We debate staying at the Disney properties or the hotels on the monorail, but ended up with Henn Na in part because of price, but also the novelty of the place. The novelty wears off - it's a small hotel with small rooms (typical for Japan), and the dinosaur theme is only present in the lobby. But it is fun seeing the dinosaur robots every time we walk through the lobby. The check-in robots can automate your check-in, but only if you're prepared, as they can't really go off-script. It asks you to type in your name, and it has to be the exact full name you booked with or it will summon a staff member to complete the process with you, which kind of breaks the fun. It's too far from Disney to walk, in my opinion, and the shuttle is infrequent. But the #9 bus stops right outside and will get you to the monorail station in about 5 minutes, so that's what we did most of the time. There are restaurants and convenience stores very close to the hotel. They make a big deal about their in-room robot, but we couldn't get it to do anything reliably. Novelties aside, it was a clean, friendly, efficient hotel and we have no complaints. Would recommend.

Fantastic stay for a very reasonable price. Very close to Tokyo Disney, convenient free shuttle, multiple times there and back. If you miss it or go outside of open and closing hours, there’s a city bus stop very close, gets you there in 5 minutes. A Lawson across the street, and a 7-11 just a few feet to the left. Raptor check in was very whimsical. Highly recommend this hotel if you’re visiting Disney.

Very nice location close to Tokyo Disney resort. They provide transportation to Maihama station which is right in front entrance to Disney. Have a 711 and a Lawson in front and next to. I was able to leave my luggage's at the hotel earlier than my check in time to be able go and explore. Odaiba is two stops away from Maihama station. And 30 minutes away from Tokyo station. Great experience here would visit again.

It was fine until a cockroach was crawling in our bed. That was gross. They did move us to another room, but they don’t comp anything. Theme is cute in the downstairs lobby, and the people are nice.

Very easy check-in with dinosaur's assistance. Would have liked the ordering of robot delivery to be automated, rather than having to call a staff member. Couldn't work robot concierge in room despite following instructions. Running water sounds from other rooms was loud in our room in evening.

The room was clean and had everything we needed. However, the A/C squeaked while running. And then after an hour or two shut off. Also, if you are visiting any place other than Disney Resort on other days of your stay, such as Tokyo, it is not very convenient. We had to check out by 7 am so there was no shuttle to the station at that time. But, we did enjoy our stay. Thank you.

初めて宿泊しました。ディズニー帰りでしたが、場所が近く　でも混むこともなく　スムーズにいけました。施設は本当に無人。そして、恐竜のお出迎え。子どもは面白がっていました。室内は広くはないけど、充分な空間で　ベッドも綺麗にセッティングされていました。ロボホンは可愛い。親が遊びました(笑) 朝食も、種類豊富だし　スタッフの方も気さくに話してくれました。　おかずもすぐ補充され　満腹に食べれました。機会があったら、また宿泊したいです。

Loved this hotel! Room was small for my husband and I, but we made it work. The detail and esthetics are incredible. The luggage storage for check-in is extremely handy and the location is great! For those of you on a budget who can't afford the Disney hotel, this hotel is an experience on its own and it's less than a 5 min taxi ride (use Go taxi app) to the Disney ride area. If you prefer to walk, my husband and I walked the one day to the mall beside Disney and it took us approx 20 ish minutes. Fair warning in advance, it really is all do it yourself check-in, BUT there is a call button if you need help. Our check-in machine wasn't working and a staff member came out immediately and helped us. The hotel is also conveniently located across from Lawson's and 711 which was great for morning and late night night snacks.

チェックインの時名前でサインする以外は手書きは中々うまう行かなかったので、改善して欲しい。（11がいと変換されたり）職業とか会社名とか必要無いものは画面に出さないで欲しいです。入力にとても時間がかかるし、チェックインに何故必要なのか分からないので。それ以外は良かったと思います。お茶の粉もう1セット増やしておいて頂けると嬉しいです。

I'm not gonna lie - we booked this solely for the dinosaur robots! But it ended up being one of our favourite hotels on our trip. Decent sized room (we booked a triple for 4 so actually more crowded than it could have been) - the entryway can also be separated from the room by a door which is great for getting changed and showering etc. Toilet and shower are separate, which again was perfect when there were 4 of us sharing. Location is great for Disney, not so much for visiting Tokyo as a whole - but we had to do it for one night! We did it at the end of our trip, and the hotel has a free shuttle to the train station which is perfect and then you can get to Narita without connecting in the city centre. Konbinis also just across the road. Everything you could need, really.

the check in with the dinosaur was super creative! Covenient location near Disney with much affordable price. Not walking distance to Disney in the hot summer time, there is a bus right at the front to go to Disney. Room was cozy and relatively big compared to my other hotel stays in Tokyo.

Room was clean and spacious, especially for Japan. Hotel was close to Disney Land and Disney Sea, making it easy to take the bus to and from. The check in and out was also easy, if you're wanting to leave your bags at the hotel before checking in, or after checking out be warned it is a self service baggage storage that has very limited space, so get in early or you might miss out

We chose this hotel for its location near Disneyland. It was close to convenient stores and the hotel has a dinosaur theme which our 4 year old loved! The room for US standards is small but laid out well and totally doable.

Very convenient location for Tokyo Disneyland. Just two bus stops away. Convenience store next door and across the street. Located in a quiet neighborhood. My kids really enjoyed the dinosaurs. Keep in mind that you don’t really encounter any workers as most things are automated. I think you can call for an attendant if needed.

Love this hotel. My son was ecstatic at arrival when the check in was done by a raptor. The rooms are spacious (for Tokyo sizes) and very comfortable. Breakfast was a super plus and they have plenty of options. One of the best breakfast options during our long trip to Japan. It has a shuttle to Disney and can also be walked (15 mins walking distance), we did it twice with our 6 year old and he loved to see the beautiful houses on the way. We would definitely stay here again in the future for our Disney trips. We live in Houston, and Disney Sea was our favorite park.

It’s kitschy and really meant more for families going to Disneyland, which is within walking distance. The restaurant attached is only OK, but there are restaurants and convenience stores very close by. I didn’t have any issues thankfully, because other than cleaning staff I saw no one. The automated system actually worked surprisingly well.

Very good hotel, most people look like they stay here as part of their Disney World trip. Very friendly with standard Japanese and Western food for breakfast. The mattresses are a bit firm tho, and I stayed in two different rooms, and the one located at the corner, with windows from both sides, does not have acoustic isolation as efective as th one that only face one side. Cool place with the animatronics in the reception.

The dinosaur check-in was great!!! Kids and adults loved it, convenient location with a very short bus ride to the Disney parks, or about a 900Y taxi (AUD10). There’s a 7-11 basically next door so that made things easy too. Breakfast next door had a good variety of western and Japanese foods and was tasty.

ディズニーランド終わりからの滞在でした。チェックインもチェックアウトもスムーズでした。素晴らしい恐竜たちだったと思います。客室内のロボホンがエラーで部屋の電気がつけられなかったけれど、すぐにフロントの方に対応してもらい点灯出来ました。ロボホンと話せなかったのは残念でしたが不満はありません。客室内も浴室も綺麗で、快適に過ごせました。朝食のレストランも綺麗な所で素晴らしいと思います。惜しいのは、一部の料理が冷たかったのが残念でした。温める機械の上には乗っていたけど、電源が入ってなかったのかな?美味しかったのに。全体的には素敵で快適に過ごせるホテルでした。
