Très bon accueil Très joli hôtel et bien situé - superbe vue du toit terrasse Très bon service, tout est fait pour vous mettre à l’aise. Unique souci avec le parking: payé d’avance ne garantissait pas une place de stationnement et galère avec des arrivées la nuit… au final j’ai arrêté de me servir de mon véhicule…

Beautiful hotel with kind staff. Everyone was very welcoming. We were brought up to our room which was clean and spacious. They had an elevator which helped my elderly mother. They also had a nice terrace overlooking the city. It is very walkable to major cites and in a quiet and safe area. Breakfast is offered. I highly recommend.

Accueil très chaleureux. On est même venu chercher nos bagages sur le parking extérieur. Le salon d'accueil est superbe et baigné de lumière naturelle qui descend du haut du patio. La chambre est magnifique et assez claire grâce à d'immenses fenêtres composées de verre coloré. Le mobilier de style local est très très beau. La literie confortable et la petite salle de bain toute mignonne (dommage que la douche soit une cabine). Petit déjeuner succulent sur la terrasse extérieure avec vue sur toute la ville, et son salon de style tente berbère très agréable. La petite piscine sur la terrasse permet de se rafraîchir après une journée de visite. Situé juste à l'entrée de la medina dans un coin calme. Parfait !

It is a small hotel and doesn’t offer much facilities as listed. Even I would not rate it being 4star but less than 3 stars. No Spa, and swimming pool isn’t tidy nor maintained. you can stand but not swim. No dressing or shower for the swimming pool. The only service they do well so the breakfast which is freshly made in the kitchen and they bring it over to you

What a great location, in the Medina yet close to main roads for taxis and tour pickups. Asma and the rest of the staff made us feel welcome throughout our stay. The riad is beautiful and with a great view on the terrace.

Completely over rated property. Facility advertised as high end but interior, furniture , etc were run down. The plants on the rooftop were struggling and unattractive. The advertised pool was only a dip pool and heavily chlorinated. Not worth the price.

Beautiful property in the old town with good sized rooms and a great breakfast. It is an old building but central to the beach and the new town. The staff were really helpful and views from the terrace whilst having breakfast were great as well. Rabat itself is a lovely place to visit and not really highlighted in comparison to the other more famous cities.

Je comprend pas du tout les avis des gens sur ce Riad ! Une catastrophe les chambres n ont rien avoir avec les photos !! Du moisi dans la douche une odeur d humidité forte !! Je vous le déconseille mais vraiment !! La chambre est minuscule ! Et je vous parle même pas de la piscine enfin plutôt la baignoire occupé pour 2 personnes max donc je vous laisse imaginer.. et en ce qui concerne la responsable elle a rien voulu entendre de nos réclamations !! Cherchez ailleurs

We were never greeted or welcomed by anybody official like we were with ALL the other Riads and Hotels. At This Dar Kika Salaam. The ONLY worker by the name of Hisham was extremely kind picked up our luggage and brought it into our room, Nobody else from the staff ever greeted or met with us. Hisham is the ONLY worker in the Riad doing everything from serving us breakfast. We and other few guest did NOT see anybody else other than Hisham for 3 days we stayed there. Our bathtub had a broken shower bracket and NO place to hang it, The sink in the bath tub had several cracks,the chair in the living room was broken. We saw coakroches in the bathroom. I wonder what would have happened IF Hisham, the ONLY worker was not there? We are thankful for Hisham who assisted us and managed to do his very best to show us the hospitality.

This could be a great Riad if the owner would invest some money to put curtains on windows, make the showers standable, have a good hair dryer and an AC that works. The address is difficult for cabbies to find though it’s nicely located. Inside, it had all the trappings of a traditional Moroccan Riad. The best part was Ahmedlilah, a gem of an employee who managed everything with such honesty and devotion that’s hard to find. Only for him can we return here. The breakfast was good and the service was great.

Väldigt härligt boende på många sätt! Fantastiska värdar och fint boende. Rummet på bottenvåningen hade tyvärr lite för mycket ljudinsläpp ifrån atriumet och receptionen. Föredrar rummen på båning 2 och 3.

The riad is just within the medina but easy access to the street so it's convenient. The tile work and stone fret work in this riad are very beautiful. Understand that if you stay here it's a few hundred years old and not fully modern. The showers, for example, are tiny. Many Americans would not be able to squeeze into the shower!

What a beautiful Riad experience. We loved our room, except the A/C was leaking due to condensation. But other than this, everything is perfect! Abdul is very nice and very helpful. My daughter and I felt safe navigating the inside streets. This Riad is close to the Medina and the Beach. They are close to a wonderful restaurant that we tried per Abdul's recommendation. Breakfast is served at the top roof terrace with a panoramic view of the city. Very nice!

The most charming hotel I've ever stayed in, walking distance to excellent shopping in the Medina and the Oudaiya museum / waterfront. Extremely helpful staff - thanks to Abdel and his brother! Highly recommend.

