The rooftop resteraunt and pool we're very nice with a view of the ocean. Rooms where spacious clean and modern. It felt like a vacation getaway. I accidentally left one of my bags behind and they had it already tagged and safe for my retrieval when I came back from the airport.

The hotel was nice. The addition of their spa was great and we took advantage of that. The view from the fifth floor to the beach and the pool set up was very nice. We only had one meal last night there at the hotel and unfortunately, we’re very disappointed. We had ribs which we had been tasting and comparing over the two weeks in Bali. All of them were good except unfortunately this location other than that everything else is a plus and I would recommend it.

What a find! Sulis is a fantastic hotel to base yourself at. It has a good breakfast to start the day, next to Lippo and Discovery Mall, lots of shopping and eating options, and a fantastic rooftop pool with a view over Kuta beach. We had a lovely night dip in the pool with the kids and ordered snacks by the pool- it was heavenly. Meals from the restaurant were reasonably priced. The Sulis spa was great - I booked myself into the 2 hour massage and facial session, my daughters in the mini princess 2 hour deal and the 1.5 hour manicure session and they loved being pampered by the staff.

I’ve stayed at the Sulis 3 times now , a slightly smaller quieter hotel just enough outside of mainstream Kuta. Rooms are clean well appointed has an excellent rooftop pool and great views over Jerman beach, friendly staff , good breakfast and a walk across the road to the beach itself. Walkable into main area of Kuta but far enough out to be in a quieter area

A great hotel located a block from the beach and 1.2 kms from the airport. Beautiful rooms, an amazing rooftop pool and deck and fantastic restaurant (They had the best chicken sautee of any restaurant in Bali we went to). Would definitely stay here again.

Front desk offered no assistance. No money changing, no changing large bills to small bills, no help with spa booking at the hotel, no irons (we went and bought one), whatever we asked, the answer was no, don't have, don't do. Restaurant is good, great view. Pool has amazing view and a lift to avoid stairs, there needs to be some shade in the pool. Housekeeping was lacking. Cleaned room but did not replenish supplies like TP etc. had to leave room to ask good fridge in room, beds are a bit too hard for me. Great location, short walk to the beach.

Our room was big and a bigger fridge which is nice.The problem was the mosquitoes,I had so much mosquito bites which my stay was not comfortable even we used mosquito spray.we’re supposed to have a welcome drinks but it never happened.The accommodation is good but because of mosquitos,I rather not coming back to this hotel.

This hotel exceeded our expectations! It was exceptionally clean which is so appreciated. Our room was modern, spacious and had a wonderful private & peaceful balcony. Excellent location for the beach, 2 min walk. The pool area is nicer in person than the pictures online. I would stay here again without hesitation!!! Thank you!!!

Hôtel de passage pour une nuit avant un vol. L’emplacement est à 5 minutes en voiture de l’aéroport ce qui est très bien. Il y a une plage à proximité, belle sans plus, mais on sait qu’à Bali, les plages ne sont jamais incroyables (contrairement aux îles environnantes), beaucoup de commerces à proximité, mais pas grand chose à y faire, disons que je ne me voyait pas y rester plus d’une nuit. Quelques points faibles pour moi, ce qui explique la note de 3 étoiles. Les fenêtres des chambres n’isolent rien du tout (d’ailleurs même fermées il reste un jour), et la rue est très passante, le bruit des voitures et moto dans la rue est assez désagréable. La chambre avait une odeur d’humidité, et le distributeur de gel douche était HS. Pour un hôtel qui doit une grande partie de sa clientèle aux clients de passage en raison de sa proximité avec l’aéroport, le petit déjeuner commence très (trop) tard (8h). Dans la plupart des hôtels ici c’est 7h voire moins. On devait être à l’aéroport à 7h, donc raté. On nous a malgré tout proposé un petit déjeuner en « box » déposé la veille au soir dans notre chambre. L’attention est louable, même si le contenu est très sommaire (2 tranches de pain de mie par personne, un petit peu de beurre, une dosette de confiture, quelques morceaux de pastèque, 2 œufs durs et un verre de jus d’orange (chimique type oasis, comme souvent ici). Bref, pas un mauvais hôtel, et il ne manquerait pas grand-chose pour l’améliorer grandement.

Much better than I expect. Walkable distance from airport (about 15 minutes) and Central kuta beach.(about 15 minutes). From the roof pool, you can enjoy beautiful sunset and the water is very clear. After checkout, I store my carrier, and at the evening I can shower. The food at restaurant was good, reasonable price, and enough amount. Bed sheetcover had some stains, the only I dont like.

