We had attic, a little tight and 3 floor walk up but it was still very nice. The dining room in the morning was outstanding with a small continental selection, toast, pastries and lovely fruit as well as the option to order an à la carte hot choice. Pancakes, eggs, etc. Pool was fantastic, right aside the river walk. Very slippery getting in, they could use a hand rail. Staff were very friendly and attentive.

We only had one night in Hoi An, and would have loved to stay longer! The best people run this hotel and it’s beautifully placed right next to the river. The room had a great view, the pool was nice, and they also made good cocktails. It’s a bit of a walk to down town but it’s easy with good views along the way. Our group of three booked 2 rooms and will definitely stay on our next trip to Vietnam.

The hotel overall was great! The views from the hotel especially from the pool and restaurant area were so beautiful and definitely worth the stay here just for that alone. The breakfast was also delicious! Get the banana pancakes (you won’t regret it!). My only negative was that the bed wasn’t super comfortable, but it was doable and the room was perfect besides that.

Hien was an absolute gem to meet. She is so positive and upbeat and shared a bunch of recommendations that my children would probably enjoy and how to save some money doing them. We shared stories about her son and my boys and really just enjoyed her company. The hotel itself was in a great location facing the river. It is a small hotel and maybe better suited for couples and solo travelers because the hotel itself was very quiet and any kid sounds my boys made required quick attention. The pool was well taken care of and so refreshing in the hot afternoons too! Would I come back here? Absolutely! I would just leave my kids at home! Hien has 10/10 customer service!

Riverside Whitehouse was a great place to stay just outside the hussle and bussle of the ancient town. It is an easy walk into town. The accommodations were clean and comfortable. The AC worked great and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast included breads, fruit, and cook to order eggs, pancakes and other food. The staff was very helpful in recommending specific tours, restaurants and coffee shops. I highly recommend staying here! My attic room was perfect (although I didnt have a balcony view) for me. Note there is no elevator, so access to all rooms are via stairs.

Lovely small hotel just far enough away from the busy old town but easily walkable with many dining options close by. Great friendly staff and nice pool overlooking river. Most rooms have river view so you can see the boats and lanterns all lit up at night.

Property was in a great area on the river just outside Ancient Town are (5-10min walk). Breakfast was wonderful with made to order eggs. The staff is super friendly. Hein helped organize 2 wonderful tours. And free bikes to use to get around. Would stay again.

We absolutely loved this hotel. It was charming with a beautiful view on the river where we could watch the boats on our balcony. It was just enough distance to avoid the mayhem of the tourist hustle and bustle but close enough to stroll to it along the river with plenty of shops and food along the way. The staff were amazing and the size of our room spacious and clean. We took advantage of the free bikes to ride across the river to look at the farms and villages and ride to the beach. We would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful stay! Thoroughly enjoyed our 3 nights at this hotel - location is great, walking distance to old town without being in the thick of all of the craziness. Beautiful view of the riverside. Rooms are spacious and clean, breakfast in the morning was great - having items made to order is a great touch. Pool was never busy and was a great way to cool down, and every single staff member greeted us with a smile and warm hello from the moment we checked in to when we checked out. Hien was extremely knowledgeable and providing recommendations of what to do and what not to do/what tourist traps to avoid which was greatly appreciated! The hotel is also only a 10 min Grab or Taxi from An Bang Beach which was great as well

As per the photos, the shower / toilet are separated from the bedroom by a frosted glass which might be off putting for some. Breakfast option and dining room are great. It includes a small buffet as well as made to order eggs, pancakes. The lady at the reception is very savvy about everything in Hoi An. Lovely to relax by the pool. Definitely recommend this boutique hotel versus cheaper options available in the new part of Hoi An town.

Loved the view from our room. Very roomy and comfortable, love that it’s along the river walk making the trek into town more peaceful and less chaotic versus the busy street! Hien was a wonderful concierge. I’d describe this hotel as comfortable, simple, relaxing. Perhaps not so friendly to those who aren’t ok with a flight or two of stairs (we did not mind). A nice option for anyone visiting Hoi An.

Stayed for 2 nights. Room was spacious with great air conditioning. Shower was decent with no issues with hot water. No issues with noise. Found the bed to be a little hard for our taste. We had a room on the second floor. Breakfast was small but very good. Staff are great. So friendly and helpful. Within walking distance to many sites and restaurants.

Fantastic small hotel with super attentive staff. Beautiful big rooms and great breakfast. Annie was so helpful with any tour and had great tips. 10 minute easy walk to old town along the river so the area was nice and peaceful. Would definitely stay again

The staff were incredible. So friendly and so helpful. Upon arrival we got a full list of things to do during our stay, places to eat, shops to go to, tours to avoid to save money. It was awesome especially considering we didn’t really have plans! We stayed in the attic room which is on the 4th floor and there is no elevator. Good AC in the room which we were grateful for as it was incredibly hot during our stay. The beds were not very comfortable though. Breakfast was good and staff made sure we were well fed! There was also bikes to borrow free of charge which was very handy.

