciated! I cannot say enough great things about this hotel.

Our stay at the Marriott was underwhelming. While the rooftop bar seemed promising, the food there—and throughout the hotel—was disappointing. The champagne in the mimosas wasn’t good, and the rooftop seating was poorly maintained, with torn cushions. Having great expectations in Marriott hotels over the last two decades, this is the very first time being very disappointed at the receptionist refused to follow-ups on my inquiries on fine dining restaurants and what is more-no one clean up the room even after hanged up the tag for cleaning service. After reported to the front desk only replied will look into it. Again, no follow ups. When I mentioned it again when checking out, finally someone apologized for the first time. Will not book again although the food tastes good at the lobby lounge.

This hotel was perfect for our stay. The location is perfect, minutes away from Irvine Spectrum. It is very clean and modern. Check in was a breeze, our room was very spacious and clean. Yes there is a $45 valet fee but that did not bother us nor did it affect our stay. You are able to sent a text when you want your vehicle so we didn’t have to wait too long for our vehicle.

perfect place to stay for going to the improv. Hotel was wonderful and walking distance to the improv. when checking in was told about the rooftop bar but wasn't told you need reservations, so when we went up there, it was full.

While the hotel itself is modern and in a great location, many of the so-called “amenities” actually made our stay very frustrating. For example, a $50 daily mandatory fee for valet parking, a terribly inefficient digital elevator system that requires you to wait on line in order to take a specified elevator up to your floor, and a horrible experience at the Honey & Hive upstairs bar. An extremely rude worker literally took our seats out from under us to make room at the bar while other couples were permitted to sit and leisurely finish their drinks. Unbelievable! I religiously stay at Marriotts but will never stay at this particular property again. There are plenty of better options in the Irvine area!

Everything was great, however they have a policy of removing the chairs at the bar on the roof when the DJ starts in the evening. I understand it's to provide more space at the bar but it's a very awkward experience to be told they are taking your chair out from under you after you've been eating and drinking and spending money for hours. There is also a two hour limit at the reserved tables in the rooftop bar. Yes, they will physically remove you, so time your meal and conversation!