The hotel is great value for money. The rooms are big and clean, the beds are comfortable and the staff are friendly. The rooftop pool and bar/restaurant are excellent, and it's a great place to watch the sunset. The only negative was alot of traffic noise at night, but this is common everywhere in Kuta.

Great location across the beach, close to Main Street, deluxe rooms are large, pool has great views of the beach and local areas. Wi-fi needs to improve significantly, keeps cutting out from bedroom to bathroom to foyer to Pool. Overall fantastic hotel

The room itself was very clean and comfortable. However the girls at reception were not helpful at all and seemed to be a bit incompetent. We also had a lot of noise during the night both inside the hotel and from the street. This leading to not much sleep before our early flight.

I prefer to stay here at Sulis for the last couple of days in Bali. I am closeo the airport and do a final shop at Discovery mall nearby. The rooms a big and have a lovely balcony to sit outside. My bed was comfortable but Im not a fan of feather and down pillows. Upstairs dining in the evening with the cool breeze was really pleasant. I was delighted to find their hamburgers were more than average - it was delicous.

I stay here regularly for my last days in Bali because of location near airport and I do a final shop at Discovery Mall. I find this little hotel friendly and welcoming. The rooms are large with a modern bathroom. The airconditioner is cold when needed and my bed was comfortable.

The hotel is nice cuz it’s close to the beach. However our room’s balcony faces the street & the holiday inn express hotel so it doesn’t look that nice. If you want a hotel near the beach then this is a good option for you

We love staying at Sulis but this time we were disappointed that there is no longer an English speaking movie channel as there had been in November when we were here last. There are very few English speaking channels and we definitely miss the English movie channel. The rest of the facilities are great.

I spent one night here whilst transiting between Java and Flores. Woman on reception upon arrival was not particularly friendly. Which I guess is normal for an area saturated by tourism. The Khao San Road story. She tried to give me a ground floor room which I obviously didn't want. Got one upstairs. Said room was spacious and comfortable. I didn't eat breakfast here as it wasn't included in the price. Another lady who was on reception when I left was friendlier. The beach is very close by but was covered in rubbish. You'll find all kinds of shops and amenities close by. But I would 100% not stay in this area of Bali again unless doing so to be close to the airport. I was constantly hassled in the street. No one here talks to you just to be friendly (as I'd got used to in Java). I was constantly pressured to take taxis and rent scooters. Offered drugs and women.

2回目利用のリピーターです。部屋の綺麗さは変わりませんが、全体的に質が悪くなり、残念でした。 1.朝食が、ビュッフェではなくなりました。 2.朝食の味付けは素人以下。 3.スタッフの中に泥棒がいる。 4.片道無料送迎がなくなりました。 5.トイレットペーパーの補充忘れ。以前はコロナ前の利用で、ホスピタリティを感じ、周りの友人にも勧めていましたが、今回の格下げ感にがっかり感です。セキュリティ面は、油断した自己責任でもあります。荷物をホテルに預ける場合は、ハードケースに入れて、鍵をかけましょう。ソフトケースだと、簡単に荷物の中身は盗まれます。被害額は大したことありませんでしたが、友人へ配る予定のお土産が盗まれました。以前は歯ブラシがアメニティーにありませんでしたが、今回はアメニティーとして、歯ブラシが設置されるようになりました。

I really enjoyed my stay here, it is a convenient location, close to the airport and the staff are friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and very comfortable. The bathroom was in excellent condition, good drainage in the shower, thank goodness! A lot of restaurants in the area, mostly warung. Right across the road from the beach, a 2 minute walk, so very accessible. I would stay here again.

Great hotel in an excellent loccation opposite the beach, close to the airport and near msny shopping and dining options. The staff are really lovely. The pool and rooftop restaurant are great, especially the view. Clean and spacious rooms.

That they no longer have their buffet breakfast, it's now a set menu and you have to fill out your breakfast firm every morning for the following morning, I prefer buffet breakfast as I'm diabetic/Vegetarian and depending on my sugar levels, IDK what I can eat on the day, I'll go back, but will choose room only, unless they go back to the amazing buffet they use to have

Pros: Overall property is good, very friendly staff and rooms are spacious and clean. Housecleaning do a very good job. Loved the dinning area on level 5, where you can see the beach and have a nice breeze. Cons: Pool is very big and nice, but the water stings after, guessing not enough chlorine or more salt. Breakfast menu needs to to be updated or better to be open buffet as mentioned on Expedia.
