The view from the room was beautiful, we stayed whilst it was in mid 20s but the room was unbearable in the morning with the sun beaming on the windows and rather warm at night. A fan was provided but not adequate and rickety. Spa facilities were lovely and worth using for a chill out. Breakfast service was a big let down. We waited a while to be seated (ignored by staff) finally sat down to order and service was slow. Nothing left of the included continental even after asking for top ups. Had to ask 3 members of staff for bread to make toast to go with cooked breakfast. Just not what you would expect from a hotel of this category. When providing feedback the girl had an answer for everything instead of just listening and taking on board comments. I would return for the views but the service needs sorting out.

Room was clean but near the road so disappointing. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was plenty enough for me in the buffet. Bar was good as well. Well stocked with lots of choice. Lovely location. Well definitely come again.
