Every single person dealt with was kind and professional. From check in, to breakfast staff, to check out. Great value for being accessible to Franklin and surrounding shopping. Not a bad drive to downtown Nashville either. Parking lot was well lit.

EXCELLENT property the rooms clean everywhere hallways lobby. Definitely felt safe we use the pool the first week it was open little cold but we were able to lounge by the side Breakfast the pre-breakfast in the morning was really good well stocked and the staff were friendly helpful professional

Stayed here for a wedding nearby and it was great! Room was large (got the larger king room) and very comfortable and clean! Very conveniently close to gas station and bbq restaurant as well as a publix! Also free and easy parking. Overall great stay would definitely stay again!

The room and lobby were clean. The first thing we do going into a hotel is heck the corners of the elevators to see if they are clean and the carpets and floors in the lobby. The lobby was ok, the elevator corners were dirty. Happy to say The room was clean.

Location is great - but it needs a sign or something out front directing people to where they need to go to check in! Cleanliness was better than most hotels I’ve stayed at recently, but could still use some deep cleaning to feel super clean. (Carpet and hard floors dirty)

It was easy to get in and out of, the room was clean although we had to ask for extra towels. We stayed for 2 days and were told that they didn’t have housekeeping staff everyday. They only clean the rooms every other day. The staff was very friendly and accommodating.

Hotel is located very conveniently to the Highway and dining area. Breakfast in the morning was nice and had good variety. The mattress on our queen bed was to soft for our liking. Nothing overly fancy with the room.

Clean room, comfortable bed, front desk was very helpful and welcoming. We had one of the “corner suites.” We had a small view of the Christmas lights that were set up across the Highway. Road noise wasn’t terrible.

Pretty much an average Hampton , but the bedding was awful. Sheets were so threadbare that you could see through them and there was holes on them !

Hotel is quiet and nice, plenty of parking and good hot breakfast. Staff is professional and nice. Rooms are comfortable, bathrooms are spacious w plenty of towels. Beds are pleasant and comfortable. The down side: there are no drawers so if you spend more than 3 days here, you will have to live out of a suitcase (literally). Not enough hangers even when asked for more -I guess they just didn’t have them. Rates are fair, a bit away from historical center but okay. An airport ride is about $40. It’s a good small hotel.

Mirror over sink in bathroom went out on the first morning. They came and "fixed" it and then it went out again the next morning. The woman at the front desk said she couldn't give me a partial refund because I booked through Expedia.

The night manager Cheryl (9/8/23) checked me in and made sure I wasn’t going back into the dark parking lot alone. I let her know my son, who is 19 was just outside in my car. I truly appreciate the safety and concern she showed me. I will definitely be staying at a Hampton whenever I travel. Thank you from both myself and my son!

The staff was friendly, room was clean, and the location is prime! We booked this hotel to be close to Ramsey and it was a super short drive! Also about 20-30 mins anywhere in Nashville, also very convenient.

Lovely hotel and quiet, beautiful rooms. But don’t count on choices of places to eat — chickfila and others closed (even Publix!) at 9:30. But ho up the hill to the White Bison for excellent coffee and breakfast pastries. Only place open 24 hrs. But good convenience store.

We needed a hotel that was close to Fairview, TN where we would be dropping off our daughter for camp. This seemed like a good one, based on pictures, reviews, amenities. My family found it to be comfortable and fun - there is a nice pool and plenty of restaurants in the area for dinner, breakfast and coffee... We ended up eating lunch at a pizza place a stone's throw from the hotel. Nice area. The front desk team who checked us in were very polite and helpful. The complimentary breakfast was okay too.
