Room was spacious and clean. Hotel has 2 buildings and one does not have a reception so if you want an iron or anything you have to walk across the car park to the main building to collect it. Not much in the area in terms of shops etc but close to metro so easy to get around.

The staff were incredibly helpful and responsive to our needs. And we highly recommend renting bikes from the hotel and biking in to central Amsterdam -- it's a lovely ride!

Quite hotel and clean. Spacious rooms. The Facilities are basic, had to use fending machines for drinks. As you dont get many teas or coffees in the room. Complimentary bottled water would have been nice. Train to Amsterdam center easy and a only a few stops

Good value for money. It was clean, simple check in etc. We had a 4 bedroom (single beds). It was enough space for us with 2 adults and 2 kids (12 & 10). The breakfast is also nice with a wide selection (much better than many hotels in the near). About 5min walk to subway and then line 54 straight to the city center. No dinner or lunch restaurant in the hotel, but you have many options at Bijmer Arena 10min walk away or at IKEA 5min walk away.

Hotellet var under oppussing, men fikk selv et moderne og nyoppusset rom. Hyggelige ansatte og veldig praksis meg mange automatiske inn/ut-sjekksmaskinet. Eneste som var dumt var at brannalarmen gikk tidlig morning en av dagene, men det kan de vel ikke noe for. Hotellet var nærme metroen som gjorde det lett å komme seg til sentrum

Family of four, two kids. Loved the hotel, extremely easy to get to as it was a two minute walk from the metro station and the metro was about 18 minutes to Amsterdam centre. Very well priced compared to other hotels. Rooms were large, modern and extremely clean, coffee making machine provided and topped up daily. Large bathroom. Staff were very friendly. Absolutely perfect stay.

Warning do NOT stay here even if your trying to save money. Reviews seemed good so decided to stay here and it was a mistake. Room wasn’t ready at 4:00- check in was 3:00. Air conditioning did not work good. Room was very hot and we couldn’t sleep good. Bedding wasn’t clean, had hairs and spots on it. Then I got up to blow dry my hair and the blow dryer was broken. Staff were not accommodating. Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else and pay a little extra.

Aunque las habitaciones son buenas, el servicio de limpieza es un desastre, desde el primer día estaba todo lleno de polvo y luego cuando “limpiaban” la habitación, dejaban basura y suciedad, nunca cambiaron las sábanas y las toallas estaban rotas en algunas ocasiones

This hotel was excellent and the staff was really welcoming and friendly from the moment we stepped foot into the building. The rooms and corridors and all round the hotel was very clean and as you would expect. The breakfast was really nice and there was so many different options to choose from which is a bonus for staying at this hotel as some dont offer no where near as much as other places. I would just say that i would of preffered a normal pillow and a couple of them (Personal Opinion) as the pillow that is provided is square and small. Apart from that it it was a beautiful hotel and very close to the metro for easy travel around and to amsterdam centraal. I would highly recommend staying here and i would definitely stay here again in the future

Everything was good apart from breakfast . Breakfast is not worth the money we are family for four and kids don’t get free it’s expensive limited option and hot breakfast was cold. We even complain but looks like manager was not very impressed he said we are the first one to complain . We have been to many hotels and had breakfast as well so far this was the worst experience. Next day we decided to have breakfast in city centre and it was good decision. For room cleaning you have to constantly remind them and for extra coffee they only give very limited sachet . And when they clean room they don’t refill coffee. So far good and bad both .

An sich war es schön. Leider war das Hotel Zimmer nicht so sauber wie ich es erwartet habe. Das hätte etwas gründlicher sauber gemacht werden können. (In den Ecken und was Staub angeht, der Boden im Badezimmer), ebenfalls sind die Möbel etwas abgenutzt. Was ebenfalls nicht so toll war; als wir früher einchecken wollten(ca.45min früher) und das Zimmer schon fertig war hätten wir dies nur gegen Aufpreis machen können. Nach 20 min warten ging dies kostenlos. War dann auch ok. Das Personal ist sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Das Frühstück war ebenfalls gut, für jeden ist etwas dabei;) Im Großen und Ganzen würden wir trotzdem wieder kommen:) Fußläufig ist das Bijmer(Arena) Zentrum schnell zu erreichen, Perfekt um Essen zu gehen oder etwas zu Bummeln ;) Dort gibt es auch die Metro die zur Centraal Station fährt. Die Metro Station Bullewijk ist 3 min vom Hotel entfernt, was super ist!

