Bellissimo soggiorno in completo relax, pulizia, camera e servizi top!! Solo 2.cose da migliorare: Motor lobby per lasciare le valigie vicino al hotel, altrimenti si deve camminare per lunga strada di pietre che vanno a rovinare pure le ruote e la piscina interna, non si doveva mettere pittura perche si stacca e nel fondo si trova tutti i pezzi pericolosi pure per i bambini oltre a tossici. Comunque ritorneremo quando ci saremmo in zona perche ne valsa la pena!!

Lovely building that looks stunning from the outside. However when you get inside the bedroom they do not keep in with the same period. It looks like someone has popped to IKEA and purchased a lot of modern furniture. The breakfast was good. The gym was quite tired, the pool, sauna and hot tub seemed to be ok.

Honnêtement le bâtiment est magnifique et les chambres spacieuses … mais ça s’arrête là ! Service inexistant - très sale, j’avais rarement vu ça ! Piscine salle de sport et jacuzzi qui parent en lambeau. Malade après le petit dej - et le resto du soir se veut haut de gamme, il n’en a que le prix (plat de pâtes bolo médiocre à 20€)

The staff were friendly and helpful. The car park is muddy and a good walk up a hill from the hotel. The inside of my car and boots are filthy from the thick clay mud of the car park. The rooms are so hot, it’s unbearable. The quality of sleep that we had was poor.

It looks nice from the outside but the quality isn’t there. The spa is a bit old, didn’t look super clean, outdoor tubs not hot. There are constantly weddings blasting Enrique Iglesias until midnight, even on a Monday. Design is very “Ukrainian oligarch realness.” Ordered room service and it never came, had to go to the front desk twice to inquire. To their credit, breakfast was fine. This is not a hotel, it’s a wedding venue with rooms.

Location ottima, personale gentile ma purtroppo per la categoria elevata di classificazione sotto alcune dotazioni/servizi carente. La sauna con veduta sulle mura non funzionante, il bagno turco non funzionate, la colonnina di ricarica elettrica non funzionante. troppe lacune per un hotel di elevato standard, comunque da consigliare.

Das Hotelhat schon bessere Zeiten gesehen, der Aussenbereich war ungepflegt, Sitzgelegenheiten ohne Sitzgelegenheiten und schmutzig. Die Bar ist im Innenbereich abgewohnt und oftmals geschlossen. Ein Aperitivo wurde angepriesen, aber es gab nur ein paar Chips und Nüsse. Im Restaurant sprach kaum jemand Englisch, der. Service war unaufmerksam und eines 3 Sterne Hotels nicht würdig. die Zimmer waren äußerlich ok, aber Sauberkeit war nur Oberfläche. Staubflusen und den Ecken und die Regalbretter im Ankleidebereich waren nur bis zur Sichthöhe sauber. Definitiv kein 4 Sternehotel, ich kann es in diesem Preissegment nicht weiterempfehlen.

Très belle hôtel, mais attention il y a certaines petites choses à revoir notamment au niveau propreté à mon arrivé la chambre n été pas très propre j étais un surpris pareil très compliqué de trouver une personne pour trouver un serveur pour prendre un simple café on dirait qu il un peu de personnel, pour ces petites choses. Ce sont des détails mais qui peuvent avoir de l importance. Mais bon dans l ensemble le personnel et très sympathique et serviable donc je recommande sans souci. Encore pour votre accueil

Purtroppo questa volta non è andata bene come l'ultima volta. Dato il prezzo abbastanza alto a notte, ci si aspetta un ottima qualità e invece non è stato così. Appena arrivati ci ritroviamo in una camera con tv non funzionante e un fazzoletto utilizzato sul pavimento adiacente al letto, chiediamo lo spostamento di camera e gentilmente ci viene fornito. Piscina riscaldata molto bella peccato per l'ambiente gelido visto che nella sala era presente una finestra rotta e non chiusa ma bensì senza l'anta rotta. Nei servizi inclusa anche sauna che ovviamente invece era scollegata e non funzionante. Colazione un po' alla rinfusa, tanta scelta ma molto poco invitante. Diciamo che per il prezzo pagato ci si aspetta molto di più.

Beautiful location but staff was a bit cold and not too helpful. Simple things you would expect, like a bell hop for your bags and a functioning refrigerator leaves a little to be desired. If not using spa on premises not sure the hotel meets its price point.

Beautiful exterior, but that’s all. Dated interior from late 90’s diminishing all feelings of entering a castle. The absolute worst is the complementary breakfast. It was absolutely disgusting with unprepared food, no staff present, no butter, no fresh bread, no fresh coffee- just heated food from days before and cakes with old dates, claimed to be home made- still old. Eggs raw poured in a heater to become scrambled eggs, and this is 10 minutes after opening. The worst I have seen to be honest.

I liked the quiet countryside but the hotel does have wedding ceremonies which are noisy and affected the service we received Menu was good but little variance from one day to another Hotel is out in the country and taxis were impossible to get cheaply. We were offered taxis from Torino at €70. Recommend strongly to get your own car

Horrible experience from begining to the end. I know its an old castle,but was not expecting a medieval experience. The staff barelly speaks any english and does little to help The rooms where full of bugs, the staff sugestion : turn the lights of so the bugs go to sleep,or we were given a tall broom to do it ourselfs. During the day the rooms where too hot, the AC wasnt working. Staff says its because its winter already. During the night the rooms were freezing cold, the staff saya they cant do anything. Breakfast had a couple savory options,if you want salmonella. The eggs sit there from begining to the end of the breakfast service. Tvs in the suite dont work, the only solution provided was new batteries to the remote. Tried to speak to management for 3 days straight but somehow he was always on meetings. Still waiting for the promised call back.

