I was only here for 1 night, arrived late just to sleep and take off the next day after breakfast. The breakfast was decent. A little pricey. Not a big fan of the $60 valet. Hotel was clean and modern and staff was super helpful and friendly.

Parking was not good, but you can pay $62 a day for parking. Be careful because they will tow your vehicle if you park in the parking lot. I think desk staff should inform their guest at check-in. Other than parking, I think its an ok place to book.

The hotel is very new. Rooms are spacious. We walked pretty much everywhere. 10 min to Chinatown and 20ish min to the rest of the downtown. The gym was kinda small but had everything you might need. Hotel located about 15min from the airport. Whole Foods right across the parking lot. Overall, great hotel! Would definitely recommend

The hotel was close to dining options and we walked into downtown Boston/Fenway (about 45 minute walk). Parking is expensive at the hotel so we parked one block away under the highway for $20/24 hour period. Our room was spacious and we slept well - ask for the side away from the highway which is much quieter. Steve at the front desk provided excellent customer service.

Clean, conveniently located to nearby restaurants, Whole Foods, and transit stations. Valet was the only parking option and was expensive at $62/day. Should be half that for a hotel guest. Accommodations were fine; not exceptional. Rates were way too high in my opinion

The new $25 resort fee is a blatant money grab. I was forced to buy candy and snacks that I really didn’t want just to use the credit. The hotel is also starting to show it’s age and seeing badly stained carpets is clearly a sign that maintenance is needed. Maybe that’s the reason for the $25 fee?

The property was clean and modern overall, but the double sofa-bed was clearly never used or cleaned and we had to request linens when we arrived for it. Valet parking ended up being $62 for a single night. This was not posted anywhere I recall seeing and there were really no other parking options available. I'm not a fan of this lack of transparency.

Fantastic stay, staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms were spacious, clean and comfy. We had one issue with an incredibly rude staff member - the barman on Saturday night at about 10.45pm. He was awful. I didn't want the rest of the team marked on his unpleasant manner.

The shower had so much hair that I could make a sweater. The bed closest to the door moved and bumped against the wall every time I moved. Breakfast was overrated and expensive! Other than that it was ok. The guy who checked me in was as helpful as the bartender who worked.

Trip was to attend a Celtics game. Weather at the time didn't allow for walking tours but Lyft was available. Whole Foods was just across the alley. The room, including bathroom was very clean and nice. The shower was walk-in with bars and very safe.

Everything in the hotel is dark brown - dingy and depressing. Rooms overlooking a busy and very noisy freeway. Difficult to access clean towels or hang them to dry. If you are traveling with children, the breakfast is not something most kids will eat. No pool or amenities but a $25 charge per room per day for a “resort fee”. We finally found out we could use it toward our $21 per person continental breakfast. The $65 a day garage charge is obscene but unless you go across a very busy freeway, this is the only option. Will not be returning to this hotel. As long time Marriott rewards customers, we were very disappointed.

Awesome for it's location: walkable distance to subway stations, Boston south station and downtown; right next to a Whole Foods; walkable distance to Chinatown for great food. The sound insulation is not good, but I guess it's good enough for being next to the high way.

WIFI NOT WORKING. POOR INTERNET SERVICE PROVIDER FOR THIS HOTEL. WIFI problems for several consecutive days. All reported by onsite tech to the service provider who refuses to determine root cause and fix the issue. Terrible!

Our hotel room faced the highway, which made it quite noisy. Additionally, both the TV and toilet were not functioning properly. Given the high nightly rate and the added cost of valet parking, the overall experience was surprisingly underwhelming.

The walls are paper thin. The room above us was moving furniture around and probably had kids but it was like if they were in the second floor of your house. I never had a room so noisy, no sound proof whatsoever. I had to call the front desk at midnight and complain about the room above me but that is not mentioning the back and forth in the hallway.

The noise at this hotel due to the location was terrible. It was constant traffic, engines reviving, horns blowing, police sirens, etc. The location was also not convenient to anything. Maps shows it being somewhat close to downtown but it was a very long and not great location if you are wanting to visit downtown Boston.

