We just loved Botel Matylda!! It was an amazing experience to stay on a boat. Our room faced the river, with ducks coming to our window to serenade us! The staff is great and so friendly! The food is amazing! The outdoor patio by the river is a gem. Located in a beautiful section of Prague and about a 10 mi ute walk to Old Town. I definitely recommend botel Matylda, and hope to go there again!

What a fun place to stay. Easy check in. They have a parking garage a few blocks away. Breakfast was good. Rooms were super clean with a great view over the city. Bathrooms were super clean. Check out was very easy.

It's a great experience to stay in a hotel boat Matilda. Amazing & friendly staff, very nice rooms with good amenities. The restaurant and terrace are great with excellent service and food. Highly recommend to stay there and Im for sure would love to stay there again.

The Botel is adorable … although the room was the tiniest we stayed in the bed was the most comfortable and the shower had the best water pressure. The staff was polite and helpful. The restaurant was lovely and staff could not have been nicer or more welcoming; that said the food is old school Italian and a B plus at best. We would still eat there again as view from window table looking onto River was gorgeous! Suggest booking a table early and requesting window table overlooking river. The location is awesome … 20 minutes to walk to the Charles Bridge to cross over to Prague Castle. Lots of cute food places to drop into along the way and the walk along the River is lovely! We wished we had a room that faced the river not the street but even without that it was the favorite place we stayed in Prague and we will definitely book there again,

the receptionist was excellent and stored our luggage as we arrived 4 hours early. The bar gave us fresh milk for our tea/coffee and were very friendly. The cleaners didn’t make the bed when servicing the room and didn’t remove used crockery. Overall a good stay and the only moans we have is the noise from the restaurant upstairs (to be expected) and the fact they only issue 2 pots of coffee per day! Enjoyed the experience of staying on a boat and the tram was only at top of stairs, however, would probably stay in a normal hotel on our next visit to Prague

Hôtel atypique sur un bateau mais avec un confort au top. Excellent emplacement juste à côté des transports en commun permettant d'être très rapidement au coeur de la vieille ville. Propreté nickel et excellent petit déjeuner. Un plus pour la planète avec la possibilité de ne pas changer les serviettes de toilette tous les jours !

Das Hotel hat uns sehr gefallen. Wir waren 5 Tage in Prag und die Lage des Hotels war sehr gut, da viele Sehenswürdigkeiten Fußläufig gut zu erreichen waren. Darüberhinaus gibt es auch gute Verkehrsverbindungen. Das Hotel war sauber, das Personal sehr freundlich, zuvorkommend und immer hilfsbereit. Leider hatten wir kein Zimmer mit Blick auf den Fluss, sondern mit Blick auf die Mülltonnen. Dies hat uns etwas ernüchtert aber nicht wirklich gestört, da wir viel Unterwegs waren. Da meine Begleitung sich Vegan ernährt, haben wir nicht im Hotel gegessen, daher können wir nicht beurteilen wie das Frühstücksangebot ist. Besonders schön fanden wir auch die Beleuchtung des Bootes bei Nacht und die Pflanzen rund um den Steg.

We loved the Boat Motel, very clean, quiet and the view of the river was amazing. We atayes in the double room with river view, the room wasnt the biggest I've had but the bathroom was spacious. Nespresso coffee machine in room for hot water. All close to shops and the tram is kiterally up a slip path 2 minutes away. Ive been to prague 6 times and I'd definitely stay here again.

Meraviglioso e ben arredato, silenzioso, caldo. Letti comodissimi. La vista sul Moldavia dalla camera era eccezionale. Acqua usciva bella calda. La colazione buona ma potrebbe essere migliorata e più varia. Bella la sala colazione/ ristorante, con vista e gli arredamenti molto in tono con la nave. Le uniche due pecche sono state: un po di polvere dentro l'armadio e l'altra è che un giorno che ci siamo ritirati alle 14:30 ancora non avevano pulito la stanza. Abbiamo messo il non dusturbare un 'oretta e quando lo abbiamo fatto presente c'è stato detto che erano andati via. Ma per il resto era fantastico.

Boat is in a convenient location, close to everything, but quiet. The standard double room is a bit tight but the experience of staying on a boat makes up for it. Unfortunately, during hot nights in the summer the room gets a bit stuffy....no AC only a standing fan. All in all an amazing experience.

