Great location ( far enough from disco/football crowd ), super rooftop. Good facilities. Condition of the room below five stars. Breakfast good options. Bit small pool for the size of the hotel, but beach right across the street so no complaints here.

Very easy and close from the airport. Nice choices for breakfast and 3 restaurants for dinner (I went half board) very nice food and plenty. Beach is beautiful and just crossing the road from hotel, sandy and warm sea in June. People at reception were super nice. Busy around pool, small area, amazing roof top for drinks and relax.

Having booked a property with air-conditioning we were very much looking forward to our return trip to this hotel. The temperature was circa 30 degrees daily. This time, the air-conditioning was switched off "due to the environment" and we were asked to leave our balcony doors open. We asked for the air-conditioning to be switched on, again refused (we have this refusal in writing from the hotel!). Balcony door open meant noise and pollution coming into the room, also safety issues. A fan was provided, but too noisy and impossible to sleep through. Also, it simply circulated warm air around the room. When paying for a specifically advertised facility, it should be provided. Expedia need to review the advertising before allowing bookings.

Overall I would say it's a three-four star hotels and the following are my reasons for this rating: 1) Lets begin with something positive--- the staff there were friendly and helpful. 2)It is definitely 30 seconds walking distance from the beach. Lots of restaurant options nearby. Also 10mins taxi ride from the airport. 3) The wifi is extremely unstable. I had 4G and didnt bother to ask the staff to get it sorted. 4) The bathroom inside my room smells foetid. It must be because of the poor drainage sys. 5) Some hair can be found around the floor of the room. 6) The overall interior of the room seems to be worn out or not installed properly. It didn't seem to be refurbished well enough. 7) The pool is very small! Don't be deceived by the photo. (but the sea is right in front) 8) The breakfast was nice and delicious. (With a spectacular beach view)

Mixed reviews for our stay. The hotel itself was clean and tidy. The spa was lovely. Breakfast was plentiful. The pool area is really small for the size of the hotel, and there were a lot of ‘reserved’ sunbeds. The bathrooms for the pool were a distance away and required you to be fully clothed to use. There was no specific service around the pool either, you had to get dressed to go into the restaurant to awkwardly ask someone for a drink who would then bring it out. The gym was abysmal. A small cardio section where 1of the 2 treadmills wasn’t working and a rack of dumbbells. Nothing else for weight training and no mirror to correct form. It was a pleasant enough stay but we wouldn’t return.

The beachfront views were amazing! The dining options in the hotel were great. Finding parking was an issue.

The hotel was superb. We used all the facilities, the gym was small but had everything for a quick workout, the spa was amazing, and the roof top pool was heavenly. We used 2/3 of the hotel restaurants and the quality of the food was unmatched! Highly recommend the Italian and tapas restaurants. The rooms were clean and lovely for our quick trip and all the staff were so lovely. The breakfast was also included and the variety each day was amazing, even though the buffet area is small they still have everything you would need. Highly recommend this hotel and would return if I go back to Palma.

The hotel overall was pleasant. We had one issue, however, which ruined the stay. There was no air conditioning. We enquired about this and were advised the hotel was saving energy and not offering to turn on the AC. It was 27-30degree Celsius for the week and we could. It sleep. We left the balcony doors open and were given a noisy fan which did nothing in the sweltering heat. As the doors had to be left open we ended up being bitten badly by mosquitoes We were really sad about the choice of hotel that we made

Strict opening times of pool on level 6 Room not cleaned properly, dust and bathroom. Not enough bar staff, slow service. Lots of effort / staff to decorate the terrance for a disco, when people were standing at the bar waiting for service. Great location and view from terrace. Staff were friendly.