The hotel itself is excellent—modern and very clean. I stayed here for part of my trip to Boston. However, the location left a bit to be desired. It felt somewhat far from the city center and wasn’t in an area with many attractions or conveniences nearby. A positive aspect was the Whole Foods located right next door. It was my mistake not to research the location more thoroughly beforehand. Since we relied on walking and public transportation for most of our trip, we ended up spending a lot of time commuting. Additionally, the heater in the room wasn’t great—perhaps poorly positioned. It was either too hot or too cold, which made it hard to get comfortable. I also had some issues at check-in because my chip-and-PIN card wasn’t working properly due to being used outside my home country. Unfortunately, there was no option to pay with a contactless card. This was frustrating, especially since the hotel had already been prepaid, and this was only for a deposit

The hotel itself is great and rooms were perfectly fine. My only complaint was how noisy our room was. We had windows on 2 of the 4 walls and since we faces the highway, it was loud. I actually checked to see if the windows were open! The hotel did provide ear plugs, a white noise machine and a sleep mask. The staff were very courteous and the property very clean. Just ask for a room NOT facing the highway:)

Our room was located directly in beside of a very busy multi-lane expressway. The noise was extremely loud, making it difficult to sleep or open the blinds. We stayed four days and had no room cleaning service. The hallway freezing cold but our room was hot and stuffy at night.

The hotel itself was nice and clean. We had issues with our AC, which happens. It seemed they were understaffed as response time was delayed and follow through was not great. Overall their communication was not good. We let them know about the issue our first night and the response was after we had gone to bed. We asked for somebody to fix it the next day and we got no confirmation. I tried calling a few hours later to troubleshoot the problem and was left on hold so I went downstairs and waited for 40 minutes in the lobby at 10 PM. The following day they said they called but left no message or text regarding resolving the issue. Rachel at the front desk seemed annoyed when I asked for a new room. Some of the staff seemed to want to help but either didn’t have capacity or was equipped to do so. Overall they operated in a very clunky manner. There were some nice things very convenient like a Whole Foods and coffee shop. The subway wasn’t too far away but was out of the way for mid day stops to be convenient.

I never leave reviews but I think it’s important to share that this was a terrible experience as far as the staff’s service. Stayed for 3 days 2 nights, never got our room cleaned once. We actually called to ask about housekeeping and were met with a rude and condescending attitude, and told they only clean “every other day”, which is…wild. They sent someone to “refresh” the room and he just brought towels lol. We had to beg him at least take the garbage out as well. When we asked about beddings and if our beds will be laid, the staff member we spoke with on the phone said the most they could do for us if we were so pressed about it was to have someone bring us beddings, but we would have to lay the bed by ourselves. What in the world? This is absolutely ridiculous and made for a poor experience, particularly disappointing from the Marriott. There should be standards set. At no point could this employee point us to this “every other day” policy by the way. Won’t be back.

You have to watch them like a hawk on the bill, especially the daily “resort” type fee… I was able to get it corrected but the one check out employee tried to not only charge, but double charge for it… it took talking to a manager to get it straightened out… the manager was nice, but if I hadn’t pushed, I would have been screwed

The night worker, a young black guy was excellent, extremely professional and took really good care of us, which made me think the entire staff was like that. The day time staff was the complete opposite. Dismissive of needs, not professional, and not helpful. Your room is only cleaned every other day. I would not stay there again.

This hotel was a good deal for Boston hotels, in my opinion. It is a bit outside of the downtown, but walkable if you are inclined or have time. It is a short 8-10 minute walk to two train/ metro stations, one with very good dining options around. I would stay here again. Wifi was not good, though.

I often stay at the AC Marriott-Boston, as I have a child that is at a nearby university. I love this hotel. It is very clean, good value for Boston & near great restaurants. Only drawback is that it isn’t near a train or bus station, so I need to Uber when I’m going out to other parts of the city.

The breakfast was delicious but expensive. Whole Foods and a great bakery are right next door. Staff is amazing. The location is next to a freeway. Our room had a white noise machine that helped. I’m guessing the other side of the hall that faces Whole Foods would be quieter. Overall, the room and gym are great. You can walk to Boston Commons from here.

Location was good, easy for Uber pickups. Felt the breakfast was overpriced and didn’t feel the $25 they charged and then there really wasn’t much to be able to use it for.

Room was excellent, but opening times of bar and restaurant was not great. Breakfast teabags in the rooms would with kettle to make a cup of tea would have been nice. First time this has not been an option for me staying in a Hotel. It was very good that they had a registration station on our floor.

For the price I paid, the room should have included overnight parking. $60 per night is way too expensive. The room was clean and very modern. Not my taste. The lighting in the room was complicated. The fan in the bathroom didn’t work. The European brunch was not worth $21 and very disappointing. I would not stay here again.

My room was not reafy at the check in time. The breakfast buffet is not good amd not worth $22. Belgian waffle was out of the box and microwaved. American style breakfast is needed not Eurepian style. They can offer the guest more 2 small bottle of water for the price. Someone burned pizza in their microwave, we all had to evacuate the building and was not given the ok to return to our rooms. No comps were given.
