The room was situated next to a heavy goods train station/yard. You got a kettle, coffee and ear buds on your dressing table. Also I wasn't sent a proper confirmation of the booking or an invoice just an email from the hotel asking if I needed an airport shuttle. I called them, but no one spoke any English. It also turned out I had booked a day too soon which I would have spotyted had I been emailed a confirmation. Similarly no invoice was emailed me so I'm now having to send emails to get receipts for my expenses. All in all a pretty rubbish effort

Curtains were down Cob webs in the room Tea kettle looked like it hadn’t been washed in months Supposed fridge was not working No place to put your soap bar or your shampoo in the bathroom! Tiny bathroom.

We picked this hotel because we had an early morning flight. There is plenty of parking and a free shuttle. We needed to return our car rental the day before our flight and the shuttle even picked us up from the airport then. The shuttle driver was waiting downstairs for us, when we had to leave at 4am for our flight. There is a railroad and bus 5 minutes away, convenient to go into Zagreb but a bit noisy, they did provide earplugs. The restaurant was very good. We ate in the wine cellar room and our server, I don’t know his name, was very helpful with recommendations, and very friendly and personable.
