The rooms were clean but its the Japanese style sized rooms which was fine because it was just me and my friend staying. But the room was really tight especially with big luggages. Breakfast buffet was amazing tho!

Outstanding hotel in ALL aspects. Very clean and odour free rooms. No visible mould. It felt like I woke up in the morning in a brand new room (many hotel beds you get an odour from the matress in the morning but not here). Staff were very attentive at reception and ALWAYS polite. Room cleaning was outstanding. Amenities in room were great including hair brush, toothbrush, razor, shampoo, shower gel, conditioner and tissues which i was very grateful for especially after a long flight. If you need a shower cap or cotton tips they are freely available by reception. There is free coffee, tea and soft drinks available in the hotel foyer which was THE BEST! I would book this hotel again solely for the free soft drink as it was very refreshing on the hot days. There is a sheet of paper the reception give you with what to expect in your room such as free wifi passwords and check out times. The room lighting is great and the room decor very relaxing. Enough plugs to charge things. Towels were fluffy and white and bathrobes were supplied daily which really helped me relax. The hotel is about a 10 to 15 minute walk from Namba train station but a pleasant and easy walk even with some luggage. Lifts available. The seating area by reception is a great communal area for guests to enjoy their complimentary coffee or soft drink and interact with others. I highly recommend this hotel and would give it a 12 out of 10 if i could! BIGGEST pro of this hotel is the free softdrinks and coffee.