I am just back from 5 nights in your hotel and have had a wonderful stay. The service was excellent, the staff were very friendly, the breakfast buffet was delicious and the bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. A few things I would like to note is that it should be mentioned at reception when checking in that you must book your spa time as we were not told this and we thought we could go whenever. Our room also smelled very musty when we arrived which lasted for two days before we aired it out leaving the balcony door open. We also noticed a similar musty smell in the porch of the hotel at the hotel’s entrance. Otherwise, the spa was so lovely and very clean and the hotel is very unique and well laid out. We will be back!

The handle on our hotel door was loose and it felt like we we going to break it when we were opening the door. Breakfast was adequate but nothing amazing. Rooms were clean and temperature control was great. Staff are friendly, but the elevators are pretty compact. Would stay again.

Das Hotel war sehr sauber, hat keine Wünsche offen gelassen, einfach fantastisch in allen Bereichen. Ich würde gerne wiederkommen.

Wir hatten zuerst ein sehr kleines Zimmer, was stark nach Schimmel und Feuchtigkeit roch. Nachdem wir uns beschwert haben und eine Reinigung des Zimmers abgelehnt haben bekamen wir ein anderes, viel größeres Zimmer, das wirklich schön war. Das erste Zimmer entspricht aber weder von der Größe noch vom Zustand (Bettrückseite aufgequollen, aufgequollene Ecken im Zimmer, starker Schimmelgeruch) dem, was man in einem Hotel dieser Preisklasse erwartet. Das Frühstück ist Ordnung, aber auch nicht herausragend. Halbpension ist nicht zu empfehlen. Man kann in drei Restaurants essen, jeweils drei Gänge. Bei einigen Hero CH Zen muss man zuzahlen. Die Qualität beim Italiener und beim spanischen Restaurant ist mittelmäßig. Das Salty im Hotel selber ist besser, die Portionen jedoch sehr klein. Die Tischgetränke sind nicht in der Halbpension enthalten! Wer also nicht jeden Abend drei Gänge essen möchte kann besser keine Halbpension buchen (35€ pro Person).

Beautiful hotel with large rooms and great access to the beach. My shower was dirty upon check in - hair on the shower walls - but otherwise the room was neat & towels fluffy and fresh. The rooftop & pools were great! Very close to the airport which was great for our 5am departure.

Friendly staff, impeccably clean and comfortable!

There was mold in our room through the ceiling and the room had a horrible smell to it, we didn't get the cleaning service on the last two days we visited and smell was more intense we almost felt sick because if this. They really need to update the facility and inspect the guest rooms better. Soon as you walked in the room smell was awful throughout the stay. Location is great we should have asked for a room change but we thought it was normal until i found the mold and took pictures. Room ventilation was also poor due to blocked ducts by dust. Breakfast was included in stay, staff services were great. I would not visit this location again. Spa is small and inexperienced the staff poured so much oil in my hair for a head massage that the stench lingered for days after as oil is hard to remove from hair, that was a concern for me as I use the spas a lot and this has never been performed to that extent. Overall my husband and i made the best to stay out of the room to try and enjoy our honeymoon stay but I will not be returning with them ever. Our health felt at risk in our room.

Das Zimmer sind schon abgewohnt. Das Frühstück war okay, aber man musste ständig auf Obst und Gemüse warten, da es nicht schnell nachfüllt wurde. Das Personal war allgemein nicht besonders aufmerksam.

The view from my balcony was spectacular! The bedding and linens were cozy and I didn't want to leave my hotel room. It was a lovely stay.

Die Zimmer waren sauber, Personal freundlich; das Frühstück war sehr vielfältig. Ein schönes Hotel mit direkter Lage zum Strand. Man könnte dieses 5 Sterne Hotel mal ein wenig modernisieren, teilweise etwas altbacken. Würde es aber weiterempfehlen.

We booked a part sea view room and the view was spectacular. Room 323. Room larger than expected. Spotlessly clean with a huge bed and beautiful bathroom with his and her sinks. Patio small but adequate with 2 chairs and a table. Breakfast outside on the deck was lovely with lots of choice and eggs cooked fresh the hotel is right on the beach with the main drag directly outside. Not noisy.