Small Boutique hotel on the edge of Old Town on quiet street. We booked a Riverside balcony room for two nights and fell in love with the area, the hotel and the staff, and stayed an extra night. Room was as advertised with balcony and great view. Nice quality bedding on a standard extra firm bed found in most hi humidity locations.

Must be the best small hotel that I've stayed at. The staff are all super friendly and helpful, book taxis, arrange private or group visits anywhere in the area at competive prices, advise on the best places to buy and eat. The lady on the reception desk during the day named Hien along with the manager/owner and his wife know everything about the area and speak great English and are happy to help. The hotel is located by the river with a great river view, there's a bicycle/walking path directly outside the hotel where you can easily get to the old town in quick time, it's a lovely early morning walk past Hoi An market. It's about 80 meters from the well known Anantara hotel so you can never get lost as all the taxi drivers understood my pronunciation to get me home when I ventured far. So happy to have found and stayed in this Gem. Will be back!!

Hien was an absolute gem to meet. She is so positive and upbeat and shared a bunch of recommendations that my children would probably enjoy and how to save some money doing them. We shared stories about her son and my boys and really just enjoyed her company. The hotel itself was in a great location facing the river. It is a small hotel and maybe better suited for couples and solo travelers because the hotel itself was very quiet and any kid sounds my boys made required quick attention. The pool was well taken care of and so refreshing in the hot afternoons too! Would I come back here? Absolutely! I would just leave my kids at home! Hien has 10/10 customer service!

Fantastic small hotel with super attentive staff. Beautiful big rooms and great breakfast. Annie was so helpful with any tour and had great tips. 10 minute easy walk to old town along the river so the area was nice and peaceful. Would definitely stay again

Location is a little bit inconvenience because of a little bit far from Hoi An old town. But the staff service is very good and kind. There are many bars and restaurants around the hotel, so it is good you to prefer quiet place. Plus I can be available YUGOC service in this hotel. It is also plus point for me.

A small hotel (15 rooms) at the riverside. Quiet place and rather close by the old city. Very kind and dedicated staff. Simple but good breakfast. Clean rooms. It has all the advantages of a small hotel, unlike the more expensive bigger hotels.

Lovely small hotel just far enough away from the busy old town but easily walkable with many dining options close by. Great friendly staff and nice pool overlooking river. Most rooms have river view so you can see the boats and lanterns all lit up at night.

The hotel is a bit far from the main attractions, but it is walkable. The reception is excellent and it was the only hotel in Vietnam that provided information about the attraction, map, rest recommendations. The room is great and big and has a beautiful view.

Great spot, so nice to sit out on the balcony and watch the boats go by. Breakfast was delicious! There are some items out for you, but you can order from the menu and have the most delicious eggs, banana pancakes and bacon (and more) cooked to order. Bed was firm. Staff are so nice and really seem to care. Lots of good info given. We didn’t use them, but there are bicycles and umbrellas there which are free to use. Would stay again. Thank you!

The hotel was right on the river, very convenient to ancient town. Rooms were large, modern and comfortable. Bed very comfortable. Breakfast was great with lots of delicious fresh fruit. The staff were extremely helpful and nice. We would definitely stay there again.

We have a fantastic stay here. Location in walking distance to many things. Big clean room with balcony view to river. Breakfast small but everything you need.. Try the pancakes..!!! All staff are very friendly and helpfull And especially Hién are an amazing host. So positive and helpfull.. This is the place to stay in Hoi An.

What a fantastic hotel for both location and service. Breakfast was good with plenty of options. Wonderful hotel staff! So pleasant and made our stay so inviting. Location was awesome. Beautiful patio with the river right next to us. Bed was a little hard which, for my husband wasn’t ideal, but we would stay again if in the area!! Great value!!

I have stayed at this hotel several times and every time I find the same high standard across all areas of my stay. The staff are fantastic, helpful and friendly. Breakfast is made to order every day, fresh fruits and cooked options, local advice from staff very helpful.

The hotel overall was great! The views from the hotel especially from the pool and restaurant area were so beautiful and definitely worth the stay here just for that alone. The breakfast was also delicious! Get the banana pancakes (you won’t regret it!). My only negative was that the bed wasn’t super comfortable, but it was doable and the room was perfect besides that.

This property is lovely. It is right on the river with a great view and slightly away from the craziness of central area. The room has tile floors and is very large. AC works great. The breakfast was plentiful and made to order and the coffee was great too. I appreciated all the info that was provided to us as well the free use of bikes! Also the pool was perfect temperature and we always got a spot on the chairs. I would definitely stay here again.
