I very much enjoyed my stay at the Perth Intercontinental. My room was large, comfortable, and nicely appointed. I had room service a couple of times, which was quick, and the food was excellent. Fast WiFi. The staff was nice and helpful, and I was able to get a 2 p.m. checkout. My disappointments were minor. I booked a room with windows on two walls, but one set of windows faced into a wall -- so not much of a view in that direction. (The other view was nice). The common space in the lobby is pretty limited, so not a great place to meet people or hang out. But, overall, this is a high quality hotel.

Didnt know it was an accessible room like nothing gave that away when booking. Went in to see it didnt have a bath or anything unlike the photos, siks, controls all super low and sutomatic door. Hotel staff were good tho nice service just the room was a major disappointment. Hotel itself not any amenities, no place to just sit back aside from a club you need to purchase access to or the gym. Luckily its central so many things within walking distance. Would we visit again? Probably not.

We had such a great stay at the InterContinental Perth. The staff were all super friendly and made us feel welcome from the start. The location is really convenient, right in the city, and our room was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. They also surprised us with a little birthday cheesecake and chocolates for my partner, which was such a thoughtful touch and really made the stay extra special. We’ll definitely be coming back next time we’re in Perth.

After a long overnight flight, the staff promised to alert us as soon as our room was ready for check-in - but this never happened. The water pipes also burst during one of the nights so we had no water for an hour. Pretty unacceptable for an Intercontinental Hotel.

Intercontinental never disappoints. Perth hotel is lovely. Staff quick & efficient & super friendly. Room was spotless & bed perfect. Super comfy. Not a fan of feather/down pillows but that’s a personal preference. Buffet breakfast was excellent and the barista coffee the best we had our whole trip. Highly recommend.

Stayed in room 606 from 1st to 4th Jan. Extremely sweet and thoughtful concierge. Voluntarily assisted in sending up shopping bags to our room. Check in was smooth and quick. Upgrade of room was given. Room was clean with a good view of the city. Housekeeping was meticulous. Room was regularly cleaned and tea was replaced quickly accordingly to flavour consumed. Location of hotel is excellent. I would stay again.

What a fantastic hotel! Our room was so spacious, clean and modern. Exceptional views. Breakfast was delicious, love that they have iced coffee already in a jug ready to go. Staff were friendly and courteous. Very happy we stayed here.

I very much enjoyed my stay at the Perth Intercontinental. My room was large, comfortable, and nicely appointed. I had room service a couple of times, which was quick, and the food was excellent. The smallest king room I have come across. Should really be a single bed room ! Clean and well maintained. Good shower and bathroom. Excellent wine bar area on level 1. Even better Tapas restaurant on ground floor. No pool. Short walk to shops. Friendly and helpful staff. Overall an expensive hotel.

- reception resolved booking problem in a gracious way - hotel was happy to assist us with a mattress topper - room was clean - comfortable - good airconditioning with temperature settable to half a degree - good view - good blockout curtains - good tv and bose radio - chaise longe, table and office chair in room were handy - great bathroom - great lighting - fridge was good, but having a freezer in it would have been even better - room service was good - staff consistently worked at being helpful - hotel was in a nice location in the city

It was wonderful from the time of entering with the ever friendly staff. Am grateful for the clean kettle (finally a metal one and not cheap plastic ones) after a few nights at lower end accomodation in remote scenic areas. The room was not as big as I imagine, but we still managed to find space to open 3 full size luggages and have the couch and roller chair to seat on. Wardrobe space is good and the rack framing the TV provided extra space to place miscellaneous stuff. Toilet has a frosted door so more than one person can use it as well as the basin or bath at the same time. Convenient location, with many restaurants a short walk away Highly recommended.

The location of the hotel is excellent. It’s very convenient to walk to the shopping areas and there are many dining options around the hotel. All the staff is very friendly and helpful, especially Belle at the front desk and trainee Angelo who helped us with the luggage on the day of departure. The only drawback was that we were not given the type of room which we had booked until I had to highlight to the front desk and had it changed. It didn’t help after a very early arrival into Perth and would have expected a smoother check in. Nevertheless, we had a pleasant stay in the hotel.

We had such a great stay at the InterContinental Perth. The staff were all super friendly and made us feel welcome from the start. The location is really convenient, right in the city, and our room was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. From the entrance to the reception staff and the restaurant, I was truly impressed by the hospitality, attentiveness, and dedication of the hotel employees to treating their guests with care. As a Japanese traveler who is not confident in English, I really appreciated how they communicated with me in a clear and simple manner. The breakfast was absolutely delicious, and I was even treated to a special surprise. The room was also very clean. If I could, I would give this hotel 100 stars! I haven’t stayed at other hotels in Perth, but I can confidently recommend this one without a doubt.

This is my 1st time stayin in this hotel, they was upgraded my room to top floor, hotel was comfortable, well maintained, good matress with very smooth linen. Location is perfect, near to public transportation, shopping area, foods are everywhere.

My stays at intercontinental hotels have always been great. Service was fantastic, especially the friendly lady at the concierge and another called Fish, she was always greeting us with warm smiles. Breakfast at the buffet can be better. Variety was lacking and children were charged aud26. We did not go for the breakfast on our last 2 mornings and opted to get some food outside the hotel. Probably intercontinental hotel in Perth is more for business travellers than leisure stays for families. Nonetheless, the stay was comfy and food from the in room dining was tasty.

Stayed here for three nights. Room was spacious and clean with good amenities. Good location within Perth CBD, with several good shopping and eating options, including the hotel’s restaurant (Ascua), in its vicinity. Loved the breakfast too. They served quality food, even though the spread was not big. Children aged 6 and below eat for free. I also loved the service provided by the hotel staff. They always served with a friendly smile.
