We booked the hotel and it clearly stated free shuttle service to the Haram. However, when we go there, we were told that the shuttle service had stopped the day before. Although the price was good, we would not have booked had we known that there was no shuttle service. Not having a free shuttle service increases the cost of staying there as you need to pay for a taxi etc.