Frukosten var mycket bra med många alternativ, och poolområdet var trevligt med något svalare vatten än havet samt bra poolservice med drinkar och tilltugg. Det som drar ner helhetsintrycket var rummen, som var otroligt lyhörda. Första och andra natten kunde vi inte sova, och under natt nummer två gick vi till receptionen för att klaga. Tyvärr var bemötandet inte särskilt trevligt, även om vi sedan fick byta rum. Lobbyn kändes också lite omodern i sin design. Sammanfattningsvis: Bra hotell med fint läge och bra utbud, men ljudisoleringen och bemötandet i receptionen behöver förbättras.

Great location and amazing staff

Firstly there are no signs around the hotel to denote this is where you can enter from. No way to park in front of the hotel to offload the luggage. This hotel is self proclaimed 5 stars, in reality it’s doesn’t even deserve a 3 star. There is no hotel parking but luckily there are parking spots available in the next lane. The water at breakfast table is in bottles which they don’t even allow you to take to your room. Terrible coffee and coffee makers. Staff is not well trained. Very hard to get hold of front desk and they never answer the phone calls. No bell service. For ice to the room there is literally no room service. No water service at the room. Everything is charged and you have to go to the restaurant to get water and ice. Again you will be charged for these services to the room. The housekeeping will not even fill up the bodywash in bathroom. We had to buy bodywash from outside to use. The staff is friendly and have smile on their face but apart from that there is no proper service for 5 star hotel. The pool water is freezing and no one could really get the water. All people around the pool were only sunbathing. No private beach for the hotel, the beach around the hotel demands €60 for 2 loungers with an umbrella. The sea is rough and water is turbulent. Few pros- good mattress, clean bathrooms and washroom. There is a safe in the room. Overall it’s a decent hotel if you want to only relax at night but overall don’t expect any great of a service.

Absolutely awesome hotel! Great beach-front location and friendly staff. Breakfast is included and they have a chef there making omelets which was awesome!

Staff were friendly and helpful, good at anticipating needs. We got there before our check in time and was offered luggage storage, towels and a free welcome drink by the pool. Thanks to this we were able to make the most out of our first day there. The hotel is one of the cleanest hotels we've stayed in this year, the food served is delicious. We loved the cocktails that we were served - perfect balance between alcohol and mixers. The location is ideal, as the beach is right in front of the hotel. We will definitely be booking this hotel again if we decide to re-visit Palma.

The people where nice and attentive

This property is unique because of its amazing staff and willingness to assist at all times, naturally the building was designed beautifully and the service was quality, but I reiterate without the staff that we had pleasure of meeting amd enjoying the service, I'm sure it would not be the same. I would especially like to thank, FB Manager Miguel and Nacho, but all staff is amazing, I accidentally deleted all the name I took down on my notes to leave a review. Thank you all so much, see you see again!

Das Personal war nicht sonderlich freundlich, weder beim Check-in, beim Aufenthalt oder beim Check-out. Es kam öfters vor, dass das Personal unfreundlich war. Das Personal ist nur auf die Arbeitsprozesse fokussiert, das Zwischenmenschliche geht dabei komplett verloren. Beispiel: Beim Check-out wurde nicht gefragt wie der Aufenthalt wahrgenommen wurde sondern lediglich, ob am Tag der Abreise etwas von der Minibar konsumiert wurde, inakzeptabel nach 9 Nächten Aufenthalt. Die Zimmerreinigung war nicht aufmerksam, man musste selbst aktiv werden und z.B das auffüllen der Produkte an der Reception verlangen. Der Bademantel wurde nicht ausgetauscht, nur zum Waschen mitgenommen. Das Telefon funktionierte nicht und es gab keine Karte zum Bettwäschewechsel. Der Pool wird um 10.00 Uhr eröffnet, die Liegen werden nicht hergerichtet. Hygiene vor allem beim Frühstücksservice fraglich. Das Hotelzimmer verfügt über keine Amenities, was bei diesem Standard sehr fragwürdig ist. Wir haben eine E-Mail erhalten, Follow-Up sell vom Hotel Manager. Den Hotelmanager hat man weder gesehen noch kennengelernt. Zusammengefasst ist dieses Hotel mit seinem Standard (abgesehen vom Preis) auf keinen Fall einem 5-Sterne Hotel würdig. Ich selbst habe die Ausbildung in einem rennomierten 5-Sterne Hotel absolviert und danach eine Hotelfachschule besucht. Der Bereich ist dementsprechend nicht fremd.

