The room had everything I needed and it was clean. You aren’t allowed to eat in the lobby which was a little odd.

This is, without question, my favourite hotel in Osaka. I have stayed here multiple times over the last three years, and every visit reminds me why I keep coming back. What truly makes this hotel special is the staff. Everyone, from the front desk to the lounge attendants and housekeeping team, is incredibly friendly, approachable, and always willing to help. No matter what I ask, they never simply say no. They always find an answer or a solution, and they do it with genuine kindness. On my last trip, I accidentally left a pair of shoes behind. When I returned a week later, the staff had carefully kept them for me and handed them back at check-in. That level of care and attention means a great deal and perfectly reflects the service here. The lounge is excellent, the rooms are comfortable and spacious, and the drinks in the fridge are a wonderful touch. The air conditioning works perfectly, and I even love the slippers and pajamas provided in the room. The location is extremely convenient, but it is the people who make this hotel stand out. Every member of the staff makes guests feel welcome and valued. I honestly cannot say enough good things about this hotel. I miss it when I return home, and I am already looking forward to my next stay. For me, it is simply the best hotel in Osaka.

Me & my boyfriend stayed at this hotel for 5 nights and it was perfect. the train station is right under the hotel & the room was very clean. the amenities were also above & beyond. great experience

Breakfast was nothing for me. I öike a hood bread and a variety of toppings like cheese and ham. It was only cooked meals for breakfast. Perfect_teen_sheri_vi_gets_fucked for my asian wife, more her style to start the day with. To pay for Lounge is a good idea. Nice to have a drink, snacks, soup, relax and play some cards. Quite small rooms. Bring only medium suitcases.