The hotel was split into 2 buildings. The hotel with check-in and reception looked nice, new, and fully furnished. I can't comment on the rooms as I was in the other hotel property. The good: The hotel is located close to most arenas and stadiums for events (~30 minute walk). Additionally, the train station to Amsterdam Centraal and the airport is only a 5 minute walk from the hotel. The bad: The other building part of the hotel property, which I was given my room in, was completely under renovation on the first floor. There were no staff in the building, so anyone was able to come in and out until evening, when the front required the key card to enter. Check-in and check-out are both completely done independently so there is usually only one staff member on the property at any time. Cleaning only happened on my first day of my 4-day, 3-night stay.

This hotel felt like a converted office building. Our “three-person” room was just three twin beds in a row, barracks-style, with no privacy. No upgrade options were available. The shower water was scalding hot and unusable, and the room phone didn’t work to contact the front desk. Overall, even a Motel 6 in the U.S. offers cleaner rooms, better amenities, and friendlier staff

Fantastisk beliggenhed når du skal til koncert i Johan Cruijff Arenaen. Det ligger lige ved metroen, kun 1 stop fra Arenaen, men man kan også gå hjem til hotellet når metroen er pakket med mennesker efter et arrangement, så det gjorde vi efter Stray Kids koncerten. Selve hotellet var fyldt med Stray Kids fans, men man kunne ikke høre noget som helst, så hotellets lydisolering er noget af det bedste jeg har oplevet på mine hoteller. Jeg vil helt sikkert bo her igen til næste koncert i Johan Cruijff Arenaen, selv om morgenmaden var på niveau med et 2 stjernet hotel... men der er et stort supermarked nær ved, så vi købte bare det vi manglede, og hotellets personale var rigtig søde, og det var super nemt at checke ind med deres automater.

The room was clean, it was in a good location. The train is a short walk and it takes you right to the city center in about 15min. I did not have the breakfast. Staff was nice. The pillows in the room were uncomfortable. The usb outlet was busted and broken, but that seemed to just be an our room issue, since our friends room was fine.

My family of three really enjoyed the spacious room with comfortable beds. Finding this size when visiting European cities was so unexpected but greatly appreciated. The staff was amazing and even gave us public transportation advice and city center recommendations. We drove into Amsterdam and parked (€20 per night) our car there at the hotel allowing us to avoid finding city parking

Although the hotel is clean and close to the Metro I would never stay here again because of the impersonal service at check in. The front desk staff are unfriendly and didn’t even bother looking up and greeting us at the self check in process. This attitude combined with the dark dated lobby made for a very unpleasant stay.

What a nice place and location with easy access to metro. All the staff were excellent and helpful except for one on the morning of our checkout. She was very unfriendly and not so polite. We were raving about this hotel until when it came to checkout and this particular staff member t reception deflated our vibes about this hotel. But would still highly recommend it

Begin januari verbleven op een 4 persoonskamer. Om 7u in de ochtend wakker geworden van bouwvakkers die op onze verdieping bezig gingen met verbouwen in de hal. Wij moesten langs brokstukken op de grond en allemaal loshangende kabels proberen het trappenhuis te bereiken. Toen wij wilden douchen spoot het water alle kanten op op en viel het pleisterwerk van het plafond. Met deze klachten naar de receptie gegaan en een kamer gekregen in het andere gebouw. Begin januari verbleven op een 4 persoonskamer. Om 7u in de ochtend wakker geworden van bouwvakkers die op onze verdieping bezig gingen met verbouwen in de hal. Wij moesten langs brokstukken op de grond en allemaal loshangende kabels proberen het trappenhuis te bereiken. Toen wij wilden douchen spoot het water alle kanten op op en viel het pleisterwerk van het plafond. Met deze klachten naar de receptie gegaan en een kamer gekregen in het andere gebouw. This hotel was excellent and the staff was really welcoming and friendly from the moment we stepped foot into the building. The rooms and corridors and all round the hotel was very clean and as you would expect. The breakfast was really nice and there was so many different options to choose from which is a bonus for staying at this hotel as some dont offer no where near as much as other places. I would just say that i would of preffered a normal pillow and a couple of them (Personal Opinion) as the pillow that is provided is square and small. Apart from that it it was a beautiful hotel and very close to the metro for easy travel around and to amsterdam centraal. I would highly recommend staying here and i would definitely stay here again in the future

Hotel very clean, location good if happy with Metro into centre, direct route, no change of lines, no complaints there. Only complaint not very flexible and staff quite stern. Also factor in parking and breakfast prices when booking. Check out 11.00am, left room at 11.00 after breakfast to take some bags to car, returned to room 5 mins later to collect rest of bags and room had been locked, needed to go down to reception to ask to re-open room to collect rest of bags and got hit with 10 Euros late check out. Would be a great hotel if ever over for the football at the arena.