The room is single but with a double bed that takes up the whole width. The only place to sit is on the bottom of bed. You wouldn’t want to go back apart from to shower and sleep

We stayed in the Junioi Suite, which was very roomy. The port hole windows were nice to have as we were able to get fresh air in the room. The only problem according to my husband was that the bed was slightly sloped on his side. (Didn't bother me!) The location of the botel was fantastic as we were able to walk everywhere and the tram was within a 1-2 min walk. Just walk up the steps to the main road and cross the street. That's how close the tram is. The staff was friendly and arranged a ride to the airport for our 7:15am flight out of PRG which seemed reasonably priced. PRG guidelines say to be there 3 hrs ahead of time for international flights, but the check-in counters don't open up until 2 hrs before the departure time. They arranged a pick up time of 4:30am and we had more than enough time to check-in and get to the gate.

Very unique hotel, clean, comfy and cozy. But also very tight quarters. Shower was claustrophobic and hairdryer didn’t work. Bed was very comfortable but there were a lot of weird noises. I was downstairs so I thought maybe it was the pumps moving water out??? In spite of all that, I’d stay again —but in a bigger room upstairs. I really enjoyed staying on the river.

The cabins we had were compact, but tidy and the bathroom was spacious in comparison to the rest of the cabin. Booked the Botel as a change up from the traditional bricks and mortar, good transport links an easy walk from the Botel. The bed was the full width of the cabin so; possibly, not ideal for those with any mobility issues.

Eva was the young lady at the front desk and was extremely polite, helpful and just a real pleasure to talk to and get advice from. The breakfast next door was fantastic, the room was really comfortable and the location was perfect. The tram stop is right out front and the city is easy to navigate from here. We can’t wait to return.

Marvellous experience! I was thrilled with my room number 8. Took pictures of Matylda; Singapore pals were hungry for more information. Really would have liked to stay longer. Ill miss Eva Danna and young receptionist. Old guy was reassuring and efficient.

Globalement satisfait. Cet hôtel ne correspond pas forcément aux personnes ayant un sommeil léger, on entant les portes se claquer ou les personnes à la réception (peut être dû au fait que ce soit un bateau). La literie était un peu trop molle à notre goût. Cela étant dit nous avons passé un agréable séjour sur ce bateau. Le personnel était très agréable, serviable et disponible. Les chambres étaient propre. Les petits déjeuner (en supplément) sont vraiment très bon et dans un cadre idyllique. Le centre-ville est accessible en 10 minutes de marche, si vous préférez les transport en commun, le tram vous y emmène en 4-5 stations et peut être pris juste devant l’hôtel. Pensez à demander une place de parking dés la réservation de votre chambre (en supplément mais face à l’hôtel et moins cher qu’ailleur), se garer à Prague n’est pas mince affaire.

Unique property in a very convenient part of town to access Prague sights. Unfortunately our room had no air con available and it was an uncomfortable night sleep. Would not have booked had we known. Went to the bar to order a couple glasses of wine and the staff were quite rude. They made it clear they were inconvenienced by our order. It was dinner time so there were tables to wait on but the hotel advertises a bar and we were paying customers.

Hotel was easily walkable from city centre. Room basic but contained all I required. Hotel was cleanand safe. Staff were friendly and approachable. Would have no hesitation in using this hotel again. (Only tip is that the boat on the left is a restaurant (called Matylda), and the boat on the right (Klotylda) is the actual hotel!)

The executive double room was perfect; clean and well appointed with a lovely view over the river....and a tv with free access to Netflix. The location is second to none; it's 50 yards or so from the Dancing House in a quiet location on the river, with easy access to both the New Town and Mala Strana. I cannot recommend this property highly enough......

Lovely, helpful staff and the hotel is right on the river which was delightful. The rooms were a great size & the river views were terrific. I thought the room was quite dark & gloomy....a white or pale blue paint would be much more cheerful. A double duvet instead of 2 single duvets would have been better too. The breakfast, which costs extra, was ok but the coffee was very bitter. All in all though, a pleasant experience!

Uma experiência inesquecível nesse hotel-barco. Quarto enorme, bem decorado, cama confortável, banho excelente. Café da manhã perfeito, com frutas, pães, cafés, sucos, iogurtes, frios e opções num cardápio (omeletes, ovos, salsichas, panquecas), com ótima apresentação e por um preço bem justo (11 euros). Localização excelente. Fizemos toda a parte histórica a pé, inclusive o castelo. Recomendo fortemente e pretendo voltar!

Wir haben eine Nacht im Botel übernachtet und es war großartig. Wir hatten ein Zimmer zur Moldau raus. Die Sicht ist wunderschön. Und sie Größe des Zimmers ist genau richtig. Die Bäder sind sehr modern, nur die Duschkabine knirscht etwas. Das Frühstück hat 9€ gekostet und wurde im Schiff nebenan serviert. Für 9€ gab es verschiedene All-a-carte Gerichte und Buffet. Bis auf den Kaffee, der war sehr bitter, hat alles geschmeckt. Alles in allem war es ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt und wir kommen definitiv wieder!!