Castello e dintorni stupendi, suite molto ampia, aree benessere molto grandi con molteplici servizi, più fruibile con programmi di trattamenti. mancava clessidra e termometro nella sauna esterna e termometro in quella interna, avrei gradito maggiori indicazioni e avvertenze sull'uso dell'area benessere per chi accede senza programmi di trattamenti. Ricca colazione. Approccio formale e riservato che può apparire distaccato e spersonalizzato. Abbiamo alloggiato più notti infrasettimana godendo della tranquillità, probabilmente nel fine settimana ci sono più presenze anche esterne. Bella esperienza.

Très belle hôtel, mais attention il y a certaines petites choses à revoir notamment au niveau propreté à mon arrivé la chambre n été pas très propre j étais un surpris pareil très compliqué de trouver une personne pour trouver un serveur pour prendre un simple café on dirait qu il un peu de personnel, pour ces petites choses. Ce sont des détails mais qui peuvent avoir de l importance. Mais bon dans l ensemble le personnel et très sympathique et serviable donc je recommande sans souci. Encore pour votre accueil

Das Castello liegt wunderschön und die Zimmer sind sehr schön gemacht (modern). Leider liess der Service sehr zu wünschen übrig. In der Enoteca abends sehr lange gewartet bis zu Bestellung, unser Essen wurde xmal durchs Restaurant getragen und wieder nach hinten gebracht, weil sie nicht mehr wussten wer dies bestellt hat. Morgenessen (Rührei) war kalt, der Wärmebehälter war gar nicht angeschlossen, uvm. Das Servicepersonal ungeschult und überfordert. Leider !

It looks nice from the outside but the quality isn’t there. The spa is a bit old, didn’t look super clean, outdoor tubs not hot. There are constantly weddings blasting Enrique Iglesias until midnight, even on a Monday. Design is very “Ukrainian oligarch realness.” Ordered room service and it never came, had to go to the front desk twice to inquire. To their credit, breakfast was fine. This is not a hotel, it’s a wedding venue with rooms.

I liked the quiet countryside but the hotel does have wedding ceremonies which are noisy and affected the service we received Menu was good but little variance from one day to another Hotel is out in the country and taxis were impossible to get cheaply. We were offered taxis from Torino at €70. Recommend strongly to get your own car

La struttura è molto bella anche se in certi punti un po’ datata. Gli spazi comuni sono arredati con poco gusto e piuttosto anonimo. La camera fredda e poco coerente col luogo. Amenities mancanti (no shampoo e doccia schiuma), lenzuola abrasive. Location dedicata a eventi (matrimoni e battesimi) a tal punto che gli ospiti della struttura devono uscire da corridoi sotterranei perché la location non prevede un’accoglienza separata tra gli ospiti del hotel e dell’evento… Lo spazio spa è la piscina lasciano a desiderare. Peccato perché per la location che è basterebbe davvero poco per renderlo un posto speciale.

Beautiful exterior, but that’s all. Dated interior from late 90’s diminishing all feelings of entering a castle. The absolute worst is the complementary breakfast. It was absolutely disgusting with unprepared food, no staff present, no butter, no fresh bread, no fresh coffee- just heated food from days before and cakes with old dates, claimed to be home made- still old. Eggs raw poured in a heater to become scrambled eggs, and this is 10 minutes after opening. The worst I have seen to be honest.

Honnêtement le bâtiment est magnifique et les chambres spacieuses … mais ça s’arrête là ! Service inexistant - très sale, j’avais rarement vu ça ! Piscine salle de sport et jacuzzi qui parent en lambeau. Malade après le petit dej - et le resto du soir se veut haut de gamme, il n’en a que le prix (plat de pâtes bolo médiocre à 20€)

Purtroppo questa volta non è andata bene come l'ultima volta. Dato il prezzo abbastanza alto a notte, ci si aspetta un ottima qualità e invece non è stato così. Appena arrivati ci ritroviamo in una camera con tv non funzionante e un fazzoletto utilizzato sul pavimento adiacente al letto, chiediamo lo spostamento di camera e gentilmente ci viene fornito. Piscina riscaldata molto bella peccato per l'ambiente gelido visto che nella sala era presente una finestra rotta e non chiusa ma bensì senza l'anta rotta. Nei servizi inclusa anche sauna che ovviamente invece era scollegata e non funzionante. Colazione un po' alla rinfusa, tanta scelta ma molto poco invitante. Diciamo che per il prezzo pagato ci si aspetta molto di più.

It was very meh.... The place is pretty and we had a nice room. The inside restaurant is good and the outdoor area is nice. They are definitely understaffed and there was lots of negligence. We asked for numerous things we never got. Breakfast was good. The spa was not good at all, almost non existent.

The castle is set perfectly. Rooms are very spacious and do include a large modern bathroom. Breakfast buffet provides a great choice. The castle itself is fully renovated and the team is engaged and friendly!
