The rooms are drab, dark, and wallpaper is peeling in some areas ...they need a desperate makeover I feel like I'm in the 70s. We had two adjoining rooms and my room had a broken shower head so that more water went out of the tub then stayed in the shower. We had an empty bottle of shower gel and no tissues.. adjoining room had a walk-in shower with a rain shower head and it was perfect. I moved into the adjoining room for two more days after my husband departed. The bed is too over belonged to my brother. House keeping didn't change the linens and the only reason why I found this out is because my brother's sweat towel was pinned between the duvet and bed sheet. So needless to say I slept on top of the duvet. The front desk were extremely courteous and wonderful and were very helpful, especially Veronique! The only other plus was the room amount...it was $150 USD cheaper than each night I extended the trip! A/C was okay.... can't sleep under a heavy duvet without getting really hot even though the AC was turned on. I had to sleep on top with a sheet i got from housekeeping.

A well priced standard stay in a nice location central to the beaches in Juan Les Pins. Gym is not really a full gym - really only usable by 1 person at a time. Staff was very friendly especially at the hotel bar. Good if you’re just looking for something no frills central to the beaches / quick access to Cannes.
