The check-in prosess was difficult. After several tries, we had to contact the staff who answered quikly and helped us. Recommend to skip this unworking tool and keep it as simple ass possible like other guest houses around the world.

Place was very clean. Location was excellent. Right downtown and about 5-10 minutes walking distance to free cruise shuttle. Staff helped with check in. Only issue is there's no elevator and you have to lug your luggage up to the 3rd floor.

Let me start with the fast check in was terrible. Asked about transportation from the airport to hotel, never heard back was told via email Marco would contact me, never did. Took a taxi to the hotel and even the taxi driver could not find this hotel. He dumped us in an ally and said it’s here. Doing this whole process via virtual and no front desk is unacceptable. After 3 flight of stairs no elevator we get to our room. It was acceptable however dirty floors and shower had mold on the tile. Did finally get out to visit the town the people were very friendly and helpful. Pizza was awesome and the cappuccino shop was well awesome. And special kudos to the market next to this hotel he was so nice and even helped us with our luggage. He went out of his way and walked us to the shuttle for our cruise. The Market was Maharmahi Mini Market spoke perfect English and was a life saver. Thank you Thank you. Never again will I stay at a virtual hotel !!!

Check in was a bit of a challenge, especially taking all the photos of us and our passports. Plus my credit card payment for the city tax needed several attempts before it was finally processed. It was a challenge navigating the stairs to the guest house with our suitcases because the stairs were made of stone and somewhat slippery. The bedroom was very large, which was nice. But we were supposed to have a harborview and all we had was buildings and the street. The bathroom was also large but the shower was in need of a good scrubbing because of mold in the tile grout. We booked this accommodation at the last minute because our other hotel in the port was damaged in a fire. It was overpriced for what we got. I don’t think I would book this type of property again.

Only issue was the stairs. I was told my room was on the second floor but apparently, that didn’t include the ground floor when counting floors so it was really the third floor and had to carry luggage up two flights of stairs. Not fun after traveling for 24 hrs. I will say the self check in directions were very easy to follow.