En 7 ans sur Hôtels.com, je n’ai jamais laissé de commentaires. Même lors de certaines déceptions. Mais ce qu’il s’est passé ce midi est inadmissible et inacceptable. J’ai réservé et payé une chambre pour mes parents. Il restait une taxe de séjour de 5,42€ environ à payer sur place. Quel a été leur surprise lorsque la demoiselle a la réception leur demande environ 9€ par personne. Même à Paris, elle n’est pas de ce montant. Pire, celle-ci n’était justifiée nulle part. Simplement sortie de l’imaginaire de la réceptionniste… Honte à vous de vouloir escroquer des personnes âgées

I wonder what would have happened IF Hisham, the ONLY worker was not there? We are thankful for Hisham who assisted us and managed to do his very best to show us the hospitality.
We were never greeted or welcomed by anybody official like we were with ALL the other Riads and Hotels. At This Dar Kika Salaam. The ONLY worker by the name of Hisham was extremely kind picked up our luggage and brought it into our room, Nobody else from the staff ever greeted or met with us. Hisham is the ONLY worker in the Riad doing everything from serving us breakfast. We and other few guest did NOT see anybody else other than Hisham for 3 days we stayed there. Our bathtub had a broken shower bracket and NO place to hang it, The sink in the bath tub had several cracks,the chair in the living room was broken. We saw coakroches in the bathroom. I wonder what would have happened IF Hisham, the ONLY worker was not there? We are thankful for Hisham who assisted us and managed to do his very best to show us the hospitality.

This property is fantastic, the location, the people the amenities everything about DKS was great... We literally felt as if we were walking into our own home day in and day out visiting the Riad, The rooms are comfortable. Any need that we had we asked and it was taken care of immediately. The rooftop was sensational with an amazing view, but most of all it was the staff top to bottom. Just so generous. So happy. Happy so willing to take care of any need for their guests..

Beautiful hotel with kind staff. Everyone was very welcoming. We were brought up to our room which was clean and spacious. They had an elevator which helped my elderly mother. They also had a nice terrace overlooking the city. It is very walkable to major cites and in a quiet and safe area. Breakfast is offered. I highly recommend.

Our suite was gorgeous. Our deluxe room was nice too. This place is really a jewel for anyone who likes mosaic and plaster decorations. Our breakfast was substantial and beautiful ,and the service was great. It is just a short walk to the old market, kasbah, beach and gardens.

What a great location, in the Medina yet close to main roads for taxis and tour pickups. Asma and the rest of the staff made us feel welcome throughout our stay. The riad is beautiful and with a great view on the terrace.

Beautiful property in the old town with good sized rooms and a great breakfast. It is an old building but central to the beach and the new town. The staff were really helpful and views from the terrace whilst having breakfast were great as well. Rabat itself is a lovely place to visit and not really highlighted in comparison to the other more famous cities.

Very pleasant stay, very close to the ocean & inside the medina. Very friendly and helpful staff including the staff of the kitchen. The breakfast was just superb, very delicious, many types of food served at the table. The home-made 'foamy' sweet yoghurt is a must to try, it is simply unbeatable. Thank you.

I stayed here on my own (pension-age woman) and was delighted by the care shown by the host, the friendliness and the service. nothing was too much trouble. The food was excellent. The breakfast and dining room has lovely views across the city and the roof garden is nicely set up for sunbathing and relaxing. It's just inside the Medina so easy to walk out to the sea and the city walls or along to the market. I was very taken with Rabat generally-everyone was friendly and helpful. I thought the Riad was great and excellent value and would definitely go again

Le service est impeccable (petit déjeuner sur la terrasse avec vue imprenable). Nous avons apprécié la discrétion des propriétaires, même si nous aurions aimé quelques conseils, propositions de visites… Seul bémols du séjour : - la taxe de séjour payée, légèrement plus chère que ce qui était prévu (375 drH au lieu de 220 drH affiché sur le site hôtels.com) - Pas de surclassement VIP comme affiche sur hôtel.com alors que des chambres étaient disponibles (dommage)

What a beautiful Riad experience. We loved our room, except the A/C was leaking due to condensation. But other than this, everything is perfect! Abdul is very nice and very helpful. My daughter and I felt safe navigating the inside streets. This Riad is close to the Medina and the Beach. They are close to a wonderful restaurant that we tried per Abdul's recommendation. Breakfast is served at the top roof terrace with a panoramic view of the city. Very nice!

The hotel is beautifully decorated in traditional style, and the staff are extremely helpful and friendly. The location is really convenient, as it is in the old town, near the markets, sea front, and historical sites. We had a most enjoyable stay, and would definitely recommend it.

We had a lovely relaxing stay at Dar Kika Salam. The property is beautiful, in a fantastic location and the staff are all wonderful, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Breakfast is plentiful, fresh and tasty. Our room was clean and comfortable.