The Check in time at 3 PM is late and then the check out is at 11 AM. The staff Would just come into my room after knocking and only waiting two seconds There’s no room service and there are not willing to bring any requirements directly to your room. You have to go downstairs and outside since there’s two buildings and only one reception. I ordered food and didn’t receive any calls from the reception. I had to go downstairs after waiting for two hours because I was wondering where it was at? Overall, I think the staff should try harder. The hotel room was clean, but the curtains were cut.

Good value for money. It was clean, simple check in etc. We had a 4 bedroom (single beds). It was enough space for us with 2 adults and 2 kids (12 & 10). The breakfast is also nice with a wide selection (much better than many hotels in the near). About 5min walk to subway and then line 54 straight to the city center. No dinner or lunch restaurant in the hotel, but you have many options at Bijmer Arena 10min walk away or at IKEA 5min walk away.

A VERY nice place to stay if you are going to a concert, ajax game or you dont feel like staying in the middle of the city. (Takes about 15- 20min on the Metro to Amsterdam Central). The bed is comfy, no noice, there is hot water coming out of the shower and you have nice amenities like a fridge and coffee maker. 👌 Really liked my stay here and cant wait to come back!! 💛💛👏 The location is PERFECT!! 👌

Zimmer hat alles was man braucht, sehr sauber. Da das Hotel doch eher außerhalb gelegen ist, fährt man (ca 10 min Fußweg) mit den Öffis ca 25 min ins Zentrum. Alles in allem haben wir einen entspannten Aufenthalt gehabt.

This hotel was ideal for what we needed. Rooms were nice, clean and maintained. All staff that we encountered were happy to help and polite. Metro its just around the corner from the hotel so it was only 20 mins to the center. There was road works happing outside the hotel but we never heard them. We did have some noisy neighbours the first night but other than that its nice quiet hotel.

Staff was wonderful, room was fantastic and clean. Breakfast was amazing! You cant find any hotel in the states with a breakfast like that. It is out of amsterdam a little bit and parking is not free. We were only there one day heading out to elfteling. I would definitely stay there again!

Für Besuche bei Großveranstaltungen nahe des Stadions kann ich das Hotel empfehlen. Es bietet einen guten Service und freundliches Personal. Kleine Abzüge gibt es für das Frühstück. Die Qualität ist wie in anderen XO Hotels aus meiner Sicht nicht besser als durchschnittlich. Da könnte mal nachgebessert werden, vor allem bei den Preisen.

Everything was good apart from breakfast . Breakfast is not worth the money we are family for four and kids don’t get free it’s expensive limited option and hot breakfast was cold. We even complain but looks like manager was not very impressed he said we are the first one to complain . We have been to many hotels and had breakfast as well so far this was the worst experience. Next day we decided to have breakfast in city centre and it was good decision. For room cleaning you have to constantly remind them and for extra coffee they only give very limited sachet . And when they clean room they don’t refill coffee. So far good and bad both .

Checked in through a machine, which was very easy, quick and straightforward. The room was as advertised, clean and spacious. We only stayed for a night given that the purpose of our stay was to attend a concert. The downside of the area is that if you’re hungry and want a late night snack, its nearly impossible if you’re without a car.

The hotel is good. Nice big and clean room. Very big bathroom. Very friendly staff. Breakfast is also very good with all you can wish for. The only minus point is that the hotel does not have a restaurant and that you will not find a restaurant nearby. I found a take away 3-400 meters from the hotel.

Make sure nothing accidental happens to you. I was charged 245 euros för accidentell dropping my phone in the elevator. For them to help me it costed me 245 euros!! Something that absolutely NOT delibrate from my side. So if your leg gets stuck in the elevator whether it’s broken or not you must pay some thousand euros then your leg gets help!🙄