This property is not worth the rate I paid, you can find 5 star hotel cheaper.....with better breakfast offering better views and better facilities I checked into this property at midnight due to a flight delay. I was only staying one night due to going somewhere else on the island. The night receptionist told me that I could have a late checkout as I wouldn't be leaving till around 5pm to go to my villa, I wanted to perhaps use the spa and sit by the pool the next day and relax. However in the morning, the receptions on the desk were extremely rude and unkind, they told me the hotel was full and I couldn't get a late checkout. (fine) they needed to urgently clean my room for the next guests. However, I sat by the pool and chatted with some other guests who told me that they had asked for a late checkout and were given one - I understand not everyone can have a late checkout. However, after spending a few hours by the pool, I recalled I had left something in the room, I found a lovely staff member from the housekeeping team who let me back in my room to get what I had left ( the room had not been cleaned and this was 4pm). Because of the staff at the front desk being unhelpful and unfriendly, I recommend people staying elsewhere

Great hotel and pretty close to the airport. Alot of option for food close by and the beach is right there. The staff was very helpful and friendly offering options for things to do etc. They even have a connection with rental car company to rent a car and return it back to hotel vs having to go to the company. The only compliant which is not on the hotel more the area is that if you are looking for something very quite then maybe stay a little further away as this hotel although a little quiter than further down the beach it is very much a party strip. Think Miami only louder at time. Never and issue for saftey just a party stirp and we prefer something chill. This could be a plus if you are looking for that though but though i would mention it if you want something quiter. It was not an issue for sleeping or anything like that.just a FYI if it helps. Overall great Hotel and service.

The property is located next to the beach and the area is full of restaurants and stores, the airport is close to it.

Great location. Good staff

The location was great, right on the beach, and short walk to the public bus to ride into Palma central. Safe, active area, lots of restaurants and bars. Light shopping. You can walk to the party but don't have to hear it at night. My only complaint - the loungers on the beach right across from the hotel don't belong to the hotel and the club that owns them charges a fee. Not a lot, but I wish the hotel had warned us.

Great location and venue

We particularly liked the hotel restaurant - absolutely first class food and service. Also it was very close to the beach with a private road to cross which was very quiet. There was a little train that stopped right by the hotel to take you along the bay for restaurants etc Very convenient all round.

Perfekte Lage. Direkt an der Promenade und doch weit genug vom aktiven Ballermann. Das Frühstückbuffet ist zwar grosszügig, jedoch haben immer wieder Sachen gefehlt. Teilweise lange gewartet bis diese wieder aufgefüllt wurden.

This is not a five star, the shower was broken and leaked over the floor, towels were not changed. The roof top terrace was closed for private hire. The reception staff did not explain any of the amenities or even ask if we had a good stay upon our departure. No table service for coffee at breakfast just a machine, food choice was poor. Could not recommend.

Amazing location. 10 mins from airport. 2 hour flight from London! Beautiful dinners (3 options), we went half board and it was well worth it. Beach across hotel is incredible. Sunbed options - either expensive 60 Euros for set, or 18 euros. Accommodate for all. Beach is pure sand and shallow waters. Staff at hotel are excellent. Evening is lovely on road, pleanty of places to go.

The views are amazing from the rooftop and the breakfast was the absolute best buffet ever!
