I arrived at the Kansai Airport in the evening, but I couldn't use shuttle. The hotel's shuttle bus only ran until 11:00. There is only a shuttle from the hotel to the train station. but there is no shuttle from the station the to hotel, so we took a taxi to and from the station and the hotel. and must have to reserve the shuttle bus to use it, but there was no advice on reservation at the reception.

This older hotel is located in an industrial zone/working class area still about 4 miles from Kansai airport - not very convenient therefore - the breakfast was modest but tolerable - the airport shuttle was limited in terms of availability - check your flight times therefore - I had to leave the hotel at 10:30am for a 5:00 flight since that was the last shuttle - I would not stay here again - there are much better & newer options closer to the airport at the same price

This hotel is everything I could think of needing when transiting to or from KIX. The hotel is almost as close as you could be to the airport without being an airport hotel. One thing that could have improved is better communication about how to take the airport shuttle from the airport. Once you are at the hotel, communication is very organized about how to take the shuttle to the airport. Please note, the airport shuttle only runs in the morning time. If your flight is in the evening, you may be on your own for getting to the airport. The staff is very nice and the walk to the nearest train station is leisurely if long.

Liked that it had a shuttle to the airport. It was pretty far walk from the train station, especially if you have luggage’s. Not to many things in the area to do. The water in the shower kept going from really hot to really cold.

The room was small, but had all the necessities we needed. I do have to say the bed was pretty hard . Other than that there was hot water and room was clean. Its not glamorous but has the basic things you need for a night stay. We got in very late due to delayed train, and I was very happy they had cup a noodles in their vending machine as everything around by that time was closed .

Very respectful and courteous staff. Shuttle from Osaka Kansau Airport is every hour, just wait on the left end side s4, you can't miss the bus, they have a big sign on the sides. The room for 1 person seems small, but uts actually just right. The have an onsite onsen, but i was too shy.. i bought into the breakfast buffet, combo of Continental breakfast with a Japanese touch. The 7 11 convenience store is a 5 min walk down, there is a pedestrian crossing, wait patiently. There is a shuttle to an outlet but i didn't bother as i was wanting to save money because my usland home was devastated by a typhoon, otherwise i would definitely explore. There is a curry place right next door and a Wendy's up the street.

I asked the reception to print my boarding pass, she said they don't do that..... wow Japan? has no printers??? seems incredible to me. Any other country in the world, they gladly print your boarding pass for free.
